I had ordered a shoes of rs. 799 excluding delievery charges of 100 rs. But i got a local shoe and i had complained regarding this on 21 june but noone is taking action on my complaint (OCN393857)
Last tym the executive ask me to wait 1 week i will get my refund but now after one week...
Noone is recieving the call as i an asking for muy refund

              I have ordered denim shirts and they have delivered me normal shirt that too are not of cotton. I have mailed them about this complain they said it will took 10 days to repay your payment and it's been one month they didn't reply me .

                  I had purchased 3 pieces pack of shirt from an online website named 'buffersales.com'. They were offering 3 denim shirts in rs.1199. But they delivered totally different item from what i have ordered. They delivered a very low quality polyster shirts which had no resemblance with the shirts they were showing in the website. Had i known that i would have never placed this order. The website doesn't even have any return policies. They do not refund or even take back any of their products even if they have delivered wrong product. And still they are selling the same product with the same prices. They are not even replying of my mails. I have lost rs.1199 in this fraud. Kindly help us. I am attaching the actual pictures of the product i have received.

                          Have order a shoe with logo of adidas and i have received a poor quality shoe of a brand named airson also the size i have ordered is 9 and received is 7. I want a refund for this product. I mailed to customer care about this and he told me to read company's policy which shows no refund.                                 I have ordered combo of 3 party wear Kurtis, for 799 +100 for shipping ( Total 899 Rupees ) For which product description was mentioned as Georgette material. When i received it finally i was very disappointed . it has 3 Kurtis of cheap quality, which are not even cotton, but some cheap material.

                                2 out of 3 were of same pattern . different color.

                                I tried to call on the numbers provided in site, all of them very either switched off or Continuous busy.

                                I even mailed them 3 times, but no response received.
                                Please help me and provide refund of my money.

                                        I have received a combo of three garbage looking shirts in lieu of 3 denim shirts. The shirts I demanded were of Large size but I have received 3 totally different sized shirts and that too of the cheapest quality material possible. (Not at all the denim shirt as promised on the website-www.buffersales.com)

                                        Kindly either exchange the product or refund my amount paid (Rs. 1000). Otherwise I will be free to go to the consumer court/media.

                                        I am enclosing an image of the poor quality shirts received.
