I hv ordered combo of 5 shirts of half sleeve, received 5 bitten shirts, cheapest available quality, out of 5 shirts, 3 r same and full sleeve, called 1000 times customer service, but they r responding like they just don't care, first time i was promised that money will returned in 7 days, i called back after 9 days. They told me it would be done in next 2 days then i called again after 4 days then they told me that it will take 30 more days. What freeking bull they r giving and now the customer service numbers r switched off. Lagta he k company ne apna kam kar ke uth gayi. I know nothing can b done as i m not d only one who got cheated. But learnt not to order on any ordinary websote

I send following mail to buffer sales.com few days back -

I ordered for combo pack of 3 shirts from your website buffersales.com but shirts delivered were not of good quality and did not match to the display picture shown at the time of purchase.

Hence, on 21st june, 2016 the day on which i received delivery of shirts i called you and asked for refund of amount i paid for shirts. Your executive assured me of hassle free refund within 10 days. 8 days have been through and i have not received any refund or confirmation of refund from your side.

Also it seems you have blocked my number as when i tried to call you on all the numbers provided on your website. All numbers are busy and asked to call again later. And therefore i immediately called from my friends number to which you answered and it was not busy. At this call we couldn't communicate due to network issue at your end.

Following is the order detail,

Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

Against this they replied that they do not entertain any refund or return but their website shows easy return and refund

Hence it is clear that they have cheated

As other betrayed customers i also require refund of my money that i paid for poor quality clothes at the name of branded premium clothes.

Buffersales is a biggest fraud company. It cheats the customer.In photo it shows something and in parcel it sends something else to the customer. It takes full amount of money and gives the cheapest third quality to the customer. It delivers always wrong product to the customer. Today 30 days completed still i have not got my refund of rs 1099. Compalin number 393857. We r fed up from ur company the worst service we have experience from u all. Kindly refund our money. Or we have to taken some other action. My account details r as follow.

I did not like the product at all as it was appearing on your webpage as well as the quality of product is very poor and not worth to spend rs. 899 for that shoes.

The mrp rs. 399 is already mentioned on shoes. they charged rs. 899. as per your policy, you are not giving the discount.

They are over charging of rs. 500 from me. this is height of cheating. they can not clam that they have given 90% discount to us.

Their customer care number not working. number either switch-off or not giving any response.

And from last one week their website is down http://www.buffersales.com/


Kindly consider the matter and provide me the best solution.

I have ordered two denim shirts from the website(buffersales.com) and after receiving the order. The shirts was of local quality and used one and even the shirts are not of the size i ordered.
i have contacted the customer care for the replacement and they have assured to replace the item within 7 working days.
Even after 20 days i dint received the replacement and all the customer care no. are turned off.

So instead of replacement i want my money back as per the policy of the company.

None of your customer care number are working.. all are saying its switched off.
Great organization where consumer could not get forum to talk to customer care.
