I ordered 6 dress worth Rs 2260/- on Dec 30 2019 and now neither is the company antigirlcollection.com listed nor its email and phone numbers are working. Emails are bouncing back. There are several complaints against the company posted jan 2020 that it has cheated people and no one received their order or refund. The website is no longer valid.

I have ordered through Ant girl collection for RS. 1110 on 5th Jan'20. This is a prepaid order.made through upi id. Order no. 42713.
Ye not received any update from them expect their order recieve mail on 5th Jan where no details provided.

I placed an order of 6 items amounted to 1883Rs on 28th December with Antgirlcollection seeing an add on Facebook. As per the confirmation, they agreed that the order would be delivered by 15thJan and now on tracking the order the site is no longer available. On checking online, multi similar complaints have been submitted.
As the amount is big I expect some action to be taken and want my refund. Please help!

I had ordered clothes worth rs934 on ant girl collection and i have received only confirmation that razorpay has received payment to lady clothe on 10th january with payment id pay_e2qtyfbgis9ivk and no confirmation is received. The website is not working and no orders received till now. Please take strong action on these fraudsters. Otherwise lot of people will lose money. These people should be punished severely for looting people's money.

I ordered a dress for 275rs from ant girl collection with order no: 25939 on dec 29. Initially the online site was available and the date of delivery was shown but later the site is not available and the money prepaid via razorpay is gone.
The ant girl collection is only allowing prepaid order and no postpaid order is allowed by them.
They don't have any tracking system and the money for the order is already paid via razorpay.
I want refund for the product.

I placed an order of kurti on ant girl collection on 1 january 2020 and the order is not yet delivered, the payment only accept prepaid no cod is available neither there is any website through which i can track my order status, i want my money refund or the product should be delivered. These people are just gathering money from fellow customers and not delivering the order. Take a strict action against them..

I ordered two tops from ant girl collection on 10th jan, 2020 and it was suppose to be delivered by 18th, 2020, it never showed up. It's a prepaid order and there is no tracking number, no carrier assigned and no update. I tried to check online through website but the url link is showing webpage is not available. It's a complete fraud, even i tried to complain through the payment gateway for refund of my money. The payment gateway is razorpay. I raised a ticket. The payment id is pay_e2hcy8ndpp854k and the ticket id is 1848257. I paid a total of 635.

I ordered clothes from this website ‘ant girl collection’ as i saw an ad about it on instagram. They had only online payment option and i made a payment of ₹704 using my debit card on 23rd december, 2019. I got a message and e-mail confirming the order but have not received the dresses or refund till date. I sent an e-mail on 2nd january asking about the status and they replied that i will get a tracking link when the order is dispatched. But now the website no longer exists nor is their number working. I want my money refunded.

I ordered a dress of rs 380 in antgirlcollection.com. I didnt recieve my order i called customer care of antgirlcollection and they through hacking or something has taken my whole money in my bank account (Total amount 9180)
My money is lost and i have no balance at all in my bank account. That customer care number is now switched off too.
Please take necessary action on it and please save me.
My money is completely robbed.

I ordered a shirt of rs. 319 from ant girl collection shopping website on 10 january 2020 and my order never arrived. The order was prepaid. Now this website is also not available. I also sent a mail on 18 january 2020 but it did not deliver. I need my money back sooner than the soonest. What kind of fraudulent is this.

Came to know its a fake merchant many customers like me had faced same problem the company website has disappeared... They have taken the money through razopay with ladyclothe merchant name and now their is no response from them

Kindly check and this issue punish these # i need the money back from those frauds......

The message contain product will be delivered in 19th january. But when i call to their number that phone is switched off.. Ma 1000 rupees where gone to that. I paid money by upi. Help me please. I ordered one item on 4th jan 2020. My order number is 41008. It is expected to be delivered on 22nd january 2020. But i am unable to track it and i have no update about it. I oredered few dresses for 2075 on 10th january 2020 from antgirl collection n they sent message and email also confirming order with order no #50826.
Since then im trying to contact them but their website z not available and i tried to send email but its telling wrong reciepient address.
Plz stop them to do fraud more people and i want my refund.
I wont be able to trust any online shopping website again.

An online shopping website named ant girl collection that popped up on facebook ads recently is a fraud. I order a dress on 2nd january, order number is #34455, amount worth of 365 rs. Need help to fix this situation and to fix the culprits too. I have read several complaints today from consumers who were cheated too. They demand advance payment and never deliver the dresses. Now the facebook page and the website both are missing (Deleted). Can facebook, consumer court, cyber crime or anyone do something about this? I placed an order about 20 days back and now the the shopping website is gayab.

I ordered a dress (Order no.41636) from ant girl collection on 5th jan and prepaid it as cod option was not available. I made a credit card payment and received a confirmation sms for the payment and order placed. It was via razorpay.
The number provided is switched off and there is no option of tracking. Total of inr 369/- was debited but till now there is no revert either any sign of the product delivery. I cannot find the website and the facebook page is also not visible now.

I had ordered dresses when this website flashed in facebook. I bought 3dresses and only prepaid order was available. I received a mail they have received the order but after that no communication. It said 8-10 days it will be delivered when i was paying. But nothing has arrived and no tracking id or anything.
There is no communication from razorpay or the website and the money is deducted from my account. I am attaching the screenshot of the order and the payment as well. I want the dress if not my money back asap.
