Though I have paid for preclosing of loan still they haven’t closed it’s been a month after paying full amount not yet closed complete scam and I have lost 1k in transferring money via dhani wallet dhani people are running scam in India I have paid already complete amount for this account IPERBAN06609196 still in app it is showing due and customer care Is hectic cannot reach to them and there executives are running con business some of them are Sunil Prabhakar Ravindran complete scamming guys in Bangalore

        I have enough balance in my bank account which is given to indiabulls Dhani but no ecs is passing by Dhani after that they send me a link through Sms by that I pay my EMI but after that also every day Dhani staffs calling at least 5 times a day and asking me to pay the EMI and also telling me to pay balance outstanding amount which is higher than my total EMI bending it’s making me more mind depression.

                I had misguided by dhani executive regarding subscription fees 100% back and get DHANI account activated, then i had unnecessary charged for only subscription fees not even use of dhani card. this was incidence of 9sep2021.
                i was force to make payment and told me then only dhani card will get deactivated, so to make it finish i did payment of 638. and verify calling service center that subscription was deactivated and i will not charge by dhani.

                but again harassment call for money from DHANI get started from 2jan2022, and asking money, they also aware i did close the application and subscription.

                i have seen somany complaint regarding this subjet against the DHANI, so i am also filing the complaint.

                  Totaly fraud app hai.app se payment nahi liya hai phir bhi inke log call karte hai our payment mangte hai our gali dete hai. Jab unse pochte hai ke hamne payment liya hi nahi hai tu payment kyu kare tu kehte hai har mahine 296 rs chargea hai wo pay karna hai. Jab unse kaha ki hame app nahi use karna hai tu kehte hai pehle porana payment karo phir plan cancle hoga nahi tu har mahine 296 rs add hote rahenge payment due main. Totaly fraud app hai

                        Some of the executive called & suggested Dhani freedom card to my husband & said he can use it for domestic purposes & need to pay in EMI's only if he is using the card. Now we have not used a single rupee & dhani executive are asking to pay amount as subscription just because we activated the card . When we got the first we requested for the cancellation of card via mail & now executive there is a proper procedure to cancel without replying to our cancellation mail. Please look into this on priority. And the way executives speak is very local worse language, very cheap behavior.

                        Even after complaint still every day twice or thrice dhani executive will call & force to pay the subscription for that card from which we have not even utilised a single rupee from that card, it has become a kind of mental torture every day. Even for cancellation they are asking to pay charges, but when we got a call for getting a card they informed we have to pay charges only if we are using the card we have not used à card please help

                            This is to raise general awareness that do not fall into is dhani apps fraud. They will never close your account and keep on charging untill you die. They will have many hidden charges that even if you cancel you will have to pay continuously. I have cancelled dhani in jan 2021 and ecs everything stopped but they dint close the card and till today accumulated charges saying i dint cancel it was in inactive state. And now forcing me to pay the amount for no reason at all. Please I urge all not to fall into this trap. This is a scam. Dhani is a fraud app. Dhani Freedom.                               I was using dhani one freedom card for the last 3-4 months. I am getting married next year so I applied for a personal loan in my bank but it got rejected mentioning that there is overdue mentioned in my cibil by dhani. I have cleared my dues time to time but I don't know how they have mentioned this is in my cibil report. I have informed the customer care team via call and mail too but I don't see any appropriate resolution to my problem. I really need that loan from my bank.

                              Please resolve my issue at the earliest and provide me the NOC.

                              I m manjushree chakraborty ph- 7908675361 facing a same problem in my cibil report and cibil score.
                              I had cleared/paid my all 10000 credit limit due's and loan balance in January 10 of rs1300 and January 20 of rs 8817 but yet/ still my loan balance of rupees 9626 and due amount of rupees 2697 is showing in my cibil report and it's creating me a big problem in my cibil score and my bank loan transactions.

                              I requested to no due amount update in my cibil report as soon as possible and provide me NOC of one freedom card/ provide me one freedom card no due assurance certificate

                                In the month of june i applied for dhani freedom card but after seeing their usage details and all i lost my interest in it so i stopped using dhani. I've paid my first month card charges even though I've not used it from the second month i stopped dhani card but now after six months they are calling me saying there was a due charge of card on me of rs.1250 which I've to pay how does it makes sense?? When I'm not using it why should I pay for it nor even i got a card from dhani nor even I'm using it nor even they called me in the second month saying I've to pay.
                                This thing is ridiculous I mean they're charging me money just I've installed the application and registered myself in dhani.

                                  I get the subscription of DHANI one freedom card/app by paying 235 rupees, on date 15/12/2021.

                                  I'm trying to do payment from Dhani card but every type of payment are getting declined/failed.

                                  The reason of failing they are showing is :
                                  1. Your Card is not made for this type of transaction.
                                  2. Payment declined from bank.
                                  3. Card is not available to use of purchase.
                                  4. And like that many more another

                                  I was trying to made a payment on,
                                  1. Zomato
                                  2. Book My Show
                                  3. Amazon
                                  4. Flipkart
                                  5. Myntra
                                  6.Meesho
                                  7. Trying to transfer money to my bank account
                                  8. Trying to pay my broadband bill & electricity bill
                                  9. Also I was trying shop from shopping section of DHANI APP.

                                  None type of payments are done till now.
                                  I already called customer support 7 times. They are also not resolving my issue.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My loan Agreement ID:[protected] with the Dhani app. This app is a full financial scam. It sends random and arbitrary EMI ECS to the bank. They don't have control over the automated system. Even after payment of EMI amount, the sends ECS to the bank and leads multiple time charges by the bank.

Dhani one freedom card is fraud evenafter i blocked my card, company is not canceling my card and close my account. Even in app they show me you are not eligible for a credit line. After that they charged me every month 199 by e-mandate. This company not providing a way to close my. Even i closed my all loans and dues on time.

                                            Hello Sir I Sunil Gadakari would like to inform you that. I am a customer of Dhani I already paid full money to dhani
                                            whatever I took from dhani after that I paid full subscription fee to dhani. But after paying full subscription fee to dhani my one freedom card was not yet activated I tried to reach them but their customer support was not good I had written multiple mails to them and signified my problem sometimes they had given reply sometimes they didn't replied . Whenever they replied I got one common reply that your card is activated but in the app it is showing inactive. I am suffering from this problem from last one and a half month. They bIuffed me from last one and a half month.I need help from Consumer care in two ways either dhani can activate my card or dhani can pay back my full subscription fee. If consumer care want proof I can provide all proof to consumer care.

                                              Even after requesting to cancell and getting confirmation they are still not closing the card and keep on charging for subscription even though its cancelled in feb 2021. They keep sendi g messages to clear dues and keep on charging every month. Customer service never provides resolution even after multiple complaints

                                              Still the same, no help at all, raised complaints in jan 2021 and till now its not cancelled and asking me to pay fees even when i have not used this app for once. Its not about money they are frauding people. Beware of this app.

                                              No they were not, same thing repeats, fraud after fraud. Whatever you say is to get money from the users on false information and fraud basis.

                                              Wow again today i was informed that there are dues on dhani card. Even after I paid unnecessary thinking headache will stop in december 2021. Still you havnt closed the freedom credit card. This time you guys will face consequences of clear fraud. No one should take dhani its a fraud company.

                                                Few days before I had subscribe dhani freedom and dhani executive told me this app is benificial for you, no extra cost and subscription amount will be return your wallet but all Informations are wrong. The best worst part is no one can reply my mail. Anyone please help me.

                                                      On 2020 October 13 i transfered rs 400to bank account from dhani wallet its more than 1year till now not credited to my bank what the hwll is doing dhani chaeating custmers i have many issues in dhani if account have sufficient balance they take emi after said cheque bounce pay the emi call custmer care and mail reply its resloved but the problems not resolved i dont know dhani cash is imporant but my cash who will give dhani fraud i said to my friends they uninstalled the useless app

                                                        I ordered a product from amazon on 26 September2021 by dhani card .
                                                        Then for a reason i cancel it.. amazon has initiated refund on the same date and provide me refund refrence id .

                                                          I have Paid all the dues on time, currently No have any Dues but 1st time dhani debit an amount i thought that for maintainance fees i ignored it but its Happening 2-3 times, i called Customer Care they said it will happen by our System problem, then i said refund to them but No get response from them, Dhani is Bogus Company they Looting us.
