As today i recharge my no. With 25 coupon recharge then i called on one no. My balance deducted acoording to plan but then i called to other no. and i called again at evening and talked upto 19 second then i got the pop up messages that my balance deducted is 4.80 Rs
Then i called to customer care they told that u had talh 240 second thats why deducted and they talked rudlly and my no is [protected]

SUB: Complaint against delay of refund on account of registration fee deposited during landline
telephone connection.

Sir,
This is to inform you that the landline telephone bearing no.[protected] under my name (SUPRIYA SAMANTA) have been surrendered maintaining all formalities as per rule. However, after a lapse of more than a year, the registration fee amounting to Rs. 2000/- has not yet been refunded. All the relevant documents have been attached herewith for ready reference.
In this reference, I would urge you to arrange for payment of the aforementioned refund amount after being adjusted with the last bill and also the interest accrued due to the delay. I will be very pleased if you kindly make the necessary arrangement of debiting the net amount payable to my SB A/C No. [protected] at SBI Burdwan, Main Branch (IFSC SBIN0000048).
Also, at this point it is very relevant to mention that the spelling of my name in the bank account (Supriyo Samanta) is different from the name under which my connection was held (Supriya Samanta). In this regard, I have attached a photocopy of the affidavit clearly stating that the two people are one and the same. This is to avoid any unwanted deterrent towards the transfer of the refund.

The phone has been inoperative since two days. I waited if it could be set right after sometime. I felt that it may be a temporary defect and would be set right in a few hours. Since this has been futile, I had to make a complaint now with complaint id[protected].dt. 20/09/2016

Earlier also the phone went off for threedays ; under complaint no;[protected] dated 03/09/2016 and restored on 06/09/2016 after repeated requests to the staff at Chennai, Annanagar Division.

This would not happen with Private Organizations such as Airtel or Tata Docomo but only at BSNL because it is a Govt.

I know that this complaint will never see the light of the day and the restoration to normalcy will take its own time.

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at banbassa during the marketting. my mobile no. was [protected]. i want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. but the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. i request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

It is to inform that i want to deactivate the service of bsnl hungama as soon as possible.Its a request from my side to deactivate as soon as possible as we are your customers . Kindly make it at the earliest to avoid inconvience from both sides from your side and from our side also. We dont want to avial this service right now. In future if we want to avail we will contact. The BSNL I thought it is a government company. In a belief that govt services will be straight forward, I opted for BSNL land line and broad band services some 6 to 8 months back. I had a very troublesome months from the time I took BSNL Even though I opted for a scheme of 1099 per month, I was never getting enough speed for the internet and most of the time there was no internet at all. But as I believed that govt services will not cheat customers, I raised complaints and believed that some day this will be rectified. But all in vainn. Now last month I was getting additional bills. When I checkedf it was for a service named Hungama which I didn't opt for it. Some call center guy had cheated us and got information from my wife and activated the service, even though BSNL was on my name. Now this month I am again getting a bil 1498 for a service which we have never used. From all these, if you are looking for BSNL please dont take it. Life will be much better without BSNL. they are cheaters and dont even consider the customers. All the people take their positions for granted.

Myself Nanda Kumar, i have took the new BB combo 699 plan on 27th august 2016 and still waiting for the connection to come, i was running to the local bsnl exchange daily and got fed up this saturday(17 sept-2016) and went to DGM office flower bazzar to file a complaint and did the same and was told that the connection will be given for sure on the same day and still no further updates, this is the worst ever service provided by an government organization, no one is working in the bsnl ofice, whenever i go there, they will say if i get order from AE only i will give connection, but if i ask the AE she will say that i have issued the order to the line man and he is not doing his work, is this a way a person of such reputation can speak. Her name is Banumathy(Ae Pidariyar kovil street BSNL exchange) i spoke to DE(Muthukumar) as well and to DGM too still no response, i don't want such a lazy non working organizations connection at my home with the future being foreseen now that how i will get my problems address in the future if have to come across any such, please do me a favour by looking into this issue, if the same ouldn't be solved within today i want my money back including the landline which i bought from BSNL which costs 600 INR

Sir, I never applied for the above. Please look into the matter and take necessary action. And adjust the amount in next Bill.

It's more than one year and I'm not able to send single message from my BSNL no.
My BSNL no is [protected] Rajasthan circle.

I tried both msg center no i.e [protected] & [protected] but that didn't work.

It's working fine earlier and then suddenly it stop sending message and each time returned the same thing :- "message sending failed"

Please look into this issue.

मेरा बीएसएनएल leadline no [protected] है जिस पर ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन चालू है जो की pitram & sons के नाम से जिसका addresh -vpo -सुल्ताना, th -चिड़ावा dist -झुंझुनू (राज) है \ इस ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन पर 2400 से 2500 रुपए पर महीने का प्लान एक्टिवेट है जिस की स्पीड हमे 8mbps बताई गई थी लेकिन जब से प्लान एक्टिवेट हुआ है हमे एक बार भी इस स्पीड का फायदा नही मिला | तथा साथ ही महीने में कम से कम 10 -15 दिन लाइन खराब होती है |जिस की एक्सचेंज पर 4 -5 बार शिकायत करने पर लाइन को ठीक किया जाता है |जबकि हमारे इन्टरनेट रोज उपयोग में आता है | इसलिए हम बीएसएनएल की सेवा से काफी परेसान हो चुके है |इसलिए हमने बीएसएनएल ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन को बंद करवाना चाहते है |इसलिए हम बीएसएनएल ऑफिस चिड़ावा में प्राथना पत्र देने गए लेकिन ऑफिस स्टाफ ने प्राथना पत्र लेने से मना कर दिया तथा ठीक तरीके से बात तक नही की |ना ही हमे इस समस्या का कोई समाधान बताया गया |तथा बिल ना जमा करवाने के लिए कहां गया ताकि कनेक्शन कंपनी के द्वारा बंद कर दिया जायेगा

I am cutomer of BSNL, dhanbad, Jharkhand.I am having problem with my broadband connection form last 5 days. I have registered complaint for the same. Inspite of calling almost 50 times i have not received any attention on my complaint. Customer care tells me to visit the local Bsnl office and when i visit the branch, the staff memebers do not take the matter seriously, instead they make an excuse by saying that they are calling the technition but he is not picking up the phone. I am a postpaid customer, I have to pay a fixed amount of bill . I have not been able to use the facility from last five days and still counting. BSNL is a government organisation and it should respond to after sale service even more efficiently than the private companies. I have request to concerned authority to look forward into the matter as soon as possible and provide me with valuable sujjestion. I need a compensation for my loss also. Today I called customer care and i got a reply that, that technition is not responding to us, so we cannot send men and I shuld visit the branch office . A big question arises than what is the need of customer care if they cannot even entertain you complaints.
Government officials should not take their work for granted. I am also a government officer thats why its very sad to see people neglecting just because they are having their job security. I am providing my docket no. [protected].

Billed RS.410 additional for good for nothing hungama, never subscribed anything in it, they them self subscribed in my name. Today i have unsubscribed everything. Should i have to pay for something i haven't used. Should i go for court, since lot of bsnl users are affected by this scam. Will there be any way to completely delete hungama account and file a complaint on them?

Its been more than a week since my new bsnl sim has not receiving any signal since the portability procedure is done .Even after repeated complaints over this problem to costumer care there is no update in the situation.I am seriously regretting my choice of porting from my previous mobile service provider.They are all saying that the activation is done but they are not identifying the problem with my number.it would be great if you process my request asap .thank you.

Dear sir,
I requested for a shift in telephone on 27th August and still my landline has not been shift everytime they just give extra reasons why it's not shifted. We have been Bsnl landline users from past 30 years and we have never been treated in this way ever before. If you can't provide service atleast stop charging the bill.

I here only request you to kindly deactivate this website music on demand hungama movies etc. which i am not interested in. kindly deactivate this website from my bsnl website services from this very hour. thanks.
