Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — inappropriate behaviour by your staff | |
I had a 2 wheeler loan (Tw007inr[protected] with your organisation. I called in last week to get the noc dispatched, the lady on the phone helped me update my current address on your system and informed that the noc would reach my new address in about 18 to 20 days. However, today i received a call from a (Not so) gentleman from you branch, asking me to pick up the noc in person from your branch, as he stated it cannot be dispatched to any address than the one that was initially updated while availing the loan. I told him to send it to the old address as i do not have the time to come to your branch during your working hours. The person used a kannada slang and hung up. The entire conversation earlier was however in english. Is this the kind of behaviour i have to do through from you guys, for choosing you? I know no action would be taken by you about it. This mail just to tell you how unhappy i am about this and would never ever do the mistake of having any business with you. I don't want to pay you to abuse me. Was this information helpful? | |

I have been purchased my two wheeler through bussan finance in 2013. I had paid all the instalmemts but I dnt receive my bike noc till date. My bike number CG 04 KW 3078 and owner name amit pathak. My number is [protected]. Please tale necessary action in the matter. I am a govt employee and I never fail to pay any instalment.
