They're not giving cancel option and they're not providing money

I have ordered a cake at 31/05/21 .but they cancel my order. My order no is19855 and still they dosen't refund my money. They dosen't reply my mail all so.

My order ID is 18639. I ordered a cake worth rs 524 for same day delivery on 19 th May 2021 and payment done as asked but after payment they asked more money to deliver the product which I denied. they canceled the order and told refund will be done in 7 days. Not refund till date, they have no contact detail and on mail they are not responding. They are Fraud.

I ordered a fresh cream cake on 18.5.2021, order no. 18391, for the occasion of birthday on 19.05.2021, I paid Rs. 899/- through Pay U Money with Transaction Number. [protected]. On the birthday date, i.e., on 19.5.2021, morning I enquired about the status of delivery and I got response that the team was working on that. but they didn’t deliver and sent a below mail at the last moment...I.e., at 2.29 pm on 19.5.2021

We are really sorry to inform you that currently, we won't be able to deliver the product at your location due shortage of services due to the current Covid situations. Hence, we have to cancel your order and your refund would be initiated within 7 working days.

Now I am sending everyday mail to them asking my refund status, nobody is responding. Being 14 days, the amount is not refunded yet.

Please help me to get my money back.

I ordered a cake on the occasion of birthday on 22.05.2021 but they didn’t delivered and now they are not refunding the amount

I have ordered a bouquet from cakesportal.com of rupees 609.10 Rs. on[protected]. Order id- 19319. But I have not received the order (bouquet). After that I mailed them but didn't get any reply on my mail. Then I got 2 phone numbers of cakesportal customer care to raise a complaint. ([protected]), ([protected]). But when I called them they asked my to download an app name "anydesk". Which is used to get the remote access of any laptop or phone. So I denied them. Then they cut my call and blocked me. Even they told me on call that you can complaint about them to any police station or even modi noone can do anything. I have all the recordings of calls and screenshot of the order. Please take the necessary action. I heard on call about other customers complaint also. They are doing this fraud with more then 100 customers per day and make money. This site should be banned aur these people should go behind the bars. I have recordings and screenshots about my order. Kindly take the necessary action asap.

Today I have ordered a cake in this website. The order number is 19311. But I'm unable track my order. Added to this, I checked my orders in my account. It shows no order placed. I have proof of my order. Kindly let me know how to track my order and when it will be deliver. If I didnt receive any reply from your side then I will escalate to next level.

I had ordered cake and flowers on 17/5/21, order number is #18227. The order had been cancelled by the cakes portal team and had promised to refund the amount in 7 working days. I have not received the refund amount nor reply to my mails. This is really irresponsible behaviour. I request you to take necessary at and do the needful.

I have ordered the cake May 17th which should be delivered today i.e. May 20th.I haven't received any mails from you after the confirmation of order.Please confirm whether you will deliver the cake or not?
Worst Portal I feel as you are making users are getting tension after we ordered.

I have ordered cake and bouquet in May 10th which was supposed to be delivered on May 14th. On the day of delivery, there were no proper intimation and the order was cancelled. There are no contact number available. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Pathetic service. I need my refund. Please assist.

I have ordered cake and flowers for the celebration, payment was done through payU, after the scheduled time ie.8-12 AM i received email saying that,
WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM THAT CURRENTLY, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT AT YOUR LOCATION AS OUR MERCHANTS ARE TOO FAR FROM YOUR LOCATION.HENCE WE HAVE CANCELLED YOUR ORDER AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.
WE REALLY APOLOGIZE AGAIN FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU.
But until now no refunds, no reply- only we can make dummy registration in their website and transfer our fund to their account other than that nothing is working. kindly find these peoples punish them for misleading, mischief and for cheating the peoples.

I still didn’t get my refund yet, it’s been more than a week, this is the worst portal or customer service I’ve ever seen, please do help me on this concern, thank you.

Hi I make a transaction on 8th May 2021 via Phone pay for a Cake but it will not be delivered & no response from the company sites Request you to block the site.

Please provide an update on my order #16521. It is supposed to be delivered between 8AM and 12 PM. Still no updates. What kind of service is this. No phone number to contact and no response to emails. Pathetic!

I ordered a cake from this site and they accepted the order in the beginning. Later they send an email that they can't deliver to the given address and cancel the order saying that the money will be refunded in 7 working days. Today it has been more than 20 days and they haven't refunded the money nor have the courtesy to reply to the mail. Highly disappointed from this service.

I booked order today 5th May 2021 at 3/3.30 pm on website within 3 hrs order will be delivered but no reply from there end after I mailed. At 7.34 they mailed me for extra pay of 150/- reason due to out of area but when I ordered I have mentioned pincode and on website I paid 499/- but than also I paid 150/- as it was urgent they delivered me cake at 8.45 pm I was having some plan all gone fell due to there foolish services when I opened cake box I found that cake is wrong delivered I asked for cheery vanilla cake they delivered me chocolate cake I asked for heart shape they delivered me circle shape. The cake was taste less. In greeting I told write happy anniversary to bro and sister-in-law they mentioned in greeting bro and sister how foolish things are been done and demanding for extra pay useless company as well as service I have never seen in whole india this much bad service.

This cakeportal.com is fake portal, they just take money, cancel order and never refund the money
There is no phone number mentioned on their website, be aware of these cheaters.

It's a meters of birth day there is no sense to send birthday cake after the day left, hence I request you to refund the amount of both my order. It was really acward movement for me as I already informed both of them to not to by birthday cake as I trust your shop.

However I am expecting my money refund at the earliest.

After successful payment they are asking extracharges after 3 hours of payment and I want refund in my account . Other wise I will lodge an FIR against this. Kindly refund money.

This website looks like a scam.They want to just get the money from you and then are least bothered. I wanted a cake delivered on the 23rd April, same day and they let me place the order, I failed to check the registered address and I placed the order for delivery in Mumbai. After half an hour of placing the order they send me an email stating I need to pay delivry charges of ₹141 to be delivered at my address.There was no option to cancel the order.So I sent them an email.And today is the 26th April and no refund and no reply to my email. They have no contact number either.I need the money back in my account

An order was placed on 8th April for cake with order I’d 13952 amounting to Rs 939.

But, these guys cancelled the order saying it’s far off and committed to refund the money within 7 days. It’s over 15 days now and m yet to receive the payment.

These bastards must be taught a lesson.

I ordered a combo with midnight delivery and they mailed a sorry msg. And said the order is postponed. There is no contact from their side on the next day also and what about the mid night charges of Rs. 250??

I did not get my refunded...order is not delivered because of far location.. Its almost 7 days.. .no amount is credited in my account..

After 2 hours of successfully placing the order, I was asked to pay Rs.125 more as delivery charges. I found it unfair as earlier while placing the order, I was told that my order was eligible for free delivery as per the location. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount paid already, in reply to which they agreed and assured refund within 7 working days.
After not receiving any reply to the mails, I registered online complaint on government's consumer redressal portal INGRAM. In response, they created my account and credited the amount in wallet.

They don't reply to any of your mails. Seems like a fraud website to me. Yet, I'm being forced to use their services again which obviously cannot be trusted. All their claims about the reviews on their website and google are fake. I consider my money gone as I cannot spend more time on such fraudster. I think that's the reason people take services from established websites like ferns and petals.

I had ordered cake and flowers for a special occasion. i paid an amount of Rs. 1888/- online. But they did not delivered the product and sent an email that the order has been cancelled. this is how they cheat people. but this time probably they have touched the wrong person and i will take them to the court and will close their fraud set up. My order number is 14512. When i contacted on [protected] to know the status of my order, he informed that it is cancelled. Now i will wait for 3 days to get my refund and i will file an FIR against this person for cheating and other IPC. If they did not refund in time, they will face the music.
