I ordered a jumpsuit on 25th december, 2019 and i have no updates about it. Today, when i went to check on the status of my order, it says that the page is not available. Can you do something about it?

Ive ordered a product from antgirl collection. The payment method was prepaid and they never provided any information about tracking, and further details. Now that i've lost my money i seriously want such fraud websites to get punished severely so that people gain fear in earning by cheating others... This si definitely equivalent to a theft.. Kindly take action against such corrupts!

I ordered items worth around rs.1300 on 2nd january, 2020 and didn't even receive an email confirmation, although the website said that my order is being processed for several days and will be delivered on or before 15th of january, but today i searched the website domain and it's being taken down. There is no other information provided by them to contact and i've most certainly lost my money. Please help. Their razorpay id is lady clothe

My prepaid order is not yet delivered which was placed on 3rd january. I had even spoke to their customer care number once which was provided, after that there is not a single way to contact them even their website is closed. Its an fraud website which is only accepting prepaid orders but not delivering.
Please take strict action against them!!
They are just driving away money without delivering the order. Earlier when their site was available even there is no means by which you can track the order even the payment status was pending after being paid.
The number which they provided was [protected]. I have even attached the copy of my order confirmation.

I ordered a jumpsuit from antgirl collection in instagram and i have no clue when my order is supposed be delivered. But now the website is disabled and there are no posts and pages of antgirl collections in instagram as well. It is a fraud site. Also the mail which i received from them did not have any contact number. So i have no clue on how to contact them.
