I had never subscribed for hangama music on demand, movie on demand and games on demand services. still i have been billed rs. 150 for june 2016; rs. 410 for july 2016 and rs.410 for august 2016. i reuest you to order deactivation of above mentioned services and adjust rs.970 in the subsequent bills. i got a fake call from vodaphone no.[protected]toknow my bank account no. within half an hour after submission of my complaint on 21st night of 2016 so that the amount charged in excess be deposited in my account. some body from bsnl or your office is in league with fraudulent people.

I did payment on bsnl web of my land line 2338210 by hdfc bank of amount 756.00 on dated 22-sep-2016

but it is not reflection in bsnl web and in my hdfc bank account this amount has been deducted

I have lodged complaint several times in customer care but no fruitful result have come. instead they are saying that it will be sovled by 72 hours each time. as i am very much in need and staying away from my family the solving of this complaint is must and may please be solved at the earliest.

      My name is Sundara Raj and my telephone number is [protected]. Hungama for Movies on Demand and Music on Demand has been activated in my account since June 2016 without my consent. I have never used such facilities. I have already requested 2 times in this site to deactivate Hungama from my landline telephone account, last month and this month. I have also sent registered posts to the concerned General Manager (Chennai-South) and Accounts Officer, Chennai-78. But it has not yet been deactivated and "One Time Charges" for these two items have been levied in my bills for the past 3 months. I request you to deactivate Hungama from my landline phone account forthwith.

        I am having one bsnl telephone[protected] at my official residence inside bit, mesra (quarters) and i am also having broad band. i am paying rs. 1700 monthly. i have been paying all my bills regularly without any issue. you can imaging the amount i am paying but the service provided by the bsnl was very poor most of the time the line do not work. anybody can see number of complaints made from my mobile number in bsnl record as a proof.

        But recently this land line was not working for the past 2 months. i have not used it since 1st of august 2016 because it was faulty. i made lot of complaints but they did not resolve. so i decided to discontinue the service of bsnl. i was looking for the e-mail of sdo of bsnl in ranchi. but i could not find any. but through one of my friend i got his mobile phone number. so i sent an sms on 30th august 2016. his number is [protected]. i also marked a copy to other bsnl staff who is handling my issue like mr. narsinghji (his mobile is [protected]. also mr. shantanu he is bsnl employee who have been helping me time to time. he is a good person but he even could not solve my issue. i also marked a copy to him.

        Since my broad band was not working i could not pay the bill for the month of july. so my due to bsnl is only rs. 1700. recently i received an sms from bsnl stating that my bill due is rs. 5247 on 20th september. i am fully surprised by this. i am very annoyed by the way bsnl is treating their customers. can anybody help me.

        Because of this faulty bsnl i could not do many scientific work from my home which has impacted my academic progress as well. who will compensate for the loss of my mental peace.

        Interstingly the bsnl website complaint page also do not work.

          I surrendered my bsnl landline phone [protected] on 02.07.2016 to sde, peddapuram, eg dist., andhra pradesh and i received a sms from you on 06.07.2016 having received my application and the reference number is[protected]. to my surprise even after two and half months also i have not received the refund of security deposit. hence, please look into the matter and arrange to send the refund to my bank account, account number i already furnished to you along with application/ send to my billing address with out further lapse of time, since you have already taken more than the normal time.

            I have never subscribed the above plans of m/s hunganma. i have been billed for rs.410 for july 2016 and rs.410 for august 2016 for tel. no. [protected]. please deactivate the services and adjust this amount in the next bills. the music ondemand charges for july and august are rs 170 per month, movie on demand rs.170 per month andgames on demand rs.70 per month i. e. rs.820 for two months.

              Hi team,
              My name is Devendra Singh rathore. I lived in Akurdi area in pune Maharashtra.
              I went several times to akurdi bsnl office for new broadband plan and they said technician will come and see your area and give report whether they can give connection of landline and broadband.
              I checked with that technician he said sir it will take Time and they have to arrange some new telephone lines but I told him in that same building next to my door we have to bsnl landline connection. But the technician is saying no sir it will take some time and they will see what and when to do.
              I think this the reason other companies are growing fast and bsnl is not, that workers are not want to work.
              Bsnl company is launching many plans for us But due to this issue we are not able to utilise it.
              If you can answer to my complain it will be good if not I will tweet head of bsnl and give him all details.

                  I got calls many times on my mobile phone for activating hungama.com service. I always said no for the offer then they did contact to another person in my family which was my father and as they doesnt aware about this modern concepts they just didn't get what it is and in conversation they talk like ok ok yes and the company did activated the service. Company just played a game as the literate person of family says no for the offer they conacted old generation persons of the family like mother and father and satisfied theri motive by cheating.
                  When msg of activation come to on fathers mobile they told me about the same and i tried to conact company on its customer care helpline no 1503 they said its for mobile nos only then i called 1500 and 1504 then they said go to bsnl office when i go to office they said its online activation what you did so call to cust care then again i called all the above nos then at this time i got new no[protected] which does not answering the call

                    For the past 23 days there are frequent call drops during call conversations on the 3 mobile BSNL numbers viz. [protected], [protected] &[protected] and I complaint about the same to the local BSNL authorities and the concerned AE (Mobile-[protected]) for necessary remedy. We find it difficult during call conversation as the calls drops even to a tune of 8 to 9 times even for 2 miniutes call duration. My repeated requests over the phone and through " ONLINE COMPLAINTS" yielded no rectifications till now. Please take immediate action to rectify the problems. online complaint no: TND/CO/2016/7752 on 08.09.2016 and repeated appeals to "Customer's grievance cell, Madurai" through [protected] yielded no response. Till 20.09.2016 We have no remedy and left in frequent call drops at home. Please take immediate action to rectify the problem

                        Sir,
                        This is to inform you that the landline telephone bearing no.[protected] under my name (SUPRIYA SAMANTA) have been surrendered maintaining all formalities as per rule. However, after a lapse of more than a year, the registration fee amounting to Rs. 2000/- has not yet been refunded. All the relevant documents have been attached herewith for ready reference.
                        In this reference, I would urge you to arrange for payment of the aforementioned refund amount after being adjusted with the last bill and also the interest accrued due to the delay. I will be very pleased if you kindly make the necessary arrangement of debiting the net amount payable to my SB A/C No. [protected] at SBI Burdwan, Main Branch (IFSC SBIN0000048).
                        Also, at this point it is very relevant to mention that the spelling of my name in the bank account (Supriyo Samanta) is different from the name under which my connection was held (Supriya Samanta).                           The phone has been inoperative since two days. I waited if it could be set right after sometime. I felt that it may be a temporary defect and would be set right in a few hours. Since this has been futile, I had to make a complaint now with complaint id[protected].dt. 20/09/2016

                          Earlier also the phone went off for threedays ; under complaint no;[protected] dated 03/09/2016 and restored on 06/09/2016 after repeated requests to the staff at Chennai, Annanagar Division.

                          This would not happen with Private Organizations such as Airtel or Tata Docomo but only at BSNL because it is a Govt.

                          I know that this complaint will never see the light of the day and the restoration to normalcy will take its own time.

                                The BSNL I thought it is a government company. In a belief that govt services will be straight forward, I opted for BSNL land line and broad band services some 6 to 8 months back. I had a very troublesome months from the time I took BSNL Even though I opted for a scheme of 1099 per month, I was never getting enough speed for the internet and most of the time there was no internet at all. But as I believed that govt services will not cheat customers, I raised complaints and believed that some day this will be rectified. But all in vainn. Now last month I was getting additional bills. When I checkedf it was for a service named Hungama which I didn't opt for it. Some call center guy had cheated us and got information from my wife and activated the service, even though BSNL was on my name. Now this month I am again getting a bil 1498 for a service which we have never used. From all these, if you are looking for BSNL please dont take it. Life will be much better without BSNL. they are cheaters and dont even consider the customers. All the people take their positions for granted.

                                  Myself Nanda Kumar, i have took the new BB combo 699 plan on 27th august 2016 and still waiting for the connection to come, i was running to the local bsnl exchange daily and got fed up this saturday(17 sept-2016) and went to DGM office flower bazzar to file a complaint and did the same and was told that the connection will be given for sure on the same day and still no further updates, this is the worst ever service provided by an government organization, no one is working in the bsnl ofice, whenever i go there, they will say if i get order from AE only i will give connection, but if i ask the AE she will say that i have issued the order to the line man and he is not doing his work, is this a way a person of such reputation can speak. Her name is Banumathy(Ae Pidariyar kovil street BSNL exchange) i spoke to DE(Muthukumar) as well and to DGM too still no response, i don't want such a lazy non working organizations connection at my home with the future being foreseen now that how i will get my problems address in the future if have to come across any such, please do me a favour by looking into this issue, if the same ouldn't be solved within today i want my money back including the landline which i bought from BSNL which costs 600 INR

                                      It's more than one year and I'm not able to send single message from my BSNL no.
                                      My BSNL no is [protected] Rajasthan circle.

                                      I tried both msg center no i.e [protected] & [protected] but that didn't work.

                                      It's working fine earlier and then suddenly it stop sending message and each time returned the same thing :- "message sending failed"

                                        मेरा बीएसएनएल leadline no [protected] है जिस पर ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन चालू है जो की pitram & sons के नाम से जिसका addresh -vpo -सुल्ताना, th -चिड़ावा dist -झुंझुनू (राज) है \ इस ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन पर 2400 से 2500 रुपए पर महीने का प्लान एक्टिवेट है जिस की स्पीड हमे 8mbps बताई गई थी लेकिन जब से प्लान एक्टिवेट हुआ है हमे एक बार भी इस स्पीड का फायदा नही मिला | तथा साथ ही महीने में कम से कम 10 -15 दिन लाइन खराब होती है |जिस की एक्सचेंज पर 4 -5 बार शिकायत करने पर लाइन को ठीक किया जाता है |जबकि हमारे इन्टरनेट रोज उपयोग में आता है | इसलिए हम बीएसएनएल की सेवा से काफी परेसान हो चुके है |इसलिए हमने बीएसएनएल ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन को बंद करवाना चाहते है |इसलिए हम बीएसएनएल ऑफिस चिड़ावा में प्राथना पत्र देने गए लेकिन ऑफिस स्टाफ ने प्राथना पत्र लेने से मना कर दिया तथा ठीक तरीके से बात तक नही की |ना ही हमे इस समस्या का कोई समाधान बताया गया |तथा बिल ना जमा करवाने के लिए कहां गया ताकि कनेक्शन कंपनी के द्वारा बंद कर दिया जायेगा

                                        I have been charged Rs 555.48 for Hungama on demand.

                                        I do not want this service, have never used it and will never use it in the future.

                                        I would like a full refund of the mentioned amount immediately.
