One of the collection executive named shibu from rajashylam agency in trivandrum is not talking in a proper manner. I have two dues pending. But the way he asking money and the way he is behaving is not good. Actually he is spoiling the bussan name. He came to my house yesterday. But i was not available at that time. He asked my mother in law about. He is not suppised to do that if the rc owner was not available
. He insulted them and went. Kindly take action against him thankyou

I am Arundhati Banerjee, My customer ID 787106, Amount financed is Rs 46, 000/-, I have already paid Rs 36, 248/- as principal and Rs 15, 601/- as interest. Now that I want to repay the loan, why r u asking for Rs 10, 370/- instead of Rs 9752/-. As per Govt rules there is no prepayment charges. Please clarify
