We ordered some shoes and watches from their website ( #59008).
We were provided tracking details from them which remains unchanged from a month.
They do not have customer care number and their courier company ( Expressgocourier) is not giving any reply despite of regular complaints ( AWB :[protected]).
They are just doing fraud with everyone.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on July 23rd.
Order No. 40393.
No response to emails regarding delivery even after one month. They do not have contact telephone numbers.
They have to be reported to the Cyber Crime Police to trace these fraudsters and get our Money Back.
They were advertised in Facebook.That is how the link came to us. How can Facebook allow such fraudulent people to use their forum to dupe people?

I have ordered one pair of shoes Brother foot print website on July 19 2020. After few days they are sent Express cargo tracking details in SMS. I try to check https://www.expressgocourier.com website says shipment in transit to destination, but not accurate where it's. I refer some information from internet about brother footprint reviews. Most of the review mentioned is bad about brothers foot print web site.

Please initiate to track and stop this kind of fake online seller from internet.

Fake site. Ordered not delivered

I ordered a sandals on 22 July 2020 but order not delivered yet it seems fake company

I have ordered 2 shoes from this site but still showing in processing but not providing any tracking I'd etc I want product or my money back.

I ordered shoes on july 20
And no info no reply tried reaching on instagram everywhere... No shoes no response.. All scam!! I will file a complaint everywhere and search for this #!

Ordered the shoes on 9 Aug 2020 and no trace of the product yet. No response to the support mail too. Seems to be fake company. The site was https://www.brothersfootprint.com/

I ordered for the above product and paid but there is absolutely no information, it looks like complete fake website as there are not contact details of anyone, there are not telephone numbers.

this matter should get escalated to Facebook, this is the place where they market their products and try lure customers into their website for placing orders.

I have ordered product from the brothers footprint, its been more than 20days, i couldn't find the contact details, they provided only email support, ([protected]@brothersfootprint.com) i have sent multiple emails to them i didn't get a single reply from them,

Every time i track my order its says currently processing as per the terms and condition, they suppose to deliver the product within 10 to 15 days max. I request to block their website of brothers footprint, facebook and instagram id, they are looting money from the innocents people by providing fake id, i kindly request to take serious action.
Hope other people shouldn't fall into troubles

I ordered for a pair of shoes on their website www.brothersfootprint.com on 5th August 2020, and I have not received any response from them despite several follow ups. The order tracking seems to be not working at all. It always says order processing.

We placed an order for shoes on 23rd July 2020, but till date we have not received the shoes & there is no proper response to our email also.

We ordered a product in brothers footprint, the product is shoe but they didn't delivered the product so we click the refund form and filled that too sended them, they said that they will refund within 10 days but we waited for one month they didn't refunded that money so we complained to you

But still I donot receive my order .

I ordered for two pairs of shoes on 3 July, they sent me a fake courier link with fake name & without tracking ID after sending me order confirmation message. Now it is more than two months company seems to be totally fake. They must have duped many customers after showing fake pictures of shoes. No phone number is available. They block you in all messanger chats once you make a complaint. I request everyone to come forward & united & teach them a good lesson. Now they are showing they are closed till 31 aug. Before they were showing many offices in Delhi Mumbai & gurugram.

I order for a sandals on 6th Aug and have not received any updates till date. The status of the order still shows as "Processing" from last 15 days. I have even filled the cancellation and refund form. not response to that as well.

This company is fake. I have ordered the shoes on 3 August still no reply about my order. They are not responding to emails as well. Guys please be aware they are just looting the money.

I have been blocked by the company on facebook after my complaint of not getting the item. Its a fraud compnay cheating many people online.

Not delivered till date. 28th dispatched from bombay does not take 23-25 days to even walk 700kms to deliver it.

And it's about 1 month and i didn't get any product till now.. And the courier service also didn't reply.. Both the companies are involved in the scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in August month, but i got nothing niether shoes nor my refund. No reply from this company. I have dropped mails but there is no response.

I did a lot of mail and saw more than 1 month, but I am saying that you look at the path, just used to say this and the last message came 14jul and order trick the eider here, just used to say this here but no order repaly came

I have placed order on 02/08/2020 for pairs of shoes, money has been deducted but order details shows cancelled. Raised complaint over mail and Instagram page still now no response and blocked.

This company is a fake one. I have ordered two pair of shoes and one smart watch on 25/07/2020. Till date haven't received the items. Moreover there is no reply for mails and they have not displayed any other way of communication with their company on their website.. they have looted many innocent people

These company has taken order with advace payment from for delivering 3 sets of shoes. they have not delivered after sending SMS that they have despatched. no response on email. the company background should be thoroughly checked.

The company brother's footprint, jutepejuta, express go courier are all involved in the scam. They claimed to have sent the products to this express go courier company for shipping and then stopped replying to the mails. These 3 companies have conned 1000's of customers
