I had order shirt for 385 date 7 july not delivered yet

I've ordered from finifox on 20th july and paid rs.925/-. The payment was done via razopay. The product has not been delivered yet nor i'm able to track it.
Please help to get it refunded.

I had ordered 2 products which cost me of approx 850 rupees. At first it's showing that my product will be deliver soon but later their pages, website gone down. There is no information of them..

I saw an instagram add regarding the site and i placed a pre paid order on 20 july.. Now their site has been down and i still didn't receive my order. Please do justice and take action against such scamming sites.

I ordered a shirt from finifoxfashion.in but haven't received the order yet. I ordered it on 25th of july but haven't received it and their official website also has been taken down and there's no way to contact them.

I had ordered 2 shirts from finifox but it's been more than 2 weeks and there has been no update. Also their official website has been taken down.

I had ordered 3 shirts and had made a payment of 1059 rupees and they were supposed to deliver it on the 6th of August and its already 8th of Aug and I haven't received any calls or any delivery intimations and the number provided them is also switched off.
I don't know if finifox is fraudulent I request them to refund my amount.
And I also request Instagram not to permit any of these fraudulent businesses on Instagram.

And now i am not even able to open their website. I still don’t know how do they peacefully live by playing such fraudulent game. I got to see the page from instagram. And it is so bad to know that the pages which are suggested in instagram is not safe to access.

I've purchased a shirt from finifox fashion, on their site, they shows many apparel products at very good prices. I've purchased a shirt from the site on 20th july 2020 with upi money payment. Upon delivery, it showed information that delivery with taking for 15 days to reach kozhikode, kerala. Till the date there is no feedback or order tracking information is given by the company. 2 days back i've checked their website it says that the website is down for some reason and i cannot contact with the customer support number which is provided from the order confirmation email.

The amount of rs 390/- had already been paid by me on 9th july 2020, but i still receive my order and as consumer i mailed them regarding this still they gave response towards it. It's been so long haven't received any update. I website is down. The Facebook page says it's a fraud.. all the numbers I tried.. one number finally the person picked up and asked me to transfer more money .. such a fraud company [protected] this number the person is fooling everyone and takings ccess to their account number. I need my refund

They made me to pay money for dress and now it's not delivered, now the page is coming error and instagram allows such a idiotic advertisement
