I ordered shoes from the sight on 19th June and it has cash on delivery and the item will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. I didn't receive any order confirmation to my email or any sms to my mobile. It's been 10 days and still I have not received the item. Now I'm trying to open that website to call their customer care but the site is not opening. I planned my vacation considering that I will receive the item by on time but still did not receive it so I have no time to get them from other store. I want nobody should suffer like me so requesting you to take care about it

Buffersales — Fake sellers

Hi i purchased branded combo of 3 cotton premium partywear shirts for rs.799 through buffersales.com but that is not the shirts i selected online it is substandard useless shirts they have delivered i want my money back . I tried to call the numbers provided by the company but they are not answering the call. The shirts shown online are entirely different from what is delivered very cheap quality. Its cheating, the company is fraud please take legal action.
So tum muze pahchante nahi jaldi se mere paise return kar do ..nahi to main company ki vat laga dunga...

Product not deliver till now 10 days completed kindly dlvr it otherwise i'll go to cosumer court

I had ordered two denim shirts in combo offer from buffersales.com and when the order was arrived it was two local shirt and not the one which i ordered. the no. given in the site was also fake and niether the customer service registerd my complain. Kindly help me out. this has been a repeated mistake with other costumers best known to me as a freind, collegues and employees.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I received the order Order no. OID165353 on 06.06.2016 at 3:30 PM. My order was for 5 BRANDED Half Sleeve Shirts of XXL size (Snapshot attached). But when I open my Parcel so the shirts packed in the parcel is of different sizes and with Full Sleeves. Out of 5 shirts, 4 shirts of L size and with Full Sleeves. One Shirts is found used one.(Photos of all shirts are attached with mail). All the shirts have very poor quality. At the order time your websites shows that the shirts are branded and of "KOUTONS" company. You do fraud with me because all the shirts have very poor quality.
Out of 5 shirts 4 shirts are of "L" size and have Full sleeves. The only one Half sleeve shirt is not like new shirt. So I want to return the shirt and want my money back. Photos of all shirts and Bill is attached.

Now I want to return the shirts and want my money back. Please confirm my return request and send me the address in which I send the shirts and than send my money back.
I Contact Two Times in the customer Care of Buffersales and the told me that within 7 days Our Represntative or Courier Man collect the producct and return your Money but still no body can contact me from last 20 days.

I ordered a combo pack of 5 cotton t shirts with an order id of 194962. The product delivered to me was in no way what I ordered and when I previously posted a complaint, someone from the customer care called me and asked for my card number to return my money but they couldn't process my card number so they asked for my security number and provided me with an equation and wanted to know my atm pin number. I think it was a scam and refused to provide with it and no one contacted me since. Take care of my complaint or else I have to take some other drastic measures against this company.

I had ordered and received branded combo of 3 slim-fit party wear premium cotton shirts - delivered on 20th june’[protected]@19.30hrs.
Your service was good. But we felt not satisfied with that, because all the 3-shirts are damaged, very large sizes and out of fashion.
So kindly return it back and give me either brand new medium size shirts without any damage.
Please confirm your resending voucher/slip/mail… etc as soon as possible.

I have placed an order for Nike branded shoe and received low class shoes which is available in Platform shops.
The best part here is they have showed the prices as 8000 and offered price as 899, But the MRP of the shoe mentioned as 399 in the box... It is very clearly evident that they are cheating us and taking money from the Indian Citizens...

I have received an very low grade product worst company ever seen i received an used shirts where as mine order was of 3 combo partywear shirts .my order id is OID263859; but where as on package details it was written OID261809 only the order id was change hence my mobile no & my add was same .
they are very big cheaters please take action over them ...

Buffersales.com has delivered a wrong product with cheap quality. I have orderes a combo of 3 fashionable party wear kurtas and they have delivered wrong product.i have mailed them to resolve my issue. I have called them 20 to 25 times they just say wait for 53 hrs 48 hrs and so on.they are not refunding my money These people are fraud plz take action as soon as possble

I HAd ordered (ORDER ID OID232792) a shoe in june 2016 and i recieved the product on 19 june 2016. But when i checked my shoes that was disgusting.
The shoes are of very poor quality even i would not payRs. 100 for these kind of shoes but i had paid 900.
When i i registered a complaint of buffer sales contact no they assured me they will resolve the issue till 28 but now they are not even responding my calls.

I order middle size combo of 2pis shirt from buffersales and they delivered me small size and old shirts... Even i submit complain, hel tell me some buddy will come till 27/jun/16 but no buddy come to get back product... Who will help me on this,... Please reply
