I was placed the order on 28th May 2016 and the delivery was made to me on 3rd june 2016 and when i open the parcel i was found that what i was ordered and what i received is totaly different...

when i call to the customer care no[protected] the person who receive the call he is one of the west fellow) which was provide by the courier company.

His respond was not good and miss behaving with abused wards.and next time did'nt receive the call..

Give suggestion how to file a case to this company as i observe the site information this is one of the fraud company...

I ordered a different color and I get some other color. And moreover those were not denims instead they were cotton shirts...and the quality is also really bad worst online retailer ever. It would really good if you return my money and take back your bad product...or else you are surely gonna get sued by me and held in the consumer court...Really unsatisfactory

I was booked - "combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts"
But i received normal 3 shirts not denim plain cotton
I request for refund this things.
This products price is 999/-
With delivery charge i was paid 1099/-
I want refund my amount.

They(Buffersales) called me on Sunday(19.06.2016) & they said me that they will ready refund my amount, they want from me my bank details, but on this time I can't provide them, they said they wil called my after 1 hour but till now they are not calling me,

I have ordered 3 combo Denim shirt and they have send completely fake products, with shirt having different colors and different quality and also they are completely different from what they have shown on website, My order no is OID214553, Please help me in getting my money back any how. Still nothing has happen every day I used to call the company but there phones are always switch off
Customer care told me to replace the shirt within 7 days and after that they again told me that problem would be resolve in 3 days but still nothing is happening. I would now sure take legal actions.

I have ordered for combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts and i have recieved diff shirts in diff colour and terred shirts. Its totaly not accepted from this bull company. I want my money back asap. I have tries calling on the numbers but some of the switch off and some of them are busy. I have mailed them also and they have sent me ticket no 52527 and request is proccessed. But nothing have ben done yet. My order id was oid124066.

Hi i purchased branded combo of 3 cotton premium partywear shirts for rs.799 through buffersales.com but that is not the shirts i selected online it is substandard useless shirts they have delivered i want my .so pleas sir help me to return my money form buffersales. these side is so fake used and wrong product deleverd to me. i pay Rs.799 for that .i feel cheated i am unable to contact them . my name is utkarsh .

I order from this site combo of 5 tshirts price 999 size xl at 11/6/16. Delivery nom.[protected] get to 17/06/16 but i get open the deliery and angry with its two tshirts are old and used, dirty patches on front and back side of shirt, collers are dirty, other three tshirts are small in size. I am so angry with the site if my money cant they return i will go to police.

When I order they display the 3 Denim shirt and Delivery between 5 - 7 days so I ordered 3 denim shirts, they send me the product after 20 to 25 . And product quality is very bad with the different size, different colors, different pattern & different material when call for complain the number was busy at all the time after 3 days I connect to the customer care of buffersales.com they try to full me the person who talk with me gave me the wrong answer that next week they call me for my complain it's ridicules I all ready inform him abut all the story that you delivered three different sizes shirts, I didn't get any respond from your side.Myself order number is OID 153190. There are cheapest shirts ever i have scene., Can you please change it as soon as possible, Or refund me.the person whom I talked he listen and gave me the same ans again & again that company we call me after 7 days

I have ordered an combo shirt, but size was too small and i raised an complain for exchange but customer care no. Are mostly switched off or if someone by mistake piked up the cal they say ill divert ur call but phone is diconected and no one calls back, or even not even bothered to reply the mail
