I ordered 3 combo kurtis worth Rs.899 and when I received the product the quality was very poor just like street products. Colours and kurtis do not match as it's shown on website. When I tried reaching them on the numbers they display on website either they are switched off or line busy all the time. I even mailed them the same thing but did not got any answer from them yet. Its seems to be fraud company. I just want my money back.

Hi i have ordered 3 combo denim shirt XXL Size for the amount of Rs. 1099/- for cash on delivery - and i received on 6th June 2016 order id code OID166214 through online shipment courier. When i noticed the product was defective and size has delivered L Size and the product of quality is defective.

Regarding this i have raised complaint many times to the customer care number which is not reachable [protected]/[protected]. finally i reached executive person by name harsh raised complaint and he promised i will receive call from team for refund. later i didn't receive more than a week. again i tried reaching the same number after 10 days again i spoke to harsh and he gave complaint ref id has 972652.

So i request team to reach and resolve my problem at earliest and to refund my amount at earliest.

hi i have cheated again by buffers.com online fraud transaction i received call stating that consumer complaint has taken and my money will transfer card to card and they took my card details as they are connected to crime branch and call is recorded. finally they took my all details of debit card and deducted my amount around 8000. please be aware of this fraud and resolve my issue immediately.

I have cheated again from buffersales person soon I registered complaint they called me and requested to delete my complaint from your forum that they will refund my amount immediately and told me to share my account details said it's recorded with cyberagent so it's safe to share my bank account details. So I shared my all details finally they deducted my amount of 8000. Cheated and fraud with my amount.please take the action and banned this buffersales and start Investigating this people imprisoned them immediately all our hard-earned money been cheated by this people.please do the needful at earliest.

I had order combo of 5 branded premium denim shirts when the order was arrived there was no denim shirts inside the package there was some other local shirt red black and purple they was looking like a use product. I tried to contact them on their given phone numbers but either there were going busy or out of service. I also launched a query on their site but no response came. Now I have no clue what to do...

Is192086.i have ordered 3 combo shirt of good quality but you have delivered me different shirt even i got conformation call from your representative that i am going to get 3 denim shirt.i asked the colour what i ordered she told yes, then only i had agree for that shirt. but then also you have cheated me and sent me a cheap shirt of different company of different colour.i am informing you because it is necessary to inform that company from where you had bought.after that only consumer court take action against it..till Saturday i want my money refund other wise will go to consumer court.

You have delivered me the wrong product. I have ordered a branded shoes of addidas and you have delivered me shoes of some airson brand.
I am even having snapshot of the product accompained by the order id and order no. So, kindly please provide the product which i have ordered not some other product.
And the condition of the box containing shoes when i opened the package is very deteroted and destroyed.
Kindly please provide me the right shoes in replacement.

I had ordered combo pack of 3 cotton shirts from buffersales on 9 june 2016.the consignment is delivered on 15 june 2016. As i saw the shirts i was shocked. there was guarantee for cotton shirts. But i got 3 cheap shirts. The image they shown me is different from the shirts i got. I ordered XL size. But got L size. This is a fake product i don't need it . i am sendind a snapshot of the purchase detail. U can see the shirts i ordered.
I don't need these shirts. Please fix the problem or i would like to go consumer court.

On 31st May 2016 I have placed order of combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts.

Today i received your parcel, I paid requisit amount accordibgly. After that I unpacked the packet and I was shocked!

The parcel contains cotton shirts of 40 size (L) I have placed order for XL size. one more thing those shirt were not of denim. Even nothing look premium brand as you stated.

All your telephone lines are switched off. What should I do?

I ordered a combo of 5 cotton t shirts for Rs999 but the package delivered to me in no way matches what I ordered and the t shirts are of cheap quality and 4 out of 5 are same in colour and design. My order ID-194962. I have sent e mail to return the produck and get my money back but there is no response and the numbers provided on the site are always tend to be busy. I am in a lot of trouble please provide a response and give my money back.
Very much dissatisfied with the service. Please resolve the issue.

Hi, I had ordered the combo offer of five half sleeves shirt on the second June. Not happy with the shirts given. The sizes are wrong, the material is not koutons.I feel I am cheated. The colours of the shirt is bad, the material is so rough, I would not even gift this to someone. The size I ordered was xxxl. I received all small size with long sleeves.very disappointed.

I have ordered combo of 3 slim fit shirts size xl on 10.06.2016 and received on 14.6.2016 thru blue dart courier. I was shocked by seeing the products. I have received 3 different size, colors and old shirts and tooooo bad, horrible quality and i have paid rs.800/-on cod basis and the order no: oid201425 and shipper addres mentioned on the invoice is avvu sales - ph no.[protected], 590, 638.

I have attached the images of product i received.

Monday we have received the parcel through courier. Due to out of station today we have opened the parcel and found the followings.

1) we have ordered xl size. But there is no xl sizes in the parcel and all are in mixed sizes.

2) two shirts are very bad conditions and it looks like used.

3) two shirts are in damaged conditions.

Totally all the item's quality are not satisfied and not matched with ordered size/quality.

Hence we are decided to return the material to you. How can i return the material and request you to re-arrange to send the good / quality - ordered materials or refund the cash.

I saw a good pic on website and order a combo of three denim shorts but I am totally disappointed when I got it in my hands. She. I try to reach the customer care of that company the each and every numbers will off.. Plz I need help I need my money back... They cheat me... But i got delivered today "05 full sleeve shirts of numerous different brands and of different sizes"

the details are as under
02 shirts of banana republic brand of size "l" of full sleeve
01 shirt of no brand only men's tailored fit sticker in it of "l" size of full sleeve
01 shirt of globus brand of size "42" of full sleeve
01 shirt of maverick brand of size "36" of full sleeve

after several complaints no action have been taken from their side
