I, Pavan living in Puttur, Andhrapradesh, 517583. I had contacted BSNL office to get new internet connection many times. Everytime they say wirelines are damaged in your region so we cannot provide connection. But BSNL planned to provide data RS.249 at cheaper price without proper connections in INDIA. Are we going to make digital India success?? resolution is not for my sake, it is for all rural students.

On 06 August 2016, I was in need of bsnl prepaid mobile recharge therefore I tried online recharge on bsnl portal but the transaction failed two times and amount deducted from my a/c. The Tr. Ref. No. are IGOCMCCSC5 Rs 128/- and IGOCMCDO9 Rs 128/- . I Complained to concern bank, they processed my complain and informed me to make the contact with merchant site....

I have changed from Post paid phnoe No.[protected] to prepaid in the month of April 2016. I have paid an amount Rs, 603/- while taking the post paid phone connection. the Deposit is still pending with your department for the reasons known to you only. Kindly refund the same immediately.

When i went for new connection of landline and broadbrand connection they are giving a correct information and not providing me form for new connection they making a big delay, [ if your not able to provide a new connection then please stop giving adds ] don`t make the people foolish by your useless adds. If your not able to provide me a new connection from the nalgonda rural area what bout villages...

Bsnl line is disconnected on 20, 21st street from[protected] till today[protected] it’s not resolved.

Reason from bsnl korattur exchange employee and ae: corporation people disconnected the street main wire while doing maintenance work and until that work's gets completed, we won't proceed since we don't have permission from the corporation.

I got the above response on 15/9/2016 after that no one is picking...

Since 1st oct.2016 my internet service is totally failure. i made complaint in s. d. o. mawana office. on 8th october2016 at about 4 pm mr. rahul came and he has started internet. but a short period of 1 hour on the same date i. e. 8th october, dsl has not been working. yesterday i. e. on 13th oct.2016 a lineman came here and he has tried to set dsl but in vain. thus for about a period of 15 days i have not been getting my internet services....

I had recharged my prepaid mobile No. [protected] with STV for Rs. 56/- (internet) on 09.10.2016 and Rs. 44/-and Rs. 36/- on 10.10.2016. However, the benefits of the same were not extended. I came to know of the same when I found that my main balance is being used for internet access. On october 3rd 2016 i registered for a new broad band bsnl connection thru bsnl website registration form. October 4th i got a call from a person claiming to be bsnl executive and he explained me about the plans and he took all details.
By evening he send an executive to collect money of 1591 and documents for futhur process. The person gave a bill and visiting card of avim global solutions and told me that i will be getting a bsnl...

These services pop-up in middle of a web page, not providing clear info and having an only one option 'OK', making the users unintentionally click it. On 12th july 2016 i have surrendered the said phone, and as told to me, enclosed my bank a/c xerox copy for crediting my deposit amount.
Then on 16/7/2016 i have received one sms messagestating that

I am applying for BSNL TTA Exam 2016, My Reg No. is 1338916. I
initiated a payment request on 8th August, 2016 using website portal,
after then the amount of Rs 1008.63 is deducted from my bank account,
but it was not updated on the www.externalbsnlexam.com website and the
payment status is still pending & a popup was generated showing that

The above No LL is not working for the last three years.Every time I complain about the non-working of my LL, I am told that it will be done. But nothing has been done for the last three years.
