I paid for 3 garments kurtis from ant girl collection on 28th dec 2019. Only prepaid orders were available, and i paid rs.995 on the same day through razor pay.
Now the website antgirlcollection.com doesn't exist and no response to emails.
I strongly request that these fraudulent activities in the online shopping has to seriously considered and track the culprits.
I would like as quick action as possible into this and justice for the consumer

Myself seema had ordered some items from website www.antgirlcollection.com, on 7th jan... When i tried to check the status 2-3 days later there was no website on this name and showing ip not available, also they deleted their fb and insta pages. My order no. Was #45513. I complained to razor pay and amazon pay as well to stop payment which i have done thru you. Please take strong action against the people who were running it and penalise.

I had ordered few items on january 4th for rs.1174, it said i would receive it by 22 nd of january and then never got intimation after initial email regarding order being processed but now that i go to the website to track the item the website does not exist
It only accepted online payment and now the e-mail doesn't exist.

I saw the ad of this website on Instagram. I ordered a dress from there. I paid through upi. And the I received a message of getting product delivered after 13-15 days. They give email I'd and in phone no. in the message which is fake. Please take action against this website.

This website is linked to stalkbuylove. This company crashed if I am not mistaken. They opened this new website to cheat more people I think

I have ordered in antgirl collection last week but there has been no information about the order and their site is also not available. I have already done the payment and i am not able to track my order. I would like to know the details or else wanted a refund. Please take necessary actions. I have attached their confirmation message which they have send to me saying that order will be received within 15 days but now their site itself can't be reached. I have ordered 4 dresses, two pairs for inr 710 on 30 dec, 2019 and two pairs for inr 670 on 04 jan, 2020.
There is no cod available at the time of order and i paid through my card.
Today i was about to receive the order and when i opened website to check the status, the website is not found. It is not found in facebook also, through which i placed orders. The mobile number they provided is switched off. Kindly take action on this fraud website and help me in refunding my money.

Hi, i had placed an order with them about 15days ago. Only prepaid option was available and hence i made an online transaction. Haven't received the order yet or any kind of communication. My order number was #34781. Kindly help resolve this. These frauds should be punished at the earliest possible. I need my money back and hope nobody else falls into the trap.

I had done the payment of rs 900, for which i had received an confirmation email and message stating that i will receive the order on 18th jan... But today when i check in facebook, i wasn't able to find that website... Please let me what needs to be done to receive my money back.

I got the adds through facebook. From there i went to there website antgirlcollection.com and ordered 3 dresses for 1350. After ordering i got the confirmation email on my order. Later i asked for shipping details, for this they told me, it will be shipped after 10 days of order placement.
Hen i check now there is no reply from them and the phone is switched off.
Please check into this issue and take action.

I had placed an order for an info western dress.thus brand was well displayed on facebook.so i directly logged in and placed my order worth ₹570. I used the upi to make my transactions, money got deducted through Razorpay. After that i had no follow up message. Website, contact and email that came through SMS, is all fake. I am unable to contact any person. I need my refund.

I placed order on 31st dec and also received confirmation msg very soon. I also contact them in between they said I will receive it by 17th jan. Now that I am contacting through mail and calls they are not receiving it. I also went to open the website so that i could track but the website is unavailable. They only accepted online payment so I made payment through card. I request the refund of my amount as soon as possible. Amount which I paid was Rs 1405 and I also attached the photo of my payment and msg I received from there side.

On 1st of jan 2020 i order clothes from antgirl and there is nor repose email regarding material dispatch, so message them on facebook profile since there is no contact detail in payment confirmation email . they replied me in message that you will get the detail in few days regarding dispatch but i didn't get and when i try to recollect the message on fbpage, i just saw that they deleted facebook profile and than i clicked of their site it is also no longer available. i wrote reply on payment acknowledgement email it is also bounced back.

On 10/01/2020, I ordered online 5 dresses and paid Rs.1830/-. Today i was trying to check the status, however the website is not accessible also their email address is not working. Could you please look in to this a s a matter o[censored]rgency. I m just afraid, since they hv my card details now (since my paid by debitcard) they dont misuse it. [censored] side they don't delivered my order & after I want my money back they were want my Google pay no. & after that they shoot msg & want OTP I think this is not genuine side they are account hackers plz understand & don't shoping in this app.

Myself nikita sasidharan. I had ordered on 27th dec 2019 amounting rs.715 which is prepaid. My order id is 22502.
I mailed them regarding the same but there is no update from their end till date. I have not received the product yet. And i am not able to contact them further. I had received an email last from [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly look into the same and help me out with my refund.

I placed a prepaid order on antgirlscollection and received an email with confirmation. It is such a fraud because I could never track it and neither the customer care number was correct. I am highly dissatisfied and recommend everyone to to refrain from using this site. Also, it'd be great if anyone can help me with my amount refund.

Fraud website. I have ordered 4 items. Order was prepaid. Now the website is down. I need refund. Order number 33796. I have mailed them once for delivery status. They said that it will take 10 days to dispatch. But it is more than 10 days and products are not displatched yet. Please help me to get the refund and cancel the order. I'm not able to contact them. I have attached the order confirmation, payment and mail screenshots.

I had ordered a gown worth rs 550 from this company on 30th dec 2019 but as all the other customers i too did not receive my shipment. I had spoken with a person just a day after me placing the order as i wanted it urgently. He said it will be coming from surat hence it will take 10-15 days. I was to receive it by 14th or15th of january 2020 as informed by him. Yet it is not delivered.

My prepaid order is not yet delivered which was placed on 3rd january. I had even spoke to their customer care number once which was provided, after that there is not a single way to contact them even their website is closed. Its an fraud website which is only accepting prepaid orders but not delivering.
Please take strict action against them!!
They are just driving away money without delivering the order. Earlier when their site was available even there is no means by which you can track the order even the payment status was pending after being paid.
The number which they provided was [protected]. I have even attached the copy of my order confirmation.

I ordered 5 products on 9th january 2020 through antgirlcollection.com for rupees 1643 which i paid online as cod was unavailable. I got a order confirmation message as well as mail showing order no. #48576. As i am looking for the website now, it's showing me ip address unavailable. I tried contacting them through the mail as well via [protected]@gmail.com, haven't received any reply from them yet.
