With reference[phone no:[protected]] we have been activated with hungama music on demand and hungama games on demand. They told us that it is just a free trial, but at present we are receiving bills with extra charges describing as hungama games on demand and hungama music on demand. We have never used that but we are being charged. So, i please ask you to deactivate that subscription plan

I'm unable to send SMS to others from my bsnl number ... it's many days I can't send any sms to any one..will this be resolved?? It is so problematic that I can't send SMS..

      I was complaining about just recharge it that they had a problem with airtel recharge facility. As a customer i couldn't make the recharge for airtel numbers since 1 months. I have just using this just recharge it service for recharging my airtel numbers. I was asked more time with customer care support officer they said the same answer. They replied lot of times only with the same answers.

        Someone picked my pocket while travelling by an BMTC bus yesterday evening. I had my Samsung cell with two SIM cards, namely BSNL and Aircel with numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively. Hence kindly block the numbers and if possible try to track the culprit, who said while Aircel number from another cell of my friend was called that he found inside the bus and then disconnected. I had also preferred a police complaint yesterday with Electronic city police station where I was told to come straight and give the complaint. However, the police personnel noted down my complaint.           I got a msg 4rm BSNL tht I subscribed 4r 55678 offr of wallpapers which I didn't so did the process o[censored]nsubsription of the pack. But till now I didn't got my cut off money n again it has been activatd. I complaind in FB mesengr 2... n I got a reply 4rm thm tht they will solve the problem soon which they didn't till now. I lost 20 rs till now. Amount of money may b short but they shouldn't do this. They should solve the problem of their customers which they promise to do.

                    My landline is dead/not-working since long. Earlier there was severe disturbance in the line, rendering the call inaudible. At present it completely dead.
                    Earlier also in 2015, complaints registered many times, for phone dead and/or disturbance in line. The problem is persisting since long. I remain out of ajmer many times for long durations, and remained complacent with regard to this problem.
                    Recently, on returning to ajmer, i registered a complaint ([protected], [protected]) on[protected], and they sent sms for ‘complaint resolved’ on[protected] without even attending to it. Again on[protected], i registered a complaint ([protected]) and they sent sms for ‘complaint resolved’ on[protected] without even attending to it. Their lineman came at the end of the day, struggled and line was restored, but had disturbance, for which complaint ([protected]) was registered again on[protected]. No response is with me so far, thereabout. Now the line is dead for the last 6-7 days, online complaints were made by me, but remained unacknowledged by sms. The complaints through ivr reveal that complaint is outstanding due to some technical reasons.

                        The service has been irregular for the last 18 months. Complaints to the local authorities are trivialized and a stock answer is given if persisted. The usual answer is the metro workers are cutting the cables.
                        The local exchange office and the concerned officers dare us to take the matter to higher authorities.
                        Is this the culture of your organization? If so please provide the full address of the telecom board chairman and that of shri ravishankara prasad. I wish to know from them whether this is the norm of bsnl?

                          Sir., i have regiestred complaint 3 times in bsnl help center regarding the slow speed internet but they are not talking any action and are not bothered by my complain.. I got a call from local bsnl exchange and they say i[censored] want to get rid of problem then u sould bring modem with u in local office and they refused to visit our home... And then they updated their complaint status as resloved... This had happened with me thrice.. It has been almost 2 month that i am getting less 50 kbps speed and i am paying rs800 bill in a month

                          You can clearly see what kind of service they are providing to their customer in the picture i am giving to u... Modhi ji's dream about digital india.. Is waste... As government sector doesnt care at all

                                After repeated complaint request made to the BSNL dept. There seems no end to it towards getting issues solved. Every time when we reach home and start our home work from home, the network goes down in the evening, main cause is the DNS part in the modem of BSNL network does not respond, even though it responds, it will be for few minutes then goes off. Repeated times we have made the complaint towards phone no 2684890 and 2682110 but its of no use, and there would be phone call from the BSNL team, about the network stating ok now, and again in the evening the situation is as it was before. Simply saying there is no end to it. There is no call from the team personnel for doing the rectification, many times we have directly called the network engg Aamir, but received no response we have. Due to this we have cut the BSNL landline no[protected], because of lethargic attitude and not rectifying the existing network issues, we are still continuing with the issue.

                                      Automattically added super masti pack and deducted 29 rs..this has happened before and has cut 50rs...when i called the customer service, they deactivated but did not refund money.
                                      I don't want bsnl to cut money for things i have not used regularly. I've heard similar complaints being put forward by friends also.hope to have a positive reaction.

                                        Greetings of the day. I am Mr. Sathish from Madurai, Villapuram.

                                        One of the person named XAVIER (His Mobile Number – [protected]) visited our Office in Villapuram, Madurai – 625012, Tamil Nadu on 30th September 2016 and convinced us to go for BSNL Broadband Connection.

                                        Due to the Airtel Network instability in our Area, we have decided to go for the BSNL Connection. He collected Rs. 3000 for 3 different connections from us on 4th & 5th October 2016.

                                        From the next day onwards, he didn’t responded to us – we have tried to reach him many times on his mobile so far, he not yet responding any of our calls.

                                        We have realized that, he has cheated our Amount in the name of BSNL Network . . . We came to know that, he is keep on doing this FRADULENT ACTIVITIES to all the people in MADURAI in the name of BSNL Network.

                                        He is totally, spoiling BSNL NETWORK and BSNL CUSTOMERS. Kindly take necessary actions and save all the people from this kind of FRADULENT PERSONS.

                                        NOTE : He is wearing BSNL T-SHIRTS, BSNL TAG and BSNL Temporary Bill Books . . .

                                        Kindly treat this message as MOST IMPORTANT and MOST URGENT.

                                        Awaiting for your necessary actions and make arrangements for REFUNDING our Amount as soon as possible.

                                        I would like to surrender my bsnl wireless connection belong to kolacherry telephone exchange, under Thaliparamba sub division, kannur dist. My phone no is [protected] .please, disconnect it as earlier as possible
                                        We din"t subscribe the hungama movies, music, games for my current phone number, but you have charged nearly Rs.310 as an one time charge. Without our knowledge how can u charge. Deactivate that plan and refund the amount.
                                        Without our consent you activated above programes from september 2016, and charged bills in telephone from september 2016.kindly deactivate immediately, credit charged in sept 2016, our tele no.[protected]
                                        I see a lot of my prepaid amount getting cut automatically. To know what is happening with my number, I want the detailed statement of number [protected] from 1st January of 2016.
                                        I have lost my mobile phone along with sim card [BSNL Postpaid] while travelling in a public bus at Kolkata on 11/10/2016 at 9:30 p.m.. Please take urgent and necessary action to lock the sim with a view to prevent misuse of the sim and stop the bill immediately.
