I have ordered branded combo of 3 slim fit party shirt of rs 799.00 I have received on 4th of July'16, but they delivered something different which is bad in quality My order ID is #OLD280184 . When i tried reaching them on the numbers they display on website and bill, either they are switched off or line busy all the time. So i request to you to, take return my products, its humble request, please refund my money in hard cash or Deposit, if you ready to deposit my money in Bank please reach out me I will share my bank details . I got call form buffersales customer center. A girl spoke with me and I told to her my problems and take product back and return my money . She was accept everything and she told to me that money will transfer only through bank so I gave my bank details to her for transfer the money after few minis 5000 rs gone from my back account. I got scared and again I was try to call her but not reach able.Please take a action for that kind of fraudulent activity

I ordered three kurtis from buffersales for 899.. What I got is completely different and all are of same model and colour. They even charged 100 for delivery.. It's most cheap way to trap people. Am not even able to contact to its website.. please help me I want to return it

The worst shopping experience i ever had. I got wrong product delivered. I ordered combo of 3 kurti n i got different kurti and that to 4 kurti of very poor quality. I tried calling you since 1 week and even i sent mail to u people but der id no response. All mobiles r switched off. Plz listen to the customer problem and try to solve it. I want my order or pay me back. I hav paid 900rs for such a low quality kurti which i cant wear. N even i got 2kurti of same design out of 4. You people have mentioned easy return but it is most difficult and annoying one. Atleast have some marketing etiquette and respond wen your customer call u.

I have order the product. numbered as "oid260886" and name of a product is branded combo of 3 slim-fit par_shirts with cash on delivery on june 19, 2016 sold by big deals.
The shirts are not of proper sized and with a different colors not as shown on the website.
That's the reason i want refund as soon as possible.

I have already given the complaint on june 27 2016.
Please sort this issue and refund my money.

I called there customer care number & registered a return & refund complaint where they said, you'll get the refund in 10days. Now, it's above 14days but I haven't received any action from their side. My complaint ID is 155058.
Now I'm trying to reach them on the numbers they display on website either they are switched off or line busy all the time.

I request you to take action asap and help me getting my money back.

This is to inform that i ashish choudhary made an order (Order no. Oid185063) of combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts costing rs 1099/- which was delivered to me jun 9, 2016 but the shirts were not as per the order shown in the orginal photograph on buffersales website and these shirts are ordinary shirts not denim shirts shown in photos.. Colour varient is also totally different.. I have also enclosed the original order photo and the photos of shirt which i received to their complaint mail but i havent got their response..
And now their email address does not exist..

I've ordered combo of 3 denim shirt which i got the wrong order the order says 3 denim shirts and inside it there was 3 cheeap shirts the colours are yellow, black, purple my order number is OID228199 i've called the company and told to refound my money the told that in 10 days iwill get my order replaced it was of rs1100 inr i've done somuch hard work to get that. I am a poor man and i ordered that shirts for my son as a gift to his birthday its soo hard to earn that money in india i request to punish that company's owner the web site should have to be closed so no one will get cheated.
