i called customer care but no response from them....

I have Purchased A bike Yamaha Fz and Finance From BAF in Nov 2016 And I have Paid All My Dues Till Nov 2019 But Still I have not received my NOC My CIBIL is Going Down Because Loan is Still Active Please Provide my NOC And the agents saying that company closed I want My NOC.

We closed Bike Loan Already. But still not receive NOC.
