I have placed order on 25th july itsbeen one month and i have not recieved product it is showing as dispatched from 1month onwards.
They are not even responding to messages also and amount has not been refunded.

I had ordered men shoes on dated 03/08/2020 via order no. 63157.
Since then it shows the status of "Packing Slip Generated" and till date it has not delivered.
I had returned the mail but neither reply nor refund of money.
It is fraud.

Please refund my money back for both my orders as soon as possible or else i shall take you guys to the consumer court.

I don't want any reply from you now. Had enough of your support and help.

Had a very bad experience with your company. Henceforth i shall never ever recommend u to anyone.

I have order shoes with online payment, they told the order is dispatched but i m yet to receive is more than 1 month and now website is not reachable. I don’t have any option to raise the dispute against this order

I ordered and paid total Rs.998/- for one pair of male and one pair of female shoes on 5th August, 2020, but till date not received my order.

As I felt it is a fake company utilizing Facebook platform to do this types of illegal activities. Facebook should not allow this type of companies to published their ad just because of few money. We trust Facebook till date.

I have purchased leather sandals order no #56008 from brothers footprints on 28/07/2020
And its shipped to expressgocourier awb no - [protected] and still its showing in transit since 02/08/2020
Kindly do the needful
Otherwise i have to go to consumer court for it.

Hi, was ordered an boots shoe 15 days before Rs 499/-, everything was move fine, has an regular notification received everything on Mobile!
They sent me an tracking details, expected delivery date etc will reach u through blue dart service, not even received anything to my delivery address but Status is : order delivered successfully. When I was checking that tracking ID it's shown, Error not found in server .

It was on Instagram while I was just scrolling my insta wall I just visited that web site and I ordered my shoes but after a month I realized that i just have to cancel my order and I finally found that this all compny are fake and they have a fake courier compny I mean really they are just getting more and more fake compny. Please take strick action on this think I don't know I get paid back or not but plz stop them.

I have booked shoe (vide order no.26434) on 17th July by paying INR 499 but the same has not been reached to me.

This company brothers footprints is a fake one. I ordered pair of shoes and on 26/07/2020. Till haven't received the items. So please I request you all not to fall in the trap. Facebook should have a check of the company trustworthiness before permitting them to place their advertisement on Facebook...

I have ordered products on 1st august from brothers footprint website and i have not got my product yet i has been 26 days after i had ordered from that website and also i haven't got any refund even they are not responding to the request of refund

This people gives ad in Facebook like sites. They have no option like cash on delivery and products are labelled very cheap.
I too ordered. These frauds never give the products we must join and give a consumer case against them...

I saw a advertisement in facebook for this company. I ordered shoes from brothersfootprint.com, also paid in advance as no cod option was available there. But after some time website deleted, courier website also deleted. For some days email delivered, but now all emails are bouncing. Unable to track my order. Company is completely fraud. Took money and ran away.
