I had orderd combo of 3 party wear shirt of with Rs.799 from www.buffersales.com with order id : OID192251.

I have been cheated by giving another product which i was not orderd with worst quality and in used condition of different sizes.
They are not responding to complaint as well.not picking the calls.their contact number is:

Please take strong action against these cheaters and kindly give my money back.

One of the worst online shopping portal in india to cheat customers. They have shows many offers in their website to attract customers. I have order 3 shirt combo for inr.699+shipping cost of inr.100. They have sent the used shirts with no return option. I called their customer care number no positive reply. I have sent a mail regarding the products. I got the ticket number (Mentioned mr. Mahak (Your account manager). Please ban the website www.buffersales.com and save more online customers from these kind of fraud portals.

I'm Akhil sivarajan from Kerala, i purchased shirts from buffersales online store as combo offer of 5 shirts for rupees 999 on 29/05/2016 . I got the link from Facebook. It is delivered on 7/6/2016. After seeing it, i'm totally shocked because it is full of damages and four of them are too short in size, misfit, lack of button, fade in colour, some holes are there and all shirts shows they are already used. All looks so older and these shirts are not same as they displayed on your website.( Here I'm attaching there advertising and the delivered shirts. By watching the picture you can realise that how much i cheated ) If simply say, you are cheated me very well. I want refund my money. Sir, Please take necessary action to get back my money as early as possible else i will submit petition to consumer court, cyber cell and Facebook authority for committing such fraudulent attempts through internet. I'm also a part of Kerala cyber cell. So, as per the section of 66-D of IT ACT2008, Cyber-cell will register the case against you for cheating the client. So take a necessary action for my case as early as possible. It's my humble request.

I have ordered 5 shirts combo via order no OID 183665 as on 4 jun 2016, which is I order placed form face book link, my offer received as on 11 jun 2016, all shirts are of different size and 1 shirt is damaged on shoulder and quality is very dull so I want to return all shirts. I have ordered combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts size: m they had delivered me wrong size with very cheap quality, i don't want to take it there no any number connecting this company, and courier company not giving me any detail about that delivery i have sent many emails unfortunately got no revert so refund my money asap, requesting you to please arrange to collect back the same & return my rs. 799/- on priority.

I have ordered 5 lenin shirts which i got today. I want complete refund for it.
They are neither plain shirts nor lenin shirts.

And all the shirts seems to be used. 2 have stains and one shirt have some holes. Not at all good quality.
I would like to get the refund.

I tried to complaint. Called all the customer care numbers. None of them work. All the numbers are rather busy or switched off. The emails are not being replied or responded on time.

The website has different photos and deliver a completely different product and product is not at all up to date nor a good quality. And leave about good quality, at least they should be new products and all what i got seems to be used and stain.

I have received my order (Oid157181). However its not same which i have requested. Sizes, pattern and color are not same, secondly shirt's are dirty and bad quality. I order combo of 5 branded premium shirt on june 05 2016. Thursday we have received the parcel through courier. But i got very very bad quality material.
Following are the details of the order:
1) We have ordered XL size . But there is no XL sizes in the parcel and all are in mixed sizes.
2) Two shirts are very bad conditions and it looks like used.
3) Two shirts are in damaged conditions.
Totally all the item's quality are not satisfied and not matched with ordered size/quality.

Hence we are decided to return the material to you. Dear sir i want to return my received quality material as early as possible. Plz return my paid amount early. Plz take this complaint as priority & resolve my problem...

They have promised me they will call back with in 5days but it has been 15 days they haven't. We have ordered full sleeve shirts online though buffersale.com for ₹999/-. But they have delivered the worst quality shirts even few of them have been torn out. We have returned the courier. We get the link in my facebook. Order a combo of 5 shirts @rs.999.00. But what exactly the ordered was, we did not get it. They give some bad cheap quality products. Not even the color of these products are matching. We call them several time. My complaint number-10710. We want to return and refund. But they did not give us proper response.
