I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on 4th August 2020, but i got nothing neither shoes nor my refund. No reply from this company. I have dropped mails but there is no response. My order ID #67098

I feel very sad to say, first time i purchased a shoe at your online store and had a very messy experience.. This type of behavior is fraud with any customers.
Neither you give any reply, nor do you have any contact details or customer care number so that the customer can talk to you.
Even after month's have passed, but still now, i have not received my order.. Until a few days ago, my order is showing 'in transit to destination', but, now the website of that courior company has closed. And the surprising thing is that likes you, that courior company also didn't give any contact details.
In this condition what i can do.

My order id is 20075. My parcel is dispatched from express go courier but still no response from both sides

I order two shoes, it cost me 1000 rupees, about 1 month ago, steel not get the product, i cannot load the website to track my product, please send the product or redund my money, if there is no action i will complain in court or consumer forum

Maine 2aug ko fb k through aapki company se shoes order kiye the... Or ₹500 ka payment card se kiya tha... Ab tk mere shoes nhi aaye... Shoes deliver kro.. Ya mere paise return kro... Kisi ka viswas mat todo...

I have purchased the product for rupees 500. And tracking and reply is too fast at that time.. But suddenly their mail id, insta id everything are cancelled. And the product not received yet

Ordered sandals costing rs. 499.00 through razorpay gateway, still neither the items is received nor the refund. Both brothers footprint and razorpay are fraudsters. Razorpay is replying with a prototype answer whereas brothers footprint replying nothing and now their site is down.

Order pair of sports shoe on 26july still no response, complaint on jago grahak, awaiting for their response. It's fake company.

I booked shows on 26.07.2020. reference number is 53316. Cash payment done on the same day but till now didn't receive that parcel. Send me the shows or money back.

I had booked two products and there was no inputs or updates. Websites went missing too. Mails sent were not answered. Kindly take severe action on such fraudulent companies who post in instagram and also in fb.

I ordered a shoe a month back and paid money through online, i didn't get the product yet and they not responding to my email, moreover now couldn't open their website to track my order. I kindly request you to take necessary action on this website, many more people are suffering because of this online fraud.

This seems to be a fraud company. I ordered sandals order no 53696. I paid cash thru online. The ordered items have not come. Pls take immediate action. Payment is done through razor pay. I complaint in razor pay also. But no response also. Razor pay is also fraud company.

Please answer me. still i didn't received my order

My order nor 44897 with brothersfootprint having awb [protected] shipped via expressgo courier was not delivered and they are not responding for any mail or anything they are cheating... Please take strictly action on them...

Brotheesfootprint aren't delivering their product via expressgocourier and the payment is cleared online while ordering the product.

I ordered shoes on 15.07.2020 under order no 24528, still did not received it. Applied for refund but no response from seller. The online seller namely Brothers footprint is fraud kindly take necessary action against it.

Have ordered a summer sandal from brothers footprint through facebook advertising link, it’s 1 month product not received and no refund intimation.
The status is always shown as ‘courier pickup awaiting’,
No response on the email sent.
I guess it is fraud, but not able to understand how on facebook the advertisement is seen.

I have placed order on 24th july its been one month and i have not recieved product it is showing as dispatched from 1month onwards.
