My mobile number is [protected]. My plan is nesam expired on 19 th sep. 20 th morning auto renewal for rs.49. I didn't seen. I recharged for rs.49 via paytm. For plan extension two times recharged. I made call to bsnl customer care four times, my money not refunded. If i recharged twice amount added in my account. But plan extension my amount was not added. Please re credit to my account.

    I tried to pay the bill no[protected] for october 2016 for rs 1038/- online via bill desk gate way. an amount of rs 1048 has been debited to my sb account - indian overseas bank, wadala (mumbai). bank reference no[protected]fp. but the bill was shown as outstanding
    I had to pay the amount again through another transaction to clear my bill.

    I am due for a refund of rs 1048.

      I have applied before 15 days. Bsnl officer said that the charges will be deducted from the first bill & no need to issue the demand note. Till date there is no further action has been taken, they always buk & assure for the tomorrow. Please help for their immediate action please.

        My ph no was [protected] i am a senior citizen and got heart attack on 21.2.16 since then my office us closed but i getting bill of excess ant as well as phone was dead since july as per complain record so i was bound to surrender the connection in sept 2016.
        I therefore request you to please arrange refund of security money immediately without deducting a y amount hence i have already paid extra in last 3 bills.

        We have BSNL landline at Shimla.[protected]. I applied for disconnection of Internet facility (not for telephone). By mistake the BSNL has disconnected the said landline. Because Internet services are poor. Please restore landline immediately.

          I am writing this mail to bring your kind attention on below:-
          My land line and internet got disconnected on 23 Sep 2016 at 1200 hrs and complaint lodged on the same day. No inquiry or services were provided since than even after register many compliant on customer center and Kayamkulam BSNL office. The connection was established today (5 Oct 2016) at 1200 hrs which cause many loses including faith on the government service provision. With this I requested you to forward my application to an appropriate department to reduce the bill amount (monthly charge + user charge) for the duration of facility absence.

We have not registered for any such Hungama plan on our telephone number[protected], but still since almost 2 years we are being charged in our monthly telephone bill on this account. Hence I request you to kindly deactivate it soon and refund the amount charged since the commencement of the plan.

              Additional services like games on demand, music on demand, movies on demand by humgama are activated on my bsnl broadband without my consent and i want to unsubscribe that from my landline broadband service pack. My phone number[protected].
              Please unsubscribe immediately and arrange to return the money which taken by bsnl by the bill for 4-5 months.

              I lossed my BSNL sim due to mobile theft .We need same number in duplicate SIM .During travelling time from Hebbal to Tin factory BMTC bus I lossed my mobile .We need help from BSNL office to block the SIM on immediate basis

                  Hi,

                  No internet connection for last 6 days. Lodge a complain on 30th september and that time we were told that its gonna take 3 working days.

                  Its been 6 days and no solution. Whenever calling the customercare they are saying that it will be resolved by 24 hrs with no result.

                  Or visit branch which operates from 10 - 5 pm. Even for disconnection you have to visit to office. This is simply hopeless.

                      My bsnl number([protected]) was recharged on third of october, 2016 and a recharge of rupees 550 was made .
                      to my utter surprise today on 4th of october, 2016 the balance has been reduced to rupees 432 only
                      it is my request that i have all related balance deduction information and appropriate refund to be made
                      around a hundred rupees has been deducted so i kindly request for the bill and desireable solution of the balance deduction problem

                          Am a new user of bsnl broadband service.. I have booked new connection of bsnl broadband. After a log time site engineer visited and only connected land land phone and not connected bsnl moder and said it is not my work.
                          You should called outside engineer for connected bsnl modem. It is very convinced for me. And alos said that it is not a cup of tea so please don, t do yourself.

                              Carried away by the kind of advertisements and believing that BSNL service improved in the face of stiff competition from private operators, I availed Combo Telephone with broad Band connection[protected] some two years ago and trust me I have lodged complaints for roaring sound in telephone line for not less than 100 times.
                              Every time promptly the local Exchange sends its line man. He phones me from local junction box and enquires if it is okay.
                              They complained to me that my telephone set is faulty, I bought another one and the same problem persists.
                              Can BSNL ever improve?
                              I am facing a hell here with their service.

                                Have submitted my document to BSNL khandwa Mp to Port my idea number in to BSNL on 28/9/2016, but till date they not proceed to port.for last 4 days they twirling me again and again. यदि bsnl हमारा नंबर पोर्ट इन नही कर सकता है तो कम से कम डाकूमेंट तो वापिस कर दें ताकि हमारे डाक्यूमेंट्स का मिस यूज नहीं हो सके। bsnl मे सिर्फ लापरवाही का ही आलम है। bsnl में कोई भी प्रॉपर रिस्पांस देने को तैयार नहीं है।

                                  On 29/09/16, 2 executives from bsnl hungama called me regarding an offer where i get a free trial of their services for 3 days and after which i can subscribe for a paid service. they will then ask to dial 1# which will automate an email (this is scam and auto authorise subscriptions). i want all my subscriptions to be deactivated immediately ([protected])

                                    I have been using bsnl number[protected] for decades. It has been an integral part of our life since childhood. I have made repeated complains since years to their higher officials throgh emails due to no connection of broadband as well as telephone for this number. But against my complain they send their staff they resolve for the timing but again after 15days to 01month the problem continues.
                                    Now getting depressed i have stop making their monthly payments to bsnl and now they are calling and threghtening us.
                                    Kindly help on the same i have all email proofs also our rs3000 deposit is with bsnl which we have not claimed

                                      I would like to inform you that i recharged the my mobile no-[protected] of the amount of re 88 through free recherge. i also recived a message by bsnl operator having operator reference no-[protected] but i am not getting benifit for the tariff plan of Rs 88. when i talked with consumer, he told that your mobile is not recharged for the above said amount.
                                      So i request you to take action against the concerning department so that i can benifitted for the tariff plan of rs 88. for more reference i am attached the payment reciept of the transaction amount.

Already telephonic complaints lodged thru toll free no a week back and also thru this portal. I yet corrective action taken. Urgent lys please rectify the Complaint.                                         Dear Sirs,
                                        This is in continuation of my earlier complaint and its been 25 days since, it went out of order. Nothing has been done for the same. Please try to understand the gravity of the situation. My mother is 74 years and totally dependent on the telephone line to communicate with her kids who live far distant and abroad. She has been feeling immensely under pressure to maintain a mobile phone to stay connected. Being a chronic diabetic, living alone and having high blood pressure, the telephone line had added to her list of troubles. She has had a total knee replacement surgery and can't walk much around without difficulty, which means she needs to tell about her well being on the only mode of communication through the telephone. Since the telephone is not working for around a month, we would now want to take up the matter to consumer forum for redressal of the same, no rent shall be paid this month for such bad services.

                                        Also we wish to highlight the fact, as pointed out earlier that the telephone lines have been disrupted due to ongoing construction in that area. We also wish to lodge a complaint against her neighbours for the same. We need an urgent feedback regarding the same and re-installement of the services, otherwise it leaves us with no other option than to take appropriated legal action for the same.

                                        I didn't subscribe any hungama games, music or video services but i am getting billed for that which is coming upto 600Rs. I would request to immediately deactivate those services if they are being activated currently in my connection.
