The website known as brother's footprint had a pop up ad on facebook about boots which my mom noticed and gave order for 2 boots. They had no option of cash on delivery, so she gave online payment. After so many days my mother texted them to ask about our product since we didn't receive, and they stopped the tracking option too, so they replied to her text once and soon after they replied us they blocked us on facebook and ghosted us. Now we aren't getting the product as well as the company also doesn't respond to us.

Same story...I think facebook is equally responsible for hosting and advertising this company...Need to sue both.

I have ordered 5 products but whenever i send a mail they don't reply for the same. Looks like forward people. I request everyone to not to purchase anything from brothers foot print. They have dont have their local call center no.

its a fraud company there is phone no to call even. they have blocked me on their facebook page after i complained that its a fraud company. item not yet delivered even after 25+ days.oaho
Brothersfootprint is a fraud company, played very well cheating game, by putting adds on facebook & instagram . and now the website www.brothersfootprint.com is not working.

Same here.. 500 bucks spent almost a month ago but no response and cannot track them either.. looks like they cheated us.. we should try to make an effort so that no one else gets scammed like us..
