I ordered 3 xl size shirt(old126259), they had delivered me wrong item as show and wrong size, no any number connecting this company, and courier company not giving me any detail about that delivery godown from where this item came, sir I am request u please resolve my issue, and banned this type of online sites, sir I will waiting ur revert,

    I had ordered two denim shirts in combo offer from buffersales.com and when the order was arrived it was two local shirt and not the one which i ordered. the no. given in the site was also fake and niether the customer service registerd my complain. Kindly help me out. this has been a repeated mistake with other costumers best known to me as a freind, collegues and employees.

    I had order combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts on 27 may when the order was arrived there was no denim shirts inside the package there was some other local shirt green black and pink they was looking like a use product. I tried to contact them on their given phone numbers but either there were going busy or out of service. I also launched a query on their site but no response came. Now I have no clue what to do...

    I have ordered 3 branded denim shirts on 25th but they I receive wrong order they have send me wrong order the shirts are cheap quality and not comfortable I am not satisfied I want my money back my order id is oid 128113..and when trying to call for refund no one is answering call I want to be action taken against this and want my money back..     Muje bhi buffer sales se chindi bazar se laye hua shirts mile 800/- me jinki kimat 50/- ki hai. Use kiya hua or bina dhoye. Poche ke b kam na aye aise kapde. Itna raddi quality ka ghatiya material mila ki online kapde order karne se pehle 1000 br sochna padega. Advertising to aisa karte hai jaise branded shirts ho. Is company ka koi future nhi hai loot k hag jayegi.

    Same thing happened with me.I had ordered combo 3 of denim shirts but when i received it was the cheap quality shirts. Even after repeatedly calling on there customer care number they either don't pick call or do nothing about it. This guys are fraudsters. Don't ever shop on this site.

    I have call their hotline no I try to many times call on hotline no but the no are continuously busy.
    we need to take action from the fake online shopping company.

    This company is fraud taking money of people by showing fake products on their website and delivering wrong product. They and their products are seriously horrible selling INR300 shoes at cost of INR899 and adding a discount on price 9, 999. They showed a addidas shoes and sent me a rubbish third class shoe.

    i had also ordered Adidas branded shoes . they look like local quality shoes and i pay for that shoes 900/-.

      I have ordered combo of 2 pices of denim shirts but they have send me two very ordinary shirt that also poor quality and different from the colour they merchandise in their website. And the number they provided in their website is also showing busy every time. They have totally doing wrong with the consumers. Please help.

      मैने 16/05/2016 को buffersales.com पर 2 शर्ट ब्रांडेड कॉम्बो स्टाइलिश पार्टिवेयर डेनिम शर्ट M साईज का selecte करी पर 21/05/2016 को जब मुझे शर्ट की डिलीवरी मिली मेन चेक कि तो पाया कि एक Shirts Ek Zar जो कि 40 ऩं0 दूसरी Shirts Modish L Size जबकि मैंने M Size आॅडर किया था, वो भी यूज शर्ट लग रही हैं।
      कंपनी की साईङ पर जो ईमेल पता दिया है वह [protected]@gmail.com उस पर 4 से मेल किये मगर कोई जवाब नहीं आया और उनके फोन नं0 बिजी मोड पर हैं बडी देर बाद लगने पर बात हुई मगर शिकायत नहीं नं0 दे रहे वापसी कि बात कि मगर अभितक कोई मेंसिज नहीं आया एवं सिपर का पता भी नहीं लिखा।

      सर मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि एेसी साईड कारवाही करें, और मेरी शिकायत निराकरण करें, मेरे जैसे और भी लोग ठगी के शिकार होने बचे।

      I have ordered a combo pack of 2stylish shirts but I received a pack of 3 local cheap shirts @ RS 799 including delivery charge plz make refund or replace with the exact product I have ordered.i have to mention this don't do these kind of illegal sales in online this makes untrust among people's .

        Dear sir,

        I have found the following page in social media and purchased the product

        But they have delivered a wrong product which is very very low quality one. I have tried to contact them thru the mobile numbers given in their page that is always busy. No company location is given in their website. Kindly take necessary action before they cheat many other people
