Hi, I have got a mail from Buffer sales for 5 Branded Henley linen Shirts for Rs 999, pic of these shirts were also there, i ordered those shirts on 30th May 2016, I received that product on 08th June 2016, but when i checked those shirts, they were totally different from the original displayed, i have attached snap shot of displayed shirts.
I also raised the complaint for the same to the Company on 08th June 2016, Same day I got a mail for my application ticket no- 52527 and said my problem solved within 30 days. Those phone no. displayed in company site no one active. Also mo. No. is busy in 24 hours.
But till the date, I didn’t get secondary mail or any call from the Company.
I want my amount back also along with some compensation, please do the needful.

Dear sir, .

Monday we have received the parcel through courier. Due to out of station today we have opened the parcel and found the followings.

1) We have ordered XL size . But there is no XL sizes in the parcel and all are in mixed sizes.

2) Two shirts are very bad conditions and it looks like used.

3) Two shirts are in damaged conditions.

Totally all the item's quality are not satisfied and not matched with ordered size/quality.

Hence we are decided to return the material to you. How can I return the material and request you to re-arrange to send the good / quality - ordered materials OR refund the CASH.

Please do the needful.

I got delivery of pack of 5 shirts On opening the pack, i found out that 2 of 5 shirts were used and damaged.
Rest 3 were of really poor quality.
I tried calling the contact numbers given on the pack but there was no response.
I am really disgusted about the products and their quality.
Sending the used and torn up shirts is no where a professional behavior...

Muje bhi buffer sales se chindi bazar se laye hua shirts mile 800/- me jinki kimat 50/- ki hai. Use kiya hua or bina dhoye. Poche ke b kam na aye aise kapde. Itna raddi quality ka ghatiya material mila ki online kapde order karne se pehle 1000 br sochna padega. Advertising to aisa karte hai jaise branded shirts ho. Is company ka koi future nhi hai loot ke bhag jayegi.

I have been delivered oversize shirts so i would like to know the procedure to reclaim the cash and give back the product.The product shown in the images was different and the product which got delivered was different. The quality of the product is extremely poor and such kind of cheating and fraud shall not be done.
