Today I recharged my bsnl no with rs 78 and i get 1gb 3g data, but data speed is 15-16 kbps. i was cheated by bsnl. so i am going to port my no. in any other service provider.

      After repeated complaint request made to the BSNL dept. There seems no end to it towards getting issues solved. Every time when we reach home and start our home work from home, the network goes down in the evening, main cause is the DNS part in the modem of BSNL network does not respond, even though it responds, it will be for few minutes then goes off. Repeated times we have made the complaint towards phone no 2684890 and 2682110 but its of no use, and there would be phone call from the BSNL team, about the network stating ok now, and again in the evening the situation is as it was before. Simply saying there is no end to it. There is no call from the team personnel for doing the rectification, many times we have directly called the network engg Aamir, but received no response we have. Due to this we have cut the BSNL landline no[protected], because of lethargic attitude and not rectifying the existing network issues, we are still continuing with the issue.

        I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. Do it immediately. I had already provided a written copy of complint to bsnl head office at trichy last month. But i got hungama bill included at the current month bill also..

        O please deactive hungama and refund the money of last 3 month hungama bills..

            My landline no is[protected]. Hungama Movies Videos and games service was activated by bsnl executive, last month, saying that it is free service. I have not used this service yet... and I don't want to use it in future too. I request you to please deactivate these 3 services ( Hungama movies, videos and games) from my landline no[protected] if not deactivated yet)

            Myself manoj from ap, i am using bsnl past 6yrs no:[protected] sudden my outing calls r not working i am trying to connect to customer care services too there calls r also not connected to me.how could i solve my problem.
            Automattically added super masti pack and deducted 29 rs..this has happened before and has cut 50rs...when i called the customer service, they deactivated but did not refund money.
            I don't want bsnl to cut money for things i have not used regularly. I've heard similar complaints being put forward by friends also.hope to have a positive reaction.

              Greetings of the day. I am Mr. Sathish from Madurai, Villapuram.

              One of the person named XAVIER (His Mobile Number – [protected]) visited our Office in Villapuram, Madurai – 625012, Tamil Nadu on 30th September 2016 and convinced us to go for BSNL Broadband Connection.

              Due to the Airtel Network instability in our Area, we have decided to go for the BSNL Connection. He collected Rs. 3000 for 3 different connections from us on 4th & 5th October 2016.

              From the next day onwards, he didn’t responded to us – we have tried to reach him many times on his mobile so far, he not yet responding any of our calls.

              We have realized that, he has cheated our Amount in the name of BSNL Network . . . We came to know that, he is keep on doing this FRADULENT ACTIVITIES to all the people in MADURAI in the name of BSNL Network.

              He is totally, spoiling BSNL NETWORK and BSNL CUSTOMERS. Kindly take necessary actions and save all the people from this kind of FRADULENT PERSONS.

              NOTE : He is wearing BSNL T-SHIRTS, BSNL TAG and BSNL Temporary Bill Books . . .

              Kindly treat this message as MOST IMPORTANT and MOST URGENT.

              We din"t subscribe the hungama movies, music, games for my current phone number, but you have charged nearly Rs.310 as an one time charge. Without our knowledge how can u charge. Deactivate that plan and refund the amount.

                Deactivate the bsnl hungama plan and return money immediately.
                with ref to discussion with mr. sapkal (dgm) bsnl. immediately take action. i am not getting connectivity so far called bsnl broad band in working hours. that is also told to above concern officer. if bsnl is unable to do need full then remove landline immediately. i think i am having right why this happening in our make in india project.

                  I have prepaid 3 G Sim.I am not able to send sms from my prepaid no [protected] for last 1 month.I have tried another handset, but no use.I have checked sms centre no, s witched on and off, did factory reset.There is nothing wrong with handset.
                  I have dual sim Lenovo vibe x2 handset with bsnl sim as primary and jio 4 g as secondary.I had lodged complaint with customer care.The complaint is still open, although i was told nothing wrong at their end.
                  Kindly resolve it earliest, since i am not able to perform basic function like sending sms.

                    My cell phone is stolen on 19 oct. Early morning in between 9.30-10.30am.. When I called, it was switch off. Plz block the sim card as soon as possible as I am having very confidential n imp passwords & bank details were login and that no was registered for any kind of money transaction..That contains my locker no n other details also.. One night before I have format d cell phone n re-install d app..But due to slow net I was not able to activate security system or download any theft protective software.. Even my ph has a simple pattern for home screen. As I Had scan & format my cellphone n working on dat n early morning it was lost from my home..If possible plz provide me the last last location n time of getting dat off... Might be I can find that..I[censored] can help me plz i really need ur help as police is delaying to start its procedure..BT i am having very imp details in that.. N if I can get the formatted cell den also I can recover the data wid help of some software experts working for dis only..

                              I wanted to get a new broadband connection at my place since i moved here recently. Called the bsnl broadband guy, paid the full installation price and was informed that the connection will be installed tomorrow.

                              It has been 8 days and i have called the bsnl team atleast 30 times but each time they just told they are working on it and it will happen.

                              Seriously this type of service is unacceptable.
                              I really don't know what to do now or exactly where to go since i have moved here recently.

                                  Worst connection I have ever seen in my life is Bsnl broadband connection . I am staying kochi .since 2 yrs I am using this connection every month I m paying 2000/- to 1700 rs for this network buy half the month it's not working . I am calling customer care they don't know how to speak in English, forget abt Hindi accept Malayalam . I complain to all senior head regarding this issue o am facing since 4 months . But still no action has been taken

                                    When I enquired today office staff told me that they are not having sufficient staff today, they will try tomorrow.

                                        Hi, while streaming network i got a message like "your pack special 30 pack rs49 7 days (51010) is activated". also, the amount got deducted from my mobile account ([protected]). i tried contacting the customer care but didn't get much help.
                                        Date of deduction: 13th october 2016
                                        Kindly note that "the promotional scheme is valid up to[protected]."
                                        The pack has been deactivated as of now.
                                        Please look into this and refund the amount.
