I ordered from this website on 13th july and i also got a text message that i will be receiving my order by 31st, today is 30th of july
There is no update on my order . The website is down and even the number which i received in the text message is switched off .

I have placed an order on 11th july on the website finifoxfashion. They confirmed the payment and sent a message that the delivery will come on 29 july and till now the delivery hasnt come yet. And there is no contact with the company neither on the mails nor on the phone. What should we do???

Ordered 1Shirt from this fraud website on 16th July..showing that will be delivered within 10-15 working days..on 28th July again I visit this website for delivery status of my product showing "still in process" ..but on 29th July website is not opening there are some errors of SSL certificate issues...I have already lost 345 rs...never ever trust any of the new e-commerce sites which are being advertised on your social media platform...

I have placed order from the site on July 19 2020, but still have not received the order. Also i have send mails to the respective site for which no response received. Now the site is not working. This is a fraud and strict actions are requested to be taken against the same.

This brand finifox is a fraud. They accepted prepaid transactions and promised to deliver products till 28th july, however gone completely off. They have switched off their number from last 5 days, deleted their facebook page, not responding to emails and now today i.e 29th july, they have removed their site as well. I got to know about it when i saw ad on Instagram from thesnipygirl page, created on 21st july on Facebook as well, whose website is complete copy of finifox and so i doubted the brand. Now they are again doing the fraud through thesnapygirl.in website just like they faked it in finifox. I want my refund through razorpay and request you to kindly look into the matter and stop the upcoming frauds. These people are not just taking money from innocent people but also harassing them mentally.

This finifox fashion company link I have just seen on my Instagram stories so I trusted that link so I buy 3 shirts total worth of 1085 rs .After 3 days the link error come and no mails reply phone number mentioned in a links are wrong .I want the complete answer from the company why they do this .

So i have ordered clothes from here whose advertisement appeared in instagram. Its been a month i haven't received any response from them and when i tried contacting them by putting up a message asking about my order's delivery, since then their website is showing error. No emails nothing.

Also when I asked to refund on G-Pay they asked me to copy a SMS which they send and send it to number

I placed a order in Finifox fashion after seeing its advertisement in Instagram which made me feel the site is genuine and its been 12 days i ordered a shirt and i get it till today, i put couple of mails regarding my order tracking for which i dint get a response from them, worst part is I already payed for the order because they dint accept for COD . And to my surprise company website i.e http://finifoxfashion.in/ does work now. so i please request who ever as been effected with this fraud should get their refund and the person behind this scam has been to punished by law.

I shop a lot and if I am using Instagram, as a user I would like to believe that I can go with something you are recommending to me.
Instagram has continuously been showing me ads of FiniFox app, where one can buy clothes, so one day I did.
They gave me 2 weeks time to deliver the product, now one of their page blocked me on insta, the contact number I was given, nobody answers that.
Basically, your page pitches me for something till I buy it and now that I have been scammed, they move on to other users and you guys help them into doing so.
I'm sure, that with the help of you, they are doing it with others as well. They have many pages on Instagram, and you guys don't even verify anything before you start showing their ads everywhere.
Please help, me and all the other users who are scammed or will be soon.

It will not come after 1 year also bro it's a big scam I am also suffered to this scam.remember one thing if any one will call u and ask some details according to u r Bank don't say that all pls i[censored] say he will access u r Bank and swipe more money (pls don't do that) at first he said that"I will refund u r money back but don't trust them, ok.He call me and try to collect my information but I emmidiatly end the call, soo avar on it

Yes, exactly happened with me. I have ordered on 1st July, paid online as there was no COD option. I had put up a query asking about the delivery of my orders, since then its showing error, no mails nothing.
Now it seems many are facing the same problem.

Its a request to you guys if a call comes from 6289087209 this number please do not do as he says. He is a ### fraud who wants go get access to your phone by just trucking you and will ask your card details just anyhow. Please its a request to you all and im not someone just faking it. Guys, I just contacted them and I'm pretty much sure it's a big scam. Firstly they ask you to forward a few messages to a number. Then they will ask you to install an app which has access to all the sensitive information in your phone and finally will tell you to add the last four digits of your account number and UPI pin and send it to them. What they get? They already have your account details and once they subtract the last four digits of account number from the sum, they get the UPI pin and thus your bank account becomes vulnerable. I literally ### that ### verbally and assured him of action against him. I call out everyone who got trapped to take action and put those ###S behind the bars. They shamelessly took our money and now want to put us in more trouble. Don't fall to their trap again and let's take a strict action and punish these MFs.

Yeah I contacted them and they ask me to forward messages to unknown numbers and after that They ask me to enter my UPI pin. But i did not enter or give any of my bank details to them

It was clearly a scam company. Wonder how so many people fell for it.
I did a reverse image search on some of the products on this website and found them on some chinese websites.
Also the company description was lifted from another website vajor.com and they didn't even bother to replace a mention of vajor with their name ;)

Hello guys i ordered 3 t-shirts online on 15th of July and didn't receive any update as of now. I called up to this phone number #[protected] and some one answered my call and kept it on hold and i got a call from this number [protected] and they asked me what is the concern they took my order number to check what's going on with the shipping and told me your order has been cancelled and refund will be initiated. He asked me if i use Google Pay i said yes then in the mean while i asked him how much do you think i will get the refund off. He said how much you paid the same amount you will get refunded. So i asked him since you took my order number you should be able to see all the details on your system. So tell me how much i will be refunded and as i expected he disconnected the call. Very soon the KARMA will hit them there is no easy money in this world. Hope they get caught very soon.
