Whatha ### do you guys think?

I ordered a cake on June 30 for Chennai location. You guys debited 724 from my account immediately. Next day it was your CUSTOMER care SPECIALIST-Jatin who cancelled the order himself and told that refund will be processed within 7 business days. It's been 3 ###ing weeks and no response even for the queries or mails put to you?

I don't know whatha hell are you doing without processing refund or atleast dropping a reply to my mails that I'm addressing to you everyday..

I ordered my cake ..but I can’t receive till yet..such a rubish guys they are

I had ordered a cake on 12th June 2021 and they confirmed the order no#21230. On 14th Jun, got an email asking for extra delivery charge of Rs 300/-, they cancelled the order saying money will be refunded within 7 working days...but not yet received my amount.

They don't have any tracking option or to contact a customer executive. Even they they don't reply to email after multiple follow-up reminders. They seems to be cheating many customers like this!

Its a fake site. Booked cake ..neither got cake nor delivery and no response from them

U would take the previlage to introduce a fake website called cakesportal.
I ordered the cake yersday but they informed me i have ordered on a wrong time slot,
So when i asked for Today's delivery they informed me person named Yash seems like wrong name wrong email id, and they sent cancellation email At 12 ck noon and informed me i will get the refund in 7 days, i would like to report a complaint against the email id and the website

Order a cake to be delivered same day and paid online but did not received any cake neither any message or response regarding the cancellation or deliver. The website is fake and should be removed from the internet. No contact number is given in the website.

I have ordered the cake 1800rs they have cancelled the order and havent returned the money.. no costumer care num nothing.. they are big frauds

But till date I am not received my money from that company.

I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday in this portal and transfer the money. Got email from them that your order will not be delivered. I have ask them to cancel my order and refund my money back till no response from them

This site is a scam. They cancelled my order, Id no. 22702 stating they can't deliver it and then sent me an email stating that I need to pay 150 Rs more. When I reprimanded them and demanded a contact no. they simply cancelled my order stating that they can't deliver there due to 'shortage of services'. They have stopped responding and haven't refunded the amount. This is a scam site and they are scammers. I don't mind losing the money, but I had ordered a cake for my parents on their anniversary and they have ruined it as I wanted to send the cake as a surprise as I am out of town. These cheap scammers are robbing people of small amounts. Shameless.

I have ordered cake combo on 29, th may and 7th june, they delived cake on 30th may but not other items and for 7th june they just cancelled order and said amount will be refunded in 7 working days.. they dont have customer care number also to reach them and they dont even reply to emails.

This is highly unprofessional and cheateing.

I ordered cake with my order ID no 18420 which was supposed to deliver on the same day.. They didint delivered it and when I mailed them they asked for extra delivery charges due to covid restrictions which I paid immediately as for me delivery was urgent.
Later they never delivered my order and till now after 1month, i haven recieved my refund.

Please take actions as this was surprise planned for special person and because of these cheater it all got ruined.

I ordered cake from Cakeportal.com. They cancelled the order but not refund the amount.

I had placed an order on May 22 2021 with order number 18887. I got a message saying money will be refunded within 7working...

I have ordered the cake on June 11th 2021. Got a confirmation mail that the order was placed. Later got a mail that the cake delivery is postponed. So I responded to the mail saying if the order placed is not delivered on the same day then would like to cancel the order... no response from them and they didn't refund the money also. Cake was not delivered and the money is also not refunded.

I had placed an order on May 22 2021 with order number 18913. I got a message saying money will be refunded within 7working days as the order can't be placed. But I didn't recieve the money back.

They cheated my money

I had placed order of cake on 13th of May 2021. Due to glitch in their website the order was placed for past time slot and we received an email from the portal, accepting the mistake on 14th of May 2021 and stating about the refund. Our order no. Is #17670.
We have been sending reminder emails every 10 days but no response from them. There is not any contact number provided either.

Fraud portal not returned my money and not delivered the cake

Hi, Placed an order for Cakesportal.com for cake delivery on May 25th.

Initially they sent email for additional payments saying the price has been raised for the flavor selected and I made that too but the cake flavor selected was not available.

Received an email from their team for a substitute flavor to be selected and I rejected that on email.

Then they sent a response an email saying your order is canceled and money will be refunded in 7days.

Today is June 11 but no refund yet. Sent many emails but no response at all. There are no phone numbers on the website also to contact them. I have wasted so much of precious time in following up on this refund amount. I have a the email chains in case you need it.

Pls help me get my refund. This is an absolute fraud website who has no customer service.

I had ordered a 1kg Blackforest cake (order no.20841) on 8/6/'21 to be delivered on 9/6/'21 in Karur between 8a.m & 12p.m.

Hi Team,

On 05.06.2021 i had ordered cake and made payment via PayU. Amount got debited from account and got transaction ID not the order ID.

Could you please check and advise what was the issue and how can get refund amount.

I had sent Email on cakes portal Email address on same day but there was no response from team.

Appreciate if you could check and advise ASAP.

I order cake and bouquet on 24 april 2021 and they have cancelled my order and asked me that they will refund within 7 days Yet refund not proceeded and no answer against the mail. Such banned these sites Fraud

I have ordered cake dated on[protected] and paid amount 1784 using UPI. After few hours, I got and email from cakesportal that my order has been cancelled and I would be getting refund within 7 days.

I have sent many emails but didn't get a single reply.
