It's more than one year and I'm not able to send single message from my BSNL no.
My BSNL no is [protected] Rajasthan circle.

I tried both msg center no i.e [protected] & [protected] but that didn't work.

It's working fine earlier and then suddenly it stop sending message and each time returned the same thing :- "message sending failed"

Please look into this issue.

Lost phone with bsnl cellone prepaid sim card with no [protected] in Mumbai lower parel. bsnl customer care numbers are not working/ not answering. hence request you to please help me block the sim to avoid missuse and help me get the duplicate sim.

    मेरा बीएसएनएल leadline no [protected] है जिस पर ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन चालू है जो की pitram & sons के नाम से जिसका addresh -vpo -सुल्ताना, th -चिड़ावा dist -झुंझुनू (राज) है \ इस ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन पर 2400 से 2500 रुपए पर महीने का प्लान एक्टिवेट है जिस की स्पीड हमे 8mbps बताई गई थी लेकिन जब से प्लान एक्टिवेट हुआ है हमे एक बार भी इस स्पीड का फायदा नही मिला | तथा साथ ही महीने में कम से कम 10 -15 दिन लाइन खराब होती है |जिस की एक्सचेंज पर 4 -5 बार शिकायत करने पर लाइन को ठीक किया जाता है |जबकि हमारे इन्टरनेट रोज उपयोग में आता है | इसलिए हम बीएसएनएल की सेवा से काफी परेसान हो चुके है |इसलिए हमने बीएसएनएल ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन को बंद करवाना चाहते है |इसलिए हम बीएसएनएल ऑफिस चिड़ावा में प्राथना पत्र देने गए लेकिन ऑफिस स्टाफ ने प्राथना पत्र लेने से मना कर दिया तथा ठीक तरीके से बात तक नही की |ना ही हमे इस समस्या का कोई समाधान बताया गया |तथा बिल ना जमा करवाने के लिए कहां गया ताकि कनेक्शन कंपनी के द्वारा बंद कर दिया जायेगा

    I have been charged Rs 555.48 for Hungama on demand.

    I do not want this service, have never used it and will never use it in the future.

    I would like a full refund of the mentioned amount immediately.

        I am cutomer of BSNL, dhanbad, Jharkhand.I am having problem with my broadband connection form last 5 days. I have registered complaint for the same. Inspite of calling almost 50 times i have not received any attention on my complaint. Customer care tells me to visit the local Bsnl office and when i visit the branch, the staff memebers do not take the matter seriously, instead they make an excuse by saying that they are calling the technition but he is not picking up the phone. I am a postpaid customer, I have to pay a fixed amount of bill . I have not been able to use the facility from last five days and still counting. BSNL is a government organisation and it should respond to after sale service even more efficiently than the private companies. I have request to concerned authority to look forward into the matter as soon as possible and provide me with valuable sujjestion. I need a compensation for my loss also. Today I called customer care and i got a reply that, that technition is not responding to us, so we cannot send men and I shuld visit the branch office . A big question arises than what is the need of customer care if they cannot even entertain you complaints.
        Government officials should not take their work for granted. I am also a government officer thats why its very sad to see people neglecting just because they are having their job security. I am providing my docket no. [protected].

Should i have to pay for something i haven't used. Should i go for court, since lot of bsnl users are affected by this scam. Will there be any way to completely delete hungama account and file a complaint on them?

            Its been more than a week since my new bsnl sim has not receiving any signal since the portability procedure is done .Even after repeated complaints over this problem to costumer care there is no update in the situation.I am seriously regretting my choice of porting from my previous mobile service provider.They are all saying that the activation is done but they are not identifying the problem with my number.it would be great if you process my request asap .thank you.

                          I filled form of BSNL TTA(Jr Eng) but when i submitted the form because of some technical issues this process could not completed but Money was debited from my Account.
                          to fill the form I paid to the site second time then it is successfully done.
                          It was mentioned in the site that it will be refunded in 5 working days but when i called they said it is 15 working days. Now I am not able to connect with them.

                          Y land line phone no is 2660615, Amravati camp area is not working properly, I am having unlimited plan of Rs- 999/ month. but when the phone is not working full days of month how I can pay the entire amount for the same ?the bsnl is ignoring the complaints and temporarily solving the problem, which again continews .
                          When I booked for Landline on 28-Dec-1999, I submitted a written application wherein I stated my name as "SHAHIDA BANU ". But ever since, I get the bills as "SHAHIOA BANU". Instead of "D", "O" is spelled. Please correct the spelling as "SHAHIDA BANU" in all the relevant records.

                              Hello, i am Arun Kumar.Placed a new service request for broadband connection with a Bsnl marketing person Rajendran([protected])and after delaying the connection requested refund. Its been two months since I requested a refund this guys is cheating rejecting my calls no contact. Using offensive words while talking no respect at all. Kindly take action and help to get back my deposit. And requesting not to employ these kind of rowdys in future. Thanks in advance.

                                This is inform you that regarding timings in BSNL office in Bangalore main centre
                                opposite to cubbon park near to Press club, when I visited the branch at 4pm today(12/9/13)to put currency for my mobile but unfortunately I saw the main door was closed & nobody there to inquire about it, the
                                timings of the office counter was shown 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 6pm.but I was
                                surprised to see that the office was closed at 4pm, itself .I request to look into it &
                                never give hardship to customers & losing your business.

                                  I give application for disconnection for bsnl landline broadband connection on[protected] but today 9-9-2016 still not taking any action..they say SDO permission is required but SDO is not comming so how can we disconnect..If bill will come who will pay for this...please take action against these people
                                  Since 04/09/16 morning i'm having trouble connecting internet & showing some network error report. Due to this issue i cant neither connect to internet nor calling any person. Hope you consider this issue as most important and i look forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible you can.

                                      This is to inform you that I am a loyal customer of bsnl since decades but now I have to take strong step towards this connection as I am always facing problems from disconnection of my connection of [protected]. Many times I called to the local exchange people as well as the concern person kamta but I always getting the same answers indirectly that give some amount to make this working. from one month my phone was disturbed and now the bill will come. I have strong reservations of this and I request you that please waived off my bills for this month and take some strong action on staffs who are thinking that bsnl is their own property. I am going to complain on pgportal website also as last time I did. I will not pay a single penny (Riswat) to bsnl staffs for making my landline working. Its their duty to give the service like others players are doing. Its really same on us that one side private companies are giving hassle free services and bsnl is troubling us. One side our respected PM is saying something and on ground this kind of activity is going on. I request you to please open my last complain which was made for the same number you will understand how I am facing the problems. Can anyone tell me what is the use of my connection. I need strong action on the staffs and also let me know that this problem is going to be solve or not so that I can change the service provider.

                                      My BSNL internet Broadband not working for the past 10 days. "DSL" light in the WIFI modem is not showing green. Raised complaint using BSNL toll free number. No response so far. Today tried reaching the BSNL hastinapuram branch phone number. no response.

Phone was stolen while travelling in a local bus of Delhi. Sim has been issued in the name of Mr. Shyam Lal Sharma. Kindly Deactivate the Sim.I am requesting you to deacivate this sim so that no one should misuse it. Various bank details and other confidential things are registered on this number .
