Since 1st oct.2016 my internet service is totally failure. i made complaint in s. d. o. mawana office. on 8th october2016 at about 4 pm mr. rahul came and he has started internet. but a short period of 1 hour on the same date i. e. 8th october, dsl has not been working. yesterday i. e. on 13th oct.2016 a lineman came here and he has tried to set dsl but in vain. thus for about a period of 15 days i have not been getting my internet services.

    I had recharged my prepaid mobile No. [protected] with STV for Rs. 56/- (internet) on 09.10.2016 and Rs. 44/-and Rs. 36/- on 10.10.2016. However, the benefits of the same were not extended. I came to know of the same when I found that my main balance is being used for internet access. I spoke to BSNL helpline on 10th and was told that due to technical problems, the same have not been activated. Today, I again spoke to your helpline and was told that I shall have to go to BSNL office at Dehradun for updation of the same. Is it not shameful on part of BSNL that a customer has to spend more than Rs. 100/- for updation of STV for Rs. 100/-.

    How more time will BSNL take for updation automatically. Can I know on my mail ID '[protected]@gmail.com'

      On october 3rd 2016 i registered for a new broad band bsnl connection thru bsnl website registration form. October 4th i got a call from a person claiming to be bsnl executive and he explained me about the plans and he took all details.
      By evening he send an executive to collect money of 1591 and documents for futhur process. The person gave a bill and visiting card of avim global solutions and told me that i will be getting a bsnl connection in 4 days.in that particular situation i thought bsnl has involved some third party for broadband and did not doubt the person.
      Now that i am trying to call all the mobile numbers he gave everything is switched off. And i contacted the bsnl office they told me that this is fake and there are many chating going on like this.
      Though bsnl is aware of this kind of cheating going on was there any action taken from your side to stop it or trace it?
      I have the bill and visiting card they gave will it be of any help to trace these people?

      I surrendered my bsnl landline no [protected] as on 30th Nov 2015 but till now didn't get any refund and whenever enquiries heared same line that it will take some time.can u please get me know that when I will get my refund amount
      At samrer post office broadband connection is not working since last 30.08.2016.Information through registered post sent to tdm, budaun & SDO Tel, Datagunj but no action taken.

        मेरा बीएसएनएल leadline no [protected] है | जिस पर ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन चालू है | जो की pitramlal & compny के नाम से जिसका addresh -vpo -सुल्ताना, th -चिड़ावा dist -झुंझुनू (राज) है | ब्रॉडबैंड की आवश्यकता नही होने के कारण हम इस ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन को बंद करवाना चाहते है | इस विषय पर हमने काफी बार चिड़ावा एक्सचेंज पर प्राथना पत्र दी है तथा कई बार ऑनलाइन शिकायत भी की है पर ये ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन बंद नही हो रहा है जिसका हमे बिना उपयोग लिए बिल जमा करवाना पड़ रहा है | चिड़ावा एक्सचेंज से हमे ना ही तो कोई प्राथना पत्र प्राप्ति की कोई रसीद दी जाती है और ना ही इस विषय पर कोई काम हो रहा है | एक्सचेंज में जाने पर प्राथना पत्र तो ले ली जाती है पर ना ही तो कोई प्राथना पत्र प्राप्ति की कोई रसीद दी जाती है मांगने पर प्राथना पत्र वापस ले जाने के लिए कहा जाता है | इससे हम काफी परेसान हो चुके है | इसलीए आप से अनुरोध है की आप हमे इस समश्या के समाधान के लिए हमे जरुरी सलाह दे या इस समश्या का समाधान करवाये |

          The payment of my bsnl bill of mobile no [protected] is made twice and the amount is not even reimbursed and setteled in any of my next bills of the same mobile number. Kindly check into the matter and the debit card no from which payment is made is [protected]. Sir this is a server error and even talked to bsnl coustmore care they even provided a contact no bsnl exchange in kaithal. But they refused to refund my amount. Sir the no bsnl exchange representative of kaithal is [protected]. Sir ur requested to enquire in this matter
          Please block my sim. My phone number is [protected] and [protected]. I have lost my purse in Jamshedpur, in which my these two mobile were there and many other things. And the sim is still active. please do the needfull and kindly send a confirmation in my alternate no [protected].

          My Land Line Telephone Number is[protected] which was not working for the past three months. I have registered my complaint directly to the BSNL EXCHANGE In Thamarakki. But it is not rectified till date.Kindly take necessary action to rectify the fault as early as posible.

              Sir/madam,

              This is very embarassing to report the clever cheating method adopted by these telecom operators to deceive customers of their hard earned money, through Value Added Services. These services pop-up in middle of a web page, not providing clear info and having an only one option 'OK', making the users unintentionally click it. Moreover, there is no more confirmation and money is deducted within seconds, followed by a text message quoting its acknowledgement. Without any other option, calling the customer care doesn't prove a least bit helpful- they dont know what the so called VAS is about, or say something like 'server is down', or 'we arent responsible' or ' put in hold and made to wait 10-15min, though waiting time was under 300secs' and they refuse any form of refunding. They even refused to transfer my call to other concerned manager to voice my pain.
              I have again lost Rs.29/- to this atrocity, dont remember how many times this happened in the past.
              Hence, I request you sir, to consider this type of cheating disguised under VAS of this BSNL service and others provider's, strictly . please escalate this concern, considering there are many others suffering the same agony as mine and provide justice . Thank you

                I was having land line phone no[protected] with broad band connection.
                On 12th july 2016 i have surrendered the said phone, and as told to me, enclosed my bank a/c xerox copy for crediting my deposit amount.
                Then on 16/7/2016 i have received one sms messagestating that
                "your request for disconnection of phone[protected] with reference no
                [protected] is provisioned. Pl contact1500 for any queries"
                After this a month ago i have contacted our telephone exchange office at kaghaznagar, but they told me refund will take some more time.
                Now even after lapse of more than two months the refundable amount is not so far credited to my a/c.
                Kindly look into the same and arrange for crediting the refund at the earliest

                Yesterday i made a complaint for non refund of my surrended land line phone with all details[protected]. But i am supprised when on my complaint two
                telephone calls came immediately, the call came from [protected] and another call came from [protected] stating that they can refund my amount only by debit card-to-card transfer. When i have enquired you can credit the refundable amount to my bank A/C then they (one Mr Deepak ) said it is not possible. They insisted me to provide them my debit card no., and believing them as responsible govt officials i have provided them but they wanted me to provide them OTP code also, which i have denied. The total scene perceived by me as a " Great Fraud " is going on at this consumer site. On the pretext of resolving grievance some fraudulant activities are going on.
                I will be approaching the police (Intellagence) in this regard, but before this i, through this message would like to inform the consumer complaint forum and BSNL authorities this uncalled for frauds are taking PLACE
                and request them to check the same immediately.

                  I am applying for BSNL TTA Exam 2016, My Reg No. is 1338916. I
                  initiated a payment request on 8th August, 2016 using website portal,
                  after then the amount of Rs 1008.63 is deducted from my bank account,
                  but it was not updated on the www.externalbsnlexam.com website and the
                  payment status is still pending & a popup was generated showing that
                  "the deducted amount will be credited back within 15 Days".

                  As per deadline of the exam is 10th August, 2016. So, its my
                  compulsion to pay the amount in the given period. I again initiated a
                  payment request on 10th August, 2016. At this time, amount of Rs
                  1008.63 is deducted & the payment status on www.externalbsnlexam.com
                  website is successful.

                  Now, total of Rs 2017.26 is deducted from my bank account, and till
                  today there is no amount credited back in my bank account.
                  So, i request you to look into the matter & refund the amount as soon
                  as possible, because already the matter is so much delayed.

                    The above No LL is not working for the last three years.Every time I complain about the non-working of my LL, I am told that it will be done. But nothing has been done for the last three years. I am paying the bill regularly. In between I stopped paying the bill, the customer cell started requesting me to pay the bill and assured me that the moment bill is paid the LL will be repaired. But again no body turned and my phone is lying dead.
                    It is a sort of harassment to the customer. I also came to understand that bsnl staff is not interested to repair the LL and they instigate customer to remove LL as their burden will be lessen.
                    I visited the office personally and also made LL complain. hygy

Condition of dp's of bsnl in mehkar 443301 are not in secured position and we are suffering. Phone and internet services are not working due to poor management of said office in mehkar. Now bsnl office demanding me 1275 rent of two months while i am not getting incoming call facility and internet.

                          Dear Sirs,
                          This is in continuation of my earlier complaint and its been 25 days since, it went out of order. Nothing has been done for the same. Please try to understand the gravity of the situation. My mother is 74 years and totally dependent on the telephone line to communicate with her kids who live far distant and abroad. She has been feeling immensely under pressure to maintain a mobile phone to stay connected. Being a chronic diabetic, living alone and having high blood pressure, the telephone line had added to her list of troubles. She has had a total knee replacement surgery and can't walk much around without difficulty, which means she needs to tell about her well being on the only mode of communication through the telephone. Since the telephone is not working for around a month, we would now want to take up the matter to consumer forum for redressal of the same, no rent shall be paid this month for such bad services.

                          Also we wish to highlight the fact, as pointed out earlier that the telephone lines have been disrupted due to ongoing construction in that area. We also wish to lodge a complaint against her neighbours for the same. We need an urgent feedback regarding the same and re-installement of the services, otherwise it leaves us with no other option than to take appropriated legal action for the same.

                            From the evening of 10/10/2016, i am facing network issue in my sim. Its showing emergency calls only. No network is there in the phone. For this i contacted two times to customer support. First they said the server is down, you can get back the signals within 1 hour, but till next i didn't get any signals.
                            Secondly when i again call them they said, might be there are some scratch on the sim, but there are scratch and all, so he took my complaint and said that u get the signals within 2hours. But till now i didn't get any signals

                              Sir my landline bsnl broadband connection is close last month of june 2016 to till month oct.2016 but not proper guid and response your dept. Staff. My landline no.[protected]. Bsnl line man and block, district level said but not my connection is run. This connection cut for jun but bill every month send your department. So pl my problem solve but not i fir consumar cort.

                              My telephone hand set (Instrument) is not working properly, call gets disconnected immediately after dialing. secondly when ever the call comes from outside we are not able to get the voice and it gets disconnected. this problem is there fro the last few months. need immediate replacement of instrument.

                                I have applied for shifting my BSNL Mobile [protected] to Reliance JIO (for
                                the purpose of 4g data) on 23.09.2016 and got MMP Number. Order Number :
                                00000AQXFP.

                                But still now there's no response from them even after multiple follow up through calls and emails. I don't know what to do further. I have tried out all possibilities as possible. No more other options available.

                                Please check and revert back to fix this issue asap.

                                Received a call from [protected], [protected] on my number [protected] stating that I calling from consumer complaints.

                                They asked me go to nearby sbi atm and transfer 4545 by card to card transfer option to card number [protected]. Initially I refused and later I agreed to do transfer since he claimed that he is from consumer complaints and transferred amount will be credited back after verification.

                                But still now nothing has happened.

                                Kindly check on priority.

                                  I actually have internet pack in my mobile but 20 min when i surfing internet i got message like "thanks for subscribing to special 30 pack rs49 7days (51010) service. You have been charged rs.49.0 for 7 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).". I have fully idea about net surfing. Then i called to customer care but they didn't give proper answer to solve issue. Please give u people for solution for balance deduction and refund the money to my mobile account.

On 21 september i have submitted my payment and form for ftth connection the guy told me it will take 10-15 days but it's now 21 day and nothing has happen and neither they r answering our call. Plz do something i was having banl broadband connection before but due to my house shifting i change it to ftth connection and the working is so frustrating, plz do something.

                                    Our nearest bsnl office is in trimurti marg, model town, jaipur.
                                    Name of the subscriber in the form is aniket kotnala.
                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    BSNL FTTH complaint portals do not work. The internet connection is off for no reason for a very large part of the day and we do not get compensated for the lost time on the internet and lost data. We tend to lose data when it suddenly shuts down.

                                        Sir/madam, i am a braodband postpaid customer of bsnl. I am having a problem with the internet speed i am getting. I'm paying for 8mbps but only receive 2mbps. Technicians here are saying that it is out of their hands as it is work of their superiors. The wire quality underground is very bad is what i heard from the technician. Please consider my complaint.
