I have booked Branded combo of 2 STYLISH PARTYWEAR DENIM SHIRTS vide order id OID122772 on 21.05.2016. I was received the parcel on 30.05.2016 But your people sent me the very low quality shirts which are seems to be very cheep even on platform side. I think it was tailor made. Don't cheat the customers. I don't like the product at all. I have paid the full cash also. I want to return the parcel, please send me your executive to below address for Pickup the parcel and reimburse my Rs. 800/- or send me whatever I ordered.

I purchased a 3 denim shirt. Combo with order number OID124580 and the quality of product is worst than roadside product. No customer care number are reachable i[censored] want to return the product.I think this site is fake and has been created to fool customers.I made the payment through cash on delivery.I even mailed them but no action has been taken from their end as of now.

I have purchase 3 Denim Shirts in buffersales.com but received 3 local road side shirts only. im disappoint in this product. So i return that 3 shirt. but customer care office and from address contact any one not attend the call. what can i do now. i want to return this shirt please arrange immediately. I have ordered Stylish partywear Denim Shirts on 19.05.2016. My order no. is OID112303. But the shirts received in delivery are not as per my order. It is not demin shirt which i ordered. It is some other brand.

I called on your customer care number. Some Mr. Abhishek picked up the call & said the executive will come & collect the product but now 8 days have passed no one has come to picked up the product.

Now I am trying all the numbers mentioned in the customer care page of BufferSales site. Bit some of the numbers are just ringing, some are continuously busy & some are not working.

I request you to look into the matter & help me out in getting right product which I ordered & if product is not available then in refunding my money. My contact details are appended below.

I ordered 5 combo pack of Koutons shirts on 27th May 2016 via buffersales as I have seen the advertisement on facebook. They delivered 5 shirts but it was not of Koutons shirts even it was totally roadside, torn, dirty shirts. I called to customer care but they did not pickup the phone, meanwhile I requested to Courier company which is Delhivery to return my money because money was not transferred to buffersales's executive that time and I think this courier company is also knowing that buffersales is fraud compnay and they declined my request.I was keep trying to contact customer care of Buffersales.They replied that they will return my money. Website they mentioned 5 branded shirt. But actually they delivered cotton shirts that to with different colour low quality, Different sizes . I am not able to use any of these shirt . I wrote a mail and even tired customer care number number not reachable.

Please my suggesstion please dont buy products with these fakers . We have to take some necessary actions on them.

I ordered a Party wear Shirt, which was delivered to me which is completely different from what was shown in the photo. the quality is really cheap even the size is not according to what i ordered. this is a real fraud business, need to take strict action against such fraud.
And its a clear case of cheating because they dont even have a proper return policy which means this site is just to cheat the customer.. more over all the shirt dnt match the pic and dont even have any quality and it seems like a used shirt ..
Their need to be someone to look into it and get this site blocked and get the money refunded for all those who have been cheated .
