The seller falsely claims to provide warranty for 6 months on Amazon. But there is no company as such. It has been imported from China and sold here. Please take some action and provide relief....

Stitching is not happening....

I have ordered a mini sewing machine of chillax plus and its not working after 10 days of delivery, I have a warranty of 6 months...

I have warranty card for 6 months...please help to provide a service of chillax plus...

I bought mini sewing machine, but the thread is not coming while i am trying to bring the thread from lower bobbin. Machine has been took to the nearest repair shop and sked them to repair, but they said they are not sure about the problem, it seems to be a small issue but not sure how to resolve, l. Initially it worked fine. I think it will not take much time to resolve. Could you guys please help in getting the problem...

I brought it from amazon at a price of one thousand. It worked good for 10-20days after that it's nothing stitching the cloth properly and thread breaks down during the stitching process this is giving me a problem at the present time i tried to solve the problem but this is too complicated for me to solve this out i recently checked on google about it but there also i don't get any solution for this problem so finally i decided to make complain...

Hi ..I bought mini sewing machine 1 month ago order number is 3687637.
There is some problem with bobbin and also stiching problems. At the time of purcharsing they told me they will solve if their is any problem. Already register the complaint but they told me they will call back from the customer care. But their is no call back and am waiting 2 weeek.

I was using the machine and suddenly it went dead. And trying to use but it's getting stuck in the lever below bobbin. The lever refuses to move up and down. All are definitely showing with so much hype but pathetic item...Waste of time and money.bjust making fool of public. Please contact me and repair my item...U ppl don't understand what we go thru when we spend even a little amount from our hard earned money and it's just give to dogs...

I have purchased a Mini Sewing Machine worth Rs1000/- from Laxmi Enterprises in the month of November, 2010 with a warranty of 2 years. Since the purchase of machine, it is not working properly. I made many calls to Laxmi Enterprises, 369-KB, North Campus, Malka Ganj, Delhi-110007 on their Mobile No [protected] and [protected] but their never sent anyone to repair it. I request you to get repaired by Sewing Machine or arrange to refund my money...

the mini sewing machine purchased/delivered to my address on 16th march 2011 and found not working on cotton clothes of trouser.
when I spoke to your CC(ms.sarita),advised me to return and would varify and resend.
Do you feel the very first hour o[censored]sage dis-satisfaction by the user/customer is acceptable.?
pls send your representative to pay back the amount in 07days as warranted by you in advertisement. OR else we may...

I have purchased mini sewing machine from Home shop 18, but it is not working from first day, i tried calling call center but they are transferring my call or disconnecting the call. They gave me service center number [protected] but no one picking up the call. Now it is 12 days past but no response from Home shop 18.

Please take some necessary action

the machine is not working as it should,i also complained indiatimes shopping, giving me complained no but no response to day i called up the reply was this contact [protected] ,not picking phone they give me complained no as 1214350,item ref no was [protected].let me know where should go ?is this fraud all selling in the name of indiatimes?very shameful...
