Deactivate the bsnl hungama plan and return money immediately.
with ref to discussion with mr. sapkal (dgm) bsnl. immediately take action. i am not getting connectivity so far called bsnl broad band in working hours. that is also told to above concern officer. if bsnl is unable to do need full then remove landline immediately. i think i am having right why this happening in our make in india project.

    I have prepaid 3 G Sim.I am not able to send sms from my prepaid no [protected] for last 1 month.I have tried another handset, but no use.I have checked sms centre no, s witched on and off, did factory reset.There is nothing wrong with handset.
    I have dual sim Lenovo vibe x2 handset with bsnl sim as primary and jio 4 g as secondary.I had lodged complaint with customer care.The complaint is still open, although i was told nothing wrong at their end.
    Kindly resolve it earliest, since i am not able to perform basic function like sending sms.

      My cell phone is stolen on 19 oct. Early morning in between 9.30-10.30am.. When I called, it was switch off. Plz block the sim card as soon as possible as I am having very confidential n imp passwords & bank details were login and that no was registered for any kind of money transaction..That contains my locker no n other details also.. One night before I have format d cell phone n re-install d app..But due to slow net I was not able to activate security system or download any theft protective software.. Even my ph has a simple pattern for home screen. As I Had scan & format my cellphone n working on dat n early morning it was lost from my home..If possible plz provide me the last last location n time of getting dat off... Might be I can find that..I[censored] can help me plz i really need ur help as police is delaying to start its procedure..BT i am having very imp details in that.. N if I can get the formatted cell den also I can recover the data wid help of some software experts working for dis only..

                I wanted to get a new broadband connection at my place since i moved here recently. Called the bsnl broadband guy, paid the full installation price and was informed that the connection will be installed tomorrow.

                It has been 8 days and i have called the bsnl team atleast 30 times but each time they just told they are working on it and it will happen.

                Seriously this type of service is unacceptable.
                I really don't know what to do now or exactly where to go since i have moved here recently.

                    Worst connection I have ever seen in my life is Bsnl broadband connection . I am staying kochi .since 2 yrs I am using this connection every month I m paying 2000/- to 1700 rs for this network buy half the month it's not working . I am calling customer care they don't know how to speak in English, forget abt Hindi accept Malayalam . I complain to all senior head regarding this issue o am facing since 4 months . But still no action has been taken

                          Kindly note that "the promotional scheme is valid up to[protected]."
                          The pack has been deactivated as of now.

                            Concerned officer of the bsnl is requested to see my issue of service quality providing by bsnl to me. This complaint about land line phone service providing by patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad. Bsnl is forcing its customers to disconnect their land line phone facilities without any fault. The other phone installed by bsnl at my location found working.

                            I am very old customer of bsnl, and i paid many unwanted bills for the benefit of bsnl after my complaint through email @ [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 24th march, 2008. My phone complaint was attended after completion of 25 days in 2008. Further, another complaint raised in june, 2011, and attended after completion of one month. Also, my complaint dated july, 2013 attended after completion of four months. The same problem was solved after completion of around one month in april, 2015.

                            More recently, my land line phone is dead from 14 july, 2016 vide complaint no.[protected]. None of the bsnl staff/ officer attended my complaint while i paid my bill on 7th august, 2016 for dead phone facility for avoiding any disconnection charges may be charged by bsnl. Not only this, without attaining my complaint raised during 14 july, 2016 for my land line phone, as my land line phone is dead from june, 2016, the bill for the dead phone generated from the patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad for rs. 567 and due date was 26th september, 2016 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 4th september, 2016. I raised my complaint and informed time to time at
                            [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@trai.gov.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in

                            No rental rebate benefit was given to me for my phone while it was dead. Bsnl staff may be using bsnl service with good quality for making zero financial charges.

                            This is one kind of harassment by bsnl of its customers, concerned bsnl staff/ officers needs to be punished for not attaining my phone complaint.
                            Bsnl must give an rebate to such customers automatically.
                            Call charges details needs to be uploaded on the web portal which my be seen by its users.

                            I visited BSNL Raj Nagar Exchange, and discussed with AO (Cash), he suggested I need to personally contact with SDO Patel Nagar Exchange, I did not seen any impact of this complaint at BSNL Office.

                            In place of solving my grievances, BSNL Ghaziabad disconnect my connection vide SMS received on 22/02/2017 08.24 Hrs that Dear Customer, Your Service, 0120-XXXX797 has been disconnected. Please contact 1500 for any queries. Thanks for choosing BSNL as your Service Provider.

                            Without providing services, How BSNL can charge the telephone rent continuously from its customers. It seems that BSNL Land Line Billing facility is fake, and forcing its customer to quit from BSNL.

                            BSNL did not attended my land line phone[protected] complaint for many months after repeated reminders, and on my various complaint at higher authority of BSNL, BSNL disconnected my connection without my confirmation, and refunded Rs. 567 and 1448 in place of total security deposited Rs. 3000.

                            Iit is one kind of method of BSNL to harass its customers for any reason.

                                I want to Deactivate all Hungama service
                                I never activated any hungama services. I want all hungama services deactivated effective immediately and also refund my payment done for that unwanted service as soon as possible. Even the customer care of hangama is not picking the Call.

                                I have not used any service but you have deducted Rs. 280 /- from Sept.2016 bill. I will not pay this amount otherwise I will discontinue my land line connection and take private connection.

                                    It is noticed that from my bsnl telephone bill for august & sep. 2016 that one time charges for hungama music, movie, games is billed Rs.489 & 116.43 with out my consent for the plan.                                       I, Pavan living in Puttur, Andhrapradesh, 517583. I had contacted BSNL office to get new internet connection many times. Everytime they say wirelines are damaged in your region so we cannot provide connection. But BSNL planned to provide data RS.249 at cheaper price without proper connections in INDIA. Are we going to make digital India success?? resolution is not for my sake, it is for all rural students.

                                        On 06 August 2016, I was in need of bsnl prepaid mobile recharge therefore I tried online recharge on bsnl portal but the transaction failed two times and amount deducted from my a/c. The Tr. Ref. No. are IGOCMCCSC5 Rs 128/- and IGOCMCDO9 Rs 128/- . I Complained to concern bank, they processed my complain and informed me to make the contact with merchant site.
