DESPITE contacting DHANI customer Service through calls and multiple email, there has been no response However I did receive multiple Messages & calls (by third party hired by DHANI to threaten their customers) from to pay due amount.

I was told to make payment of Rs.4000/- to close my Loan account and NO DUES Letter will issued within 3 working days from the date of payment i.e 31 March 2022. April 2022 is almost over and I still have not received the letter nor the loan has been closed.

As per my discussion with previous Manager (unfortunately I do not recall the name) and present Manager is also not helping to provide his name. FINAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT of Rs.4000/- has been paid as advised by the Manager (who has left the job) through LINK Provided to me this on 31.03.2022 at 10:28:36 AM (Request Id: 96618261, Transaction ID:[protected].

I was in complete disbelief when I received a call from Customer care/ Recovery person stating that LOAN ACCOUNT is reflecting amount due. On my insistence he connected me with Mr.AMIT TOKAS, Manager (Mobile no.[protected]) on 27 April 2022. On[protected], Mr. Amit Tokas informed us that we will be issued the letter by eod and later refused stating that account showing OUTSTANDING BALANCE of roughly Rs. 1800.00/- additional.

I had to again share the background to him about the loan and about the payment of RS.4000/- made on 31.03.2022. I asked him to clarify why all of the sudden at the month I am being asked to pay this additional amount for when I have already paid the FINAL Settlement Amount on 31.03.2022. He refused to give any clarification and said “YOU PAY THIS AMOUNT OR ELSE THE LETTER WILL NOT BE ISSUED”.

Why I am getting penalized by DHANI with another amount because your team failed to their job.

Also i was made aware of this additional amount on 28.04.2022 Thursday, despite following up for last 30 days. Near month closing I am being informed without any clarification so that they can put another penalty on top of this amount.

THIS is a clear case of CHEATING and CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.

    I have been using dhani since 8 months..Paid all my dues from time to time..still in my cibil report they are marking it as amount overdue..Due to which my cibil report gets affected and also i am not able to avail loans from bank due to this...

    Since i have closed all the dues 2 months back itself.., pls update my cibil report.
    Even though i am not a defaulter you are troubling me like anythind...Talked to variouus customer executives regarding the same..Also mailed the necessary documents, still the issue is not resolved...Very pathetic condition...Pls help.

      It's a Totally Fraud Company 😡😡😡😡
      I want to close my dhani account. I have paid all my dues. But i still getting subscription fees to pay. 1st of all dhani is fooling everyone saying that it is zero cost EMI but it takes charge every month more than what i have to pay monthly.I recently getting too many calls like before.I had to face this before. Every time they are calling me. Minimum 6 times per day.Even during recharge my balance got stuck... after so many complaining they were not listening to me so i complained to national consumer forum... then they had nothing but to refund my money.So After all this ### I would everyone not to log in for it. They will fool you and would call you like a crazy horse😒😡

          I used dhani card and paid all the amount and requested to close my account,
          They are not closing my account and charging me 680 RS per month for card charges, I called CUSTOMER care no response, I have sent num of msgs, no response it's been almost 6 months
          I have paid more than 3k for card charges,
          My cibil score is down due to this dhani ### app.
          Now I'm not eligible for any personal LOAN.

              Dhani Pharmacy's audit by the CAG anon is the need of the hour.
              It said it crediting my refund but I'm stil awaiting for it.
              National Consumer Helpline too has responded to my complaint & issues a reference to the company.

                Below is my not credited refund of a not cancelled order place on Dhani Pharmacy March 13.
                I'm sure Dhani Pharmacy is only admitting payments. I shall file for its audit by the CAG anon.
                National Consumer Helpline too has responded & given me a reference however Dhani is making fools of God must know how many so far?

                  I had taken a loan of Rs.3217 from Indiabulls Dhani .my loan account No.is CL16686124 together on 31/03/2022 with all due payment but still this loan is overdue in my CIBIL Showing together why I have emailed the loan bank and also written mail, but no satisfactory answer is being received from the company, please talk to the bank and eliminate the overdue on my CIBIL and get the loan Please help me in closing the account, I do not want to have any relation with this bank in future, please help me and Please Ask this company why not Update My payment Cibil data record ...asap

                    I've placed an order EP2908209 on March 13. Dhani is creating nuisance by not crediting the refund because the delivery is a far cry. I've emailed half a dozen times but the refund of Rs.425 is not credited back to my wallet.
                    If it fails to do the same within three days, I'll revive its complaint & initiate legal action to recover my lost money.

                        No matter what I do dhani keeps calling me again and again. While I am in meetings or trying to sleep, it keeps going its so-called service calls. 4 to 5 times a day the calls me.
                        I can’t count how mANY COMPLAINTs I have done when they call me but they didn’t listen to any and yeah they call me again. Plz Dhani stop this ### right now or I will do legal steps against it.

                          I was mailed To Dhani 5-6 Times For NOC
                          But they don't provide me NOC.
                          Only Auto generated Mails was Received.
                          When I calling to dhani Customer care no, than customer care officers Says that no any pending dues on My account.
                          But 1 Reply of mail regarding NOC
                          I received mail with my statement
                          And in this statement shows 6-7 Rs dues are pending.

                              I've took the loan of 600 nd cleared the dues on time I asked them to deactivate my acount but they are asking subscription fees to deactivate it nd i don't have any information about it these people are calling every day it's been a month i gave a complaint in support dhani nd i didn't get any helpful response nd they were increasing late charges on subscription fees too

                                I am Amit Jain, was shocked to see my cibil score go down drastically to 743 and this is all because of your wrong reporting.

                                I downloaded the report and found that there is a personal loan in my name of Rs.2500/- dated[protected]. Current balance as Rs.24, 147 and overdue amount of Rs.12, 504.

                                I have no idea of this amount and nor have I taken any such loan. In my entire life there is not a single payment that I have defaulted till now and because of your wrong reporting I am suffering.

                                  Hi this is mohit kumar sharma dhani one freedom card holder. My credit limit is inactive even after clearing all my dues. When I talked to their customer care they told me to send the kyc documents so I have mailed them the documents on 11/03/2022. But even after sending the documents there is no response from there side. Their customer care executive have given me the confirmed time of 24-48 hours. But till now there is no response. Everytime they say that it will take more time. So please requesting to look into it as soon as possible.

                                    I have been through to your call centre executives thrice within the last 30 days, but i am reaching nowhere. No one has a good answer to my query, as my loan should have closed last month. There shouldn't be any more EMI's for further 2 months because I didn't take any moratorium facility during the first lock-down months. So I had written to your concerned emails but reached nowhere. Even my case is being closed for no reason. Dhani service is so pathetic & unbelievable, i have received no call for this issue and my case is being closed again again. I am not getting any human interaction to my query, customer care executives are passing me around & hanging up calls. It took so long to reach any executive through your IVR and then they put me through to any other IVR option. This is so weird, how can such a bad service you can render to us.                                       A dhani card was given to me of 2L with 20k daily limit. My all payments are on time. Past 2-3days dhani has decreased my daily limit to 10k and now blocked my card forcing me to pay 27k when my emi dates are in April and May. What kind of a cheating is this.

                                        I'm rakesh I've took loan in dhani in August of 2500 i paid by 3 installments. then deleted the app but when i check my cibil score it is showing open loan.when i about this to customercare they are telling to pay every month subscription fee from august to march a total of 3000 then the loan is closed .this 3000 is subscription fee which i did not took the loan.

                                            I paid all my dues and also canceled my subscription plan in January
                                            but today March 14, I got a call from Dhani ( +[protected] and she said I'm due now of rs 353.
                                            I said, I paid all my Dues and also canceled my plan in january.
                                            Then I opened the Dhani app told the Dhani employee that there is no due, and the App is showing "Activate now".
                                            and she said, "To view the Due amount you have to Activate the Subscription Plan". and the Activation plan is rs 353.
                                            is this a scam?
                                            I don't want to Activate the Subscription again, please stop calling.

                                              I created Dhani's account a year ago and took service, after that I deposited all the money back and said to delete my account
                                              And now rich people are calling me again and they are telling me to give subscription charge while I am not taking any service from them since last seven to eight months these people are asking me for free money

                                                I was given a Dhani one freedom credit line of Rs 1000 with a daily limit of Rs 100 which I used for only 55rs and also paid the all EMI installment. Now i want to delete my account.They are saying please clear your previous due which is there subscription fee.I am not interested in Dhano One card then why i give subscription fee.

                                                  The one freedom card is called as a credit card and has been asked to pay your credit back in three parts payment. But when we use the limits they ask back the complete amount to be paid back at there will at anytime. Thay are changing the policies like anytime they wish. Subscription fee was said to be one time for the lifetime. But the app is again asking for the subscription fee and added that amount also to the due amount. They are completely cheating the customers by showing up there policies in one way and once used, manipulating it at anytime at there wish.

                                                  The customer care number is said to be busy at sometimes and otherwise said to be not in use. The support team who calls us are having no answers to the questions asked and they know only one thing to say is pay the due and nothing else.

                                                    IndiaBulls Dhani one freedom card, credit limit not working

                                                    Hi team
                                                    Iam customer of dhani one freedom card. My credit limit is 5000 i was pay all payment but my credit limit is not restore it is showing 4851only . Iam already two time raise Mali to Customer support still not resolved my issue so fixy issue shortly

                                                    Dhani services are totally fraud. I urge everyone, not to apply for services offered by Dhani. I've been using Dhani one freedom card for couple of months now & I'm already frustrated by these scammers. I used 3500 out of 15000 limit & they're adding the whole due instead of allowing to pay in 3 easy EMI's. There were no such rules in terms & conditions applied while applying for this product. They also charge hefty monthly charges. I suggest anyone who wants pay later service to either go for slice pay or lazy pay.

                                                          Very bad experience with dhani they dispatched one freedom card without my information and after that asking for payment due for no reason no use of card and continue calling for harrassing. They can call you for payment but you can not call customer service due to customer support.

                                                          Kindly stop my card I have already paid no due are pending. Please don't force to use card
