I ordered shoes from brothers footprint on 24th July vide order no. 44647. They have sent me courier details that order has been dispatched through Expressgo courier having shipment no. AWB [protected] on 29th July but it’s almost more than one month but still the order has been not received.

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 17th july via the order # 26392 for an amount of rs 998/-

Till date the products are not delivered

I ordered a pair of shoes on 23rd july for 499
And paid via upi but after that no one has replied and now their website is not working

I have Paid INR 998/- through my SBI VISA Platinum Card & Ordered Sneaker & Watch on 12/07/2020. But Till Now, No Product Received Or No Response from this Thug Company. Request you to kindly Help in this matter.

I paid by credit card for an item on 25th July. The item has not been delivered till date. Despite repeated emails regarding status there is no reply from them.

I have order for sports shoes order no. 41806, off rs 499₹ on the date of 22 july but till date i am not receive the product, i send him mai and informed him but company didn't respond me.

My 2nd complaint

Received a call last night from one mr deepesh singh saying he is from brothers footprint n wanted to pay back 998 but wanted debit card number not of icici bank or hdfc bank, he asked for the card details i said no. He said i will give u my employee id number. His number is [protected]
