Dear Sir,
My landline no is[protected]. Hungama Movies Videos and games service was activated by bsnl executive, last month, saying that it is free service. I have not used this service yet... and I don't want to use it in future too. I request you to please deactivate these 3 services ( Hungama movies, videos and games) from my landline no[protected] if not deactivated yet)...

Greetings of the day. I am Mr. Sathish from Madurai, Villapuram.

One of the person named XAVIER (His Mobile Number – [protected]) visited our Office in Villapuram, Madurai – 625012, Tamil Nadu on 30th September 2016 and convinced us to go for BSNL Broadband Connection.

Due to the Airtel Network instability in our Area, we have decided to go for the BSNL Connection....

Deactivate the bsnl hungama plan and return money immediately.
with ref to discussion with mr. sapkal (dgm) bsnl. immediately take action. i am not getting connectivity so far called bsnl broad band in working hours. that is also told to above concern officer. if bsnl is unable to do need full then remove landline immediately. i think i am having right why this happening in our make in india project.

I have prepaid 3 G Sim.I am not able to send sms from my prepaid no [protected] for last 1 month.I have tried another handset, but no use.I have checked sms centre no, s witched on and off, did factory reset.There is nothing wrong with handset.
I have dual sim Lenovo vibe x2 handset with bsnl sim as primary and jio 4 g as secondary.I had lodged complaint with customer care.The complaint is still open, although i was told nothing wrong...

My cell phone is stolen on 19 oct. Early morning in between 9.30-10.30am.. When I called, it was switch off. Plz block the sim card as soon as possible as I am having very confidential n imp passwords & bank details were login and that no was registered for any kind of money transaction..That contains my locker no n other details also.. One night before I have format d cell phone n re-install d app..But due to slow net I was not able to activate...

Today my mobile phone along with BSNL west Bengal SIM card has been stolen/lost. The No. is [protected]. Please block the SIM Card and help to get a new SIM on the same number. Please inform me the process of getting a new sim card on the same number. In what way I will get the sim card on the same no. Please block the no. at first. Please help me getting the new sim....

I have deactivated my hangama acoount by calling the no. provided by bsnl hangama on 6th september 2016. they have confirmed that the account is closed when again called them on 9th of september 2016. but bsnl has charged me the hangama charges in my bill. i request you to disconnect the hangama plan and send me the email for confirmation. my phone n0. is[protected]. kindly do the needful immediately.

I wanted to get a new broadband connection at my place since i moved here recently. Called the bsnl broadband guy, paid the full installation price and was informed that the connection will be installed tomorrow.

It has been 8 days and i have called the bsnl team atleast 30 times but each time they just told they are working on it and it will happen.

Worst connection I have ever seen in my life is Bsnl broadband connection . Hi, while streaming network i got a message like "your pack special 30 pack rs49 7 days (51010) is activated". also, the amount got deducted from my mobile account ([protected]). i tried contacting the customer care but didn't get much help.

Concerned officer of the bsnl is requested to see my issue of service quality providing by bsnl to me. This complaint about land line phone service providing by patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad. Bsnl is forcing its customers to disconnect their land line phone facilities without any fault. The other phone installed by bsnl at my location found working.

I want to Deactivate all Hungama service
I never activated any hungama services. I want all hungama services deactivated effective immediately and also refund my payment done for that unwanted service as soon as possible. Even the customer care of hangama is not picking the Call.

I have not used any service but you have deducted Rs. 280 /- from Sept.2016 bill. I will not pay this amount otherwise...
