I have an account with Dhani app. Now it is blocked by Dhani. I mail several times, attaching my adhar and pan as per costumer service instructions but they said they will solve in 24hrs, it's almost 5 days I have to pay my outstanding. But they refused my request. It is impacting my CIBIL score. I'm trying to repay the outstanding amount but there has no option provided by Dhani. Very worst customer service.

      Hello sir, I am being harrassed by dhani customer care execurtive daily. Each day I am getting calls from them to pay pending dues. But in my app not a single penny is shown as pending. And these people are asking for pending dues amount for transaction which I havent done through my card. You can check my card statement and theres no transaction done for any such amount. Then also I am getting harrassed. I want to talk to senior officers and if still M getting such calls which are leading to harrassment I have to go to police station or cyber cell.
      I have attached a screenshot where zero dues are shown.

        I tried to baught something from flipkart and I soon canceled it. The money is showing refunded to the dhani wallet so why it is still showing Dues? . And i noticed that when flipkart made refund to the my account the card number was different from the card I have now. So apparently they did fraud and the refund was not completed due to the change of the card number. So as a result the emi is not cleared and it charging money again and again.

              I transferred rs.9999 on 3rd october 2021 from my dhani wallet to my bank account but i have not received it on my bank account yet .I had already complained twice on email and twice on phone call but got no satisfactory response yet. Please look into the matter and remit my money asap because i urgently require it. this is really a bad experience . instead of getting some benefits i am getting probelms from dhani app even .

                  दस दिन पहले sir मैने धनी app मेरे फोन में डाऊनलोड किया। और टैब से लगातार कॉल करके मुझे वास्तविक बाते बताकर मुझे उसमे पंजीकृत कर दिया। और मेरे फ़ोन में पता नही क्या किया जिससे मेरे मेरे एकाउंट से 600 रुपये काटने के नियम बता रहे हैं। ओर ना ही मेरे फ़ोन कॉल का कोई जवाब दे रहे हैं । sir मेरे एकाउंट में केवल 500 रुपये हैं । और जो एकाउंट ओपन रहने के लिए अनिवार्य है । अगर इन्होंने मेरे रुपये काटे तो मेरे आत्म हत्या कर लूंगा । और उसका कारण धनी app होगा।

                      Hi,

                      I got a dhani card with limit. Earlier I used it and paid it on time and all loans on the card has been cleared.. Check attached screen shots. Now I would like to cancel the card and stop the ecs debit from bank account. For this I have dropped so many mails to the dhani customer support but there is no proper response and they always says escalated to another or the service request has been resolved. Every month they are debiting 199 per month, I'm not utilising dhani card since 6 months. But the limit is showing as 3394 . For this I'm unable to close the card and stop the subscription.

                      I have no pending dues .. Cleared all the dues on card but showing the available limit as 3394 where the total limit is 5000

                      This is very fraud app, they are just debiting 199 from my account as subscription fees .

                      Also there is no resolution from their end from last 6 months... 1200 ra they have charged un necessarily...

                            I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 10, 000 which monthly subscription fees is Rs 299 I have clreared their fees on August 31th, 2021 and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Only they call and aske "it will take another 7days" blah blah. But that another 7days didn't come till now. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to active my credit line since I haven't use their service for the existing month. I don't need the service any more. Rs. 897 is pending,

                              I have my account on dhani. I did not know that they charge subscription fee for their dhani freedom card. It was not written any where in the app except you start the process and upload your documents. Now they show the notification of subscription. I don't want to give them the money for one month use of the card. I can borrow money for one month and my friend will not charge me atleast for one month. I stopped the process where I was. Now they are calling me again and again asking for the complition of the process and to activate the card. I refuse them for the same. But looks they don't want to understand. I have the call recordings in which I am saying 'I don't want the card or any credit, reject my application and don't bother me.' they say you will receive the calls untill I accept and activate the card. Looks like they are threatening me.
                              If you ( dhani) see this complaint then you should know that i am going to take legal action of harassment. Soon you will get a court notice after your reply to my mail.

                                        I have paid an amount of 796 rupees as dhani one freedom card subscription on 4th of august 2021 but its been 12 days even after repeated calling and mailings my problems has not been resolved yet.
                                        And also an amount of 139Rs used from dhani one freedom card but the emi for the same has already been paid but not yet updated even after 3 months. Please resolve my querry

                                          I have balance in my account on july 2 2021.for last emi amount of rs 941 rs and dhani not debit the emi on 2 july 2021 instead of they charged me for 295 for fail mandate charge on july 3 2021. after i checked the dhani app loan summary its not open and its shows my emi is 0 and and pending charges also 0. after one week received call from customer care need to pay 1160 like that. am asking my emi was 941 only why i should pay 1160 like that. they said ok pay 941 rs like that. i told them if you credit the amount you charged for fail mandate charge of 295 then i will pay my emi of rs 941 rs. or i will pay except 295 rs that you charged for fail mandate charge. they said ok pay and i paid rs 647 rs. then i received frequent call from customer care for pay emi like that.i told already clear my emi and why i need to pay again and the tell me need to pay penalty like that. and today 25.07.2021 received call from same customer care and they said you have pending emi for april month i already paid my april month emi. what i do all the main fault with dhani for not debit emi properly and asking for penalty. give me solution

                                                    Sir i have made a transaction of 10100 rupees using dhani wallet on 12 july 2021 on nobroker.com, but due to some reason the amount was refunded back to the source account means the dhani wallet by the company no broker on the same day but till now the refund is not credited to my wallet. The company has provided the refund no.also, i have the required documents. Please look into this and provide with my refund.
