Myself aurelia fernandes had ordered from ant girl collection on 2nd of jan 2020 a beige heavy embroidered ethnic gown amounting rs. 549/- which i have already paid the amount by my credit card and received a reply from their end frm their email id [protected]@antgirlcollection.com confirming my order. My order id is 34389.

Now i get to know its a fraud website and there is no update from their end till date. I have not received the product yet. And i am not able to contact them further.

Kindly look into the same and help me out with my refund.

I had placed an order on jan 2 order no -35719 which i didn’t receive
I tried to search for website - website not available
I tried to email them - no address found
Made payment through upi id i couldn’t track them
I haven’t received my order
I hope that a quick action is taken against them the soonest possible and justice is done to customers

I ordered 4 tops in the site and paid through Google pay. I received confirmation message and mail. But now when I go back check for status the site is not working and I am not able to send mail to the mail ID, phone number is switched off.

Let me know will the order be delivered or how will the refund process go on ????
This means to do some fraud like things these people were not accepting COD only online payments are accepted

Yesterday that is 19/1/2020 i had submitted complaint regarding them in this website. Today I received a call from them ([protected]) and asked for my payment mode to refund. He even asked me to give my cvv even though i didn't agree. He said that it was to refund. Later i received a message asking for otp. When I questioned him he disconnected the call. I'm going to file complaint against him. I have recorded the conversation. Please help me with the same

Hi i had placed an order on 5th jan for rs. 2239 for 7 articles from the website.
It was a prepaid order and was enabled through razorfish.

There is no website no for the same and articles have also not been delivered.
Looking at similar complaints from other people it is evident it was a fraud website.
Need help with refund.

My order was of 620rs I ordered one top and a dungree..one month passed still I didn't get my order, it was online payment and I can't find it's official website or any site.. it's a fraud company. I ordered from Instagram, there was a link passed now I can't find it online as well.kindly look into the matter and refund my money back I paid through Google pay upi.

They mailed stating order should reach me latest by 19th jan.
I have mailed them thrice but no reply. There website page doesn't open now

It's fraud. I want either the product or refund.
I am sure they have looted many customers like this.

I ordered a top of rs 250. I paid through upi id as it was prepaid in payment option. I still not get my package and no emails. The number they provided that is switched off. Hi i ordered two kurtis from the website ant girl collection but i havent received any products.

I made the online payment through upi as there was no cod or postpaid payment option.

When i looked for checking the order status on their website it shows the website doesnt exist nor does the email id.

The order number was #37915 of rs. 680 made on january 3, 2020

Kindly resolve this issue.

I placed my order on 29th december for 2 kurtis. Total cost was rs 700/-. As there is no cod i paid for my order. I received a message saying that i will receive my order by 16th jan 2020 and now no website and anything.

I paid my money through amazonpay but it was redirected to razorpay. I think we should track them by their account linked to razorpay. Attaching screenshot of my payment and order details.

I ordered clothes in antgirl collection and jan 11th 2020. Also made the payment via netbanking icici - razorp after that the website doesn't exist and no further contacts to reach them. Inspite of replying to their mails there was no response and mail delivery was failed. Please do the needful. Also the frauds should be punished. I ordered 4 clothes and two orders.

I hv order 3 dress worth 1080 from antgirlcollection and use razorpay to pay but i didn't receive the product yet and the website is not working no reply from emails nothing.
I have attached all payments and order i'd.
Just a fraud website and seriously razorpay have to do something about it.
So, moral of story before buying anything from any online store checkout reviews, customer support, and other minor detail

I have ordered a dress worth INR 345 and never heard back from the brand. They were running advertisement on Facebook, where I got to know about the brand. I thought Facebook allows only authorized brands to run such ads. I made the payment to a Razorpay account via Google Pay.

I need my money back and want concerned authorities to take necessary action.

So i got to know about this via instagram. Instagram has advertised it idk how they can advertise such frauds without any verification. I trusted it only because it was advertised in instagram. Then i checked fb page instagram page and i thought that was genuine. I placed my order and when i tried checking the status of my order i couldn't see the website or pages everything vanished. I know these people have played big game i hope they get caught soon. That money they have earned with this source will never keep them happy. Itne logo ki badduuaye leke kaise khush rahoge bhai! I am writing here because i know they will go through these complaints ab itni badi choir ki hai dar to rahega hi. Return our money else you won't be happy and we do not have to do anything to make you understand there is something called karma
