I have ordered 2 cloths on 8th january 2020 from this ant girl collection (The ad was appearing on facebook) and received an email for order confirmation while i am not able to see the website anymore and would like to ask my refund money if the website has been shut down.

I have paid online through google pay.

I ordered 2 tops worth 515 from seller lady clothe on the antgirl collection website. I never received it. Now when i'm trying to track my order, the webpage is not loading. The ip server could not be found. There was no option for cod, and i had to pay in full through googlepay. The payment partner was razorpay. Such fraudulent websites should be checked upon beforehand only. I just need my money back.

I have ordered 6 dresses at ant girl collection website on 29th dec-2019. As they said only prepaid orders i have paid an amount of 1873/- through upi.

I have ordered one top amounting to rs 265 which is not yet deliver and there is no way to track the product as there is no website available now. I found the add on instagram so thought it was trustable. There was no option available for cash on delivery. Ant girl collection is fraud company. Order on 29th december 2019 from ant girl collectionand still not received the order.
Website is not working now. It was working few days after the order placed. I tried to check the status of order and website was unavailable. I email to email address given in confirmation message of order. Got no reply and contact number provided in message is switched off. As cash on delivery was not an option already paid for order.

I placed an order with order number 49980 on 10th January and have paid online too, to which I received a message saying the products will be delivered within 13-15 days and it will reach me by 25th January 2020. But since then there has been no updates about the order, and to my astonishment the website and the social media sites have been taken down by them. They are not replying to any mails either. Kindly take appropriate action.

I had placed an order with antgirlcollections.com on jan1st. Their website did not have any COD options and only had prepaid orders. I called the number in the message and I was told the order is processed and will reach me. It has been 15days since then. The number given is switched off. The website has been deleted. The Facebook ad for the website is deleted. I paid 507 rs and now I am cheated. They took the money and just disappeared

On 10th january 2020 from facebook page advertisement i clicked on this link of ant girl website, in which clothes were very cheap and hence i placed order for few items worth 1800 and there was no cash on delivery option so had to pay through upi and i got a message that my parcel will be delivered on 25th jan, so meanwhile i wanted to track my order so when i checked in today the website itself doesn't exist antgirlcollection.com.
Now i just now started to read that its a fake and fraud website!
Heights of cheating people!

Sir we purchased designer kurti for women 7 from antgirlcollection.com order no. 28475 dtd. 30.12.2019. Now kurti is not supplied. Website is not opening. No tracking, no customer care. Amount rs. 385 was paid thro razorpay sft pvt ltd payments gateway. We paid on 30.12.2019 via sbi online banking. Please find relevant attachments. Please take strict action and get our amount back.

I have ordered 3 tops from antgirl collection worth 774 the payment detail of which i had attached. Order was placed on 6th of january 2020 and order number is 44358, where cod was not allowed there i made full payment on order date but when i was looking for tracking i found website is not available now and number given for contact is swich off futher i came to know from consumer complaints website that antgirl collection is fake.
Payment was made through razorpay.

I have ordered 5 tops from ant girl collection 15 - 20 days ago, and still there is no message or tracking id from the same. I have paid 1500 rs in total.
Please check and revert.
Also the mobile number mentioned is switched off and there is no revert on the mail id.

I have ordered 3 tops on 24th december 2019 from ant girl collection from ahmedabad. I did a online payment and once the payment was successful done, received a message that the clothes would be delivered on 11jan 2020. I tried the number provided the message but the number is switched off and the mail is not working and got a message of delivery failure

Facebook publishes many ads for e-commerce website one of which was antgirlcollection.com from were i navigated through the link and ordered 3 dress and as cod was not available, i payed instantly and placed the order. It's due date was yest but when i checked the website wasn't working, mails sent was getting bounced back, the number which was mentioned is switched off. This is very miserable and inauthentic that facebook tend to mislead public through posting such unethical websites on its page. This is a warning and give me my refund asap

I order worth about ₹2100 and dint recieve any update yet. I placed the order on 2nd of january, today when i try to access the website its not found. I sent an email couple of days ago for an update no reply since then and today website is taken down. I did get a confirmation email on 2nd when i placed the order.

Please help if anyone has any idea what to do next!

Also the facebook page is gone, website is no more in existence and the phone no give in the message for contact is out of service... Mob no [protected].

I have ordered and paid Rs. 1394 for four dresses on 27th Dec, 2019 but till date it has not being delivered. And now the website is not showing. It's a fraud website. Got this website through Instagram Ads. I ordered a dress from this website. Paid RS. 365. When I'm trying to open the website again, it says the domain doesn't exist. I have not received any delivery. Only one email for the billing receipt.

Order number 41675. I had placed my order on jan 1 but am unable to find the website now and neither am i able to log in to my account. I spent a total of rs. 2055 and now i am scared after reading other posts that claim that this site is fake.
