We have booked online shoes on www.buffersales.com in rs.999.00, but the company shipped us wrong shoes, & the mrp on the shoes is mentioned rs.399. Pls block this site immediately, because they fraud people. We have try to contact number which mentioned in website but we dont able to contact because they fraud people dont picking any phone.

I purchased 3 shirts combo at rs. 799/- got the packet which were not of ordered size n quality. It was not also same brand as i had ordered, when i called them the customer care number given on invoice, they were not responding to my phone calls and also not reply in mail. So i want them to take back their goods and refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i want compensation for doing fraud in online shopping.

I ordered branded combo of 3 cotton shirts which are useless for me. These are of different colors, sizes and print. I mailed them for the return of the product. They told me to read the return policy but there hasn't given any actions that should be taken. After that they didn't respond to me even they didn't respond to my call. I wants my money back. Please help me.

Its now 9 days and i haven't got my order and they said you will get your order in about 5-7 working days please make my order deleivered and i will get my shoes as fast as possible as i want to go to my summer trip please please please its an humble request make the order fast as possible the money will be given to you by cash on delivery and thank you!!!

I placed an order on buffersales.com for 5 combo of branded shirts of koutons as they shown in advertisement cost of rs.999 on 20 may 2016. I received it on 27 may 2016 by dlhvry courier. When i open the packet i found that shirts are not branded and looks old/used/threaded, size are different, bad quality. I placed complaint with photos on same day 27 may 2016 on email :[protected]@gmail.com which provided on website.In reply mail i got ticket no. 52527 and a system generated mail. I tried customer care number also, but they are always busy or do not pick the call up. Once by chance call received by customer care executive he told that your complain is forwarded to head office and yo will get a call. But i did not get any call till date. I have sent no. Of mails almost every third day, but in reply i got only system generated mail saying read our return/refund policy. But return policy is different from that day when i place order. Address is not mentioned on website and not on product/order/bill. I want to return it, but due to unavailability of address i am unable to return.

I am Order a sport shoes from 15th June 2016. and tha order was dispatch in 20th June but which shoes i have ordered that was not delivered to me and some other shoes will be dispatch on my address so i wand return my Order and want to Refund my money so its a request to Return my money as soon as possible and don, t cheated like that a person who believe in Online shoping

Branded combo of 3 slim-fit party wear premium cotton shirts - delivered on 20th june'[protected]@ 19.30hrs. But the 3 shirts are damaged and very large. So kindly return back and give it medium size shirts without any damages.

Have order a shoe with logo of nike and i have received a poor quality shoe of a brand named airson also the size i have ordered is 9 and received is 6. I want a refund for this product. 15 days ago I had ordered a combo of 3 denim jeans shirt which costs 1099. I found wrong items in the parcel . Instead of 3 denim jeans shirt I have got 3 cotton bad quality shirt Red, Black and off white. I want them to refund my money immediately or send me actual ordered products.
