Had ordered a cake from this website which costed me 524 rupees for a half kg cake and was supposed to be delivered on 31st december for a friend's birthday. I had made the payment online via google pay. No tracking info and absolutely no updates regarding the cake. The cake wasn't delivered at all. No contact number. I sent them a hell lot of emails for which they reply saying, you have to be 250 rs extra delivery charge to deliver to the pincode I had given ( after the birthday got this email) . I strictly refused to pay and demanded refund. After almost 1 and half week, they refunded money to their website wallet. Not to my account. I was forced to buy again cause it would be a waste otherwise. I ordered the same cake to my address. They did send the cake but it was no where near what I ordered. Looked like a simple vanilla cake from a local bakery whose actual price wouldn't be more than 250 rs. This is a completely fraud website, they neither deliver cakes to proper location, and even the refund wont happen. In return they send u some cheek cakes for the heavy amount u paid instead of refund .

I placed my order on 1-1-2021. My order id is 7651 .Delivery date was 1-1-2021. Its 2-1-2021 and i hav not received my order. I have paid Rs. 539 for it.

I need a refund and there is no reply.

I ordered the cake on 8 Dec 2020 early morning. when I asked the status of cake delivery after 1 pm I got a reply that your address is far and demanded me to pay 150 Rs more. I denied to give and asked why they have not demanded while I was giving the order. but again they demanded me Rs150 on the name of distance. I told them that my address is near the railway station how it is far then they said that it's only a little bit amount. I denied to give them and asked them to provide me the vendor's address and mobile no. and I will collect from there but no reply. too, many times I asked them to provide me the address but no reply. this whole conversation was on email. these guys are deceiving the customers

I fail to understand how we allow to take oders when these type of portal are fake ...

I have given order today morning ( 6 sec 20 ) And still order not delivered to my sister place ...no one is responding plz do not place any order ...its a fake sitw

I have ordered the cake on 13th November and they have cancelled it in 2 hours time . Refund is supposed to come to my wallet that also not come. I have sent many emails there is no reply. Given phone number is not working

My order got cancelled and the email says money shall be refunded in the portal wallet however I had ordered the cake as a guest so my portal wallet doesn't exist.
There is no contact number and the emails are absolutely unanswered.
Have no clue how to get my money back.

I had ordered a cake delivery for 9th Oct. They had confirmed order after payment. Then they cancelled it saying they can't deliver to that area and amount will be refunded in wallet. Which I do not want. I want the amount to be refunded in my bank account. Original source of payment. They do not have any helpline or so. Just query through email which they do not respond to.

I had ordered a cake which was due to delivered on 05th September 2020 between 7am to 9am.
And it didn't got delivered. When i searched contact number from Google and called on [protected], somebody answered and asked me to install anydesk application which is used to remotely access to mobile phones. I was confirmed he is definitely a fraud. and his number is still on....

I had ordered cake for my mother's birthday on July 18, 2020 and was asked to deliver at 12:00 to 4:00 pm slot timings for delivery. But the ordered was not delivered and there is no contact number in the website. When enquired with Justdial, they said that there is no such cake portal or address mentioned in their website. I need the refund back. But the refund will be credited to cakeportal wallet which is of no use as they don't deliver any product.

I had placed an order for a cake on 15th of july, 2020 to be delivered on 18th of july, 2020 with standard delivery time 12 pm to 4 pm. There was no intimation regarding delivery.
At around 11:00 am -18th july, i contacted them through the email address given in the website to give details of the delivery executive. I got a response which said that i need to give the receiver's phone number (Which was optional while filling the form) so that they can share the details. Since, this was suppose to be a surprise gift i gave them my mobile number.
Later, i get a reply stating that they cannot deliver to my location - maraimalai nagar and the order has been cancelled. They will transfer the money to my wallet on the website.
If they are not delivering in my area, why would i want this money in my wallet?
So, i asked for a refund of the amount and not for it to be added in my wallet to which i got no response.
If they cannot deliver to a particular location, they shouldn't have accepted the order.
This website is a scam, there are only e-mail ids in the website in contact us section. There is no phone number.
I need them to refund the amount to my bank account.

I have placed an order on 11 july they cancelled it by saying they are not serving to location after that I told them to deliver in other location they again said they are not serving this location and refund my amount to cakesportal wallet if they are not serving to any area then how come I will use my wallet amount I requested them but they are playing with policy even if they made mistake but now they are not replying not a single respond I didn't receive my money untill now neither in wallet not in account they are totally fake website even they are not responding.

I have placed order on 4th of july for a cake from this website. As per them the cake will get delivered by 11th july. I was hoping that cake will get delivered but i was not receiving any notification regarding my cake until 10th july so i have initiated the email querying about my order. No one responded to my email on that day and on 11th july i got the response on my email that the location you have selected in not in their delivery zone/area.
I have ordered this order as a guest user and i never had account on this website, still i got the email that you'll be getting your money in your wallet. For two days i been chasing them regarding this and finally they have created my account in their website.
Now, the location where i need to deliver the cake in not in their range and they are still saying that the money will be transferred to my wallet which have not been transferred yet. The money they are going to transfer to my wallet if they will is of no use to me as my location doesn't come in their delivery area. I have been questioning them about this again and again, and they are not paying any attention.
Also, while ordering the cake it's taking the pin of any area and they are not verifying whether the delivery is possible or not at the time of delivery and now they are forcing me to have money in wallet which have not yet been transferred in name of their policy.
I want my money back to my bank account from where i make the payment and want to file a complaint against this website. This website is causing lots of trouble to customers in name of their policy.
