Dear sir,
I requested for a shift in telephone on 27th August and still my landline has not been shift everytime they just give extra reasons why it's not shifted. We have been Bsnl landline users from past 30 years and we have never been treated in this way ever before. If you can't provide service atleast stop charging the bill.

I filled form of BSNL TTA(Jr Eng) but when i submitted the form because of some technical issues this process could not completed but Money was debited from my Account.
to fill the form I paid to the site second time then it is successfully done.
It was mentioned in the site that it will be refunded in 5 working days but when i called they said it is 15 working days. Now I am not able to connect with them.

Hello, i am Arun Kumar.Placed a new service request for broadband connection with a Bsnl marketing person Rajendran([protected])and after delaying the connection requested refund. Its been two months since I requested a refund this guys is cheating rejecting my calls no contact. Using offensive words while talking no respect at all. Kindly take action and help to get back my deposit. And requesting not to employ these kind of rowdys in future. Thanks in advance.

This is inform you that regarding timings in BSNL office in Bangalore main centre
opposite to cubbon park near to Press club, when I visited the branch at 4pm today(12/9/13)to put currency for my mobile but unfortunately I saw the main door was closed & nobody there to inquire about it, the
timings of the office counter was shown 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 6pm.but I was
surprised to see that the office was closed at 4pm, itself .I request to look into it &
never give hardship to customers & losing your business.

I have applied for BSNL JUNIOR ENGINEER TTA - ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION Branch.I made payment of Rs.1019.54 through net banking on 11.8.2016 from my UNION BANK ACCOUNT Net Banking.The transaction was successful and amount was deducted from my account.
But the registration is not confirmed. and also the ONLINE PORTAL OF BSNL showed that '"Application is incomplete and asked me to pay again'".So I made my payment again on 11.8.2016 from my SBI DEBIT CARD and registered my application.But my first payment was not refunded yet.So I have made payment twice for my registration id 668428.
Request you to kindly refund the money for transaction made on[protected] for failure transaction.I have made two payment for single application please refund ammount. For this i always grateful to you.

Firstly I Opened Delivered Tablet And It Seems That Tablet's MotherBoard Is Demeged And Sound And Mic Is Not Working I Compalint To The Custumer Care They Told Me Thier BSNL Servie Center Adrees Then I Will Go Thier Their Menager Says This Tablet Is Shuted Down This Product By Companey 1 Year Ago When Bought Product The Date Is 10 Nov 2014 How Can Fix This Problem ?

This is to inform you that I am a loyal customer of bsnl since decades but now I have to take strong step towards this connection as I am always facing problems from disconnection of my connection of [protected]. Many times I called to the local exchange people as well as the concern person kamta but I always getting the same answers indirectly that give some amount to make this working. from one month my phone was disturbed and now the bill will come. I have strong reservations of this and I request you that please waived off my bills for this month and take some strong action on staffs who are thinking that bsnl is their own property. I am going to complain on pgportal website also as last time I did. I will not pay a single penny (Riswat) to bsnl staffs for making my landline working. Its their duty to give the service like others players are doing. Its really same on us that one side private companies are giving hassle free services and bsnl is troubling us. One side our respected PM is saying something and on ground this kind of activity is going on. I request you to please open my last complain which was made for the same number you will understand how I am facing the problems. Can anyone tell me what is the use of my connection. I need strong action on the staffs and also let me know that this problem is going to be solve or not so that I can change the service provider.

Sim has been issued in the name of Mr. Shyam Lal Sharma. Kindly Deactivate the Sim.I am requesting you to deacivate this sim so that no one should misuse it. Various bank details and other confidential things are registered on this number . So kindly deactivate this sim.

Once they call me said hungama service will going to axtivate...they said its trail pack...later u can activate full plan...but i refused.. however they convibced...but relized after getting my bill...stating onetime charges is 486rs...ohhh fully cheating...govt based company...better to go jio reliance..instead in bsnl...slamming with parnk call...my no [protected]

BSNL phone no[protected] was installed 30 years back !st in sector 10 HBC when E10 Exchange was not there in sector 15 .
Phone was installed with no 22718 initially.
Sorry to say that It goes off on Friday & restart on Monday. Presently no dial tone from 9/9/2016. Three months earlier I made a similar complaint . Bill raised Rs 870/= although from last 6/7 months my allowed calls are not being done completely. No action was taken.
Again phone is dead from Friday 9/9/2016.
I know personlly lineman from last 30 years. And i believe something being done from Exchange.

83 Rupees main balance has been deducted from my account and bsnl customer care representative is denying to refund the money. They say validity has been extended but validity recharge is of only Rs. 32.

This has happened for the 2nd time.

Please look into matter seriously. If govt. companies will loot customers like this then what will happen in this country.

Today morning as usual I started internet on my mobile as I have internet pack. I opened some page and suddenly I got text message
"Dear User. As per your consent pack BSNL Hello TV&Special 30 Pack &7 Days is billed with Rs. 49.0 successfully for 7 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUB to 155223. Regards"
What the hell is this actually i came here for some days and this BS happened. i want my refund.
Hell with this BSNL service. Today morning also I recharged with 39 for net pack and my bank account balance deducted but still i did not get net pack. I want my both 49 Rs refund and 39 Rs refund.

I have never applied for caller tune for my cell phone no.[protected] but the BSNL has activated it on 8 th september 2016 at about 2:45pm & charged Rs.30+12/ against my balance, when i talked to the customer care personnel, they deactivated the caller tune. after that i received another msg saying the activation of another tune which again charged Rs 30+12.

Sir, Is it possible for someone to change the caller tune against in my phone without my consent. Now i am afraid to recharge my mobile, since cash disappears without my consent

My father lost his mobile along with his AP BSNL Mobile No. [protected] today. Now I wanted to get the SIM Card blocked immediately. The blocking of the SIM card will help us in avoiding unscrupulous persons from misuse of the SIM card for anti social activities and calling. He lost his mobile when he is with my brother at Hospet, Karnataka. After blocking the SIM, we will apply for duplicate SIM card and till then the same may be blocked.
