Ordered flowers for rupees 799 on 14 th February 2023 and the order status was confirmed.. after few minutes I received a call from them, they said that they can’t delivered flowers at my location because my location is out of service for them… they also added they can deliver cake or other gifts but not flowers… at that time i only want flowers not anything else so I asked them for refund they send me a coupon refund on there website so that i can parches whatever when i want with that money…then yesterday (25/03/2023) i go back to there website and ordered for 2 cakes priced 599 each so I used that coupon worth 799 and got a discount of rupees 49 and paid the rest 352 rupees via UPI… after i paid, the order status is showing canceled i mailed them to inform that but no response… after few hours i got a call from them they asked me what happened and said that they are checking the details and cut the call.. after that I have called on the same number many times but no response… the number was +[protected] —— please help me i want my hard earned money back——

Beware myflowerapp.com is a fake website. It take orders, accept payments, do not deliver anything nor refund. I made a payment of 1099 but got nothing. It is a bogus website and should be reported to cyberpolice. My oreder number is[protected]. I have receipt also but actually this is all fraud.

I have placed an order but as it cannot be delivered it was cancelled. I already paid for it but my money isn’t refunded yet. I tried contacting all the customer services but no response.

Hello yesterday I placed a order from my flower app they promised to deliver it between 9 to 10 pm till now they didn’t deliver it there is no update regarding my order its a prepaid order they didn’t even refund the amount they are not responding to my mail there customer care number is switched off

I have ordered a flower bouquet on 14 Feb 2023 via order number[protected].
They have promises to deliver by 10 PM but no response.
I have paid Approx. Rs 1300 and also there is no customer care contact details.
All is fake and fraud.

I placed an order for blue orchids specifically as requested by a client but ended up receiving the common pink orchids which I could've bought from my local florist. There is no mention of substitutes for the orchids at anywhere on the website especially on the description page for this bouquet. Ended up with a very disappointed client. All they can do is apologise and not even refund atleast half the money as the pink orchids are 3 times cheaper!!

This is really very bad site. It does not confirm orders. Also they deliver only partially and no refund.
I ordered cake and chocolates. But delivered only cake. Chocolates worth rs 245 not delivered and not refund also.

I had placed an order on 30th Dec, 22' Order ID - #[protected].
For some reason i had to cancel the order, for which i had to write a mail because there is not number to contact on the website. I received an email saying that refund can not be done, you WILL HAVE TO take credit note. I had to agree to it because there was no other way. Today, 4th Feb '23 I wanted to place an order and thought that i would use the credit note of 2207. I chose an order of 1099 and applied the coupon code but it didn't work. Once again i had to write a mail for this. and after full day of discussion on the mail, they are telling me I need to place an order of an amount more than my credit note for it to be utilized! This is extremely ridiculous how you are always forcing things on us when we are at your mercy. I need a refund of 2207 in my account because there was no such condition mentioned in the mail when i recived the credit note coupon.

I didn't receive the order at expected timeline so i emailed to them, they told they will deliver before 2PM. after that also delivery not happened send so many mails no reply. Please take immediate action against them who wasted my valuable time and money.

I ordered a cake (order ID[protected] on myflower app on 07.01.2023. I paid a total of 1394 ₹ including extra payment of 250 ₹ for delivery at midnight on that day. At the time of delivery they called and said they can't deliver today but they can do it tomorrow. As I needed it today, I cancelled the order and requested to refund the amount, then they said that the refund will only be given to their wallet.Then they agreed to deliver the cake on the next day (08.01.2023) morning and cut the call. But till now the cake has not been delivered and the cash refund has not been done. Even though I tried to contact them, they are not picking up the call. Please take immediate action against them who wasted my valuable time and money.

Hi Sir,
I had ordered few items worth 2, 379.00 and had choosen an evening slot time.
Now in the morning itself they came when i had gone for office and asked to receive the order.
I told them i have paid 195 rs for custom delivery time, how are have come in the morning.
Now the delivery person is saying he ll not deliver the order.

I ordered a cake for my friend but it has not been delivered yet, It has been showing OUT FOR DELIVERY since evening but it did not get delivered till midnight. This website is totally fraudulent and the consumer support is completely non-responsive. This app should be banned and I am lodging a complaint with Consumer Protection Authority about this website. They did not refund the money also.

I placed an order for orchid flowers from myflowerapp.com. Order ID is[protected].it was a delivery for Jorhat, Assam location. Somebody called and said that either pay extra amount or it won’t be delivered. Post that the person is not receiving any calls.
My order has neither been delivered nor have they given me my money back.

I ordered a cake and flowers a week ago to be delivered to my aunt on the day of her birthday. Everything was paid for, but when the say came for them to be e delivered, my aunt received a call which was in very unclear, broken english. No delivery was ever made and I have been having back and forth emails with either someone who doesn't speak good english or a bot. I am currently working on disputing the charge with my card provider. The website is very deceiving. It looks like a reputable business, but it is not. I don't know why they are the first results /ad when you search for cakes in India. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

My order’s expected date of delivery was 16 sept. I have contacted company many a times through email and online chat to provide me tracking id of the courier company, but they are not sending me the details. Product ordered was of amount 3800. Today is 21 sept, still not any update from the company.

I had placed an order (Order Id[protected] with the company and I gave a wrong pincode. I received a call from their executive saying that the correct pincode is not serviceable. So I asked her to cancel my order and refund the amount to the original account through which the transaction was made. They have a policy that the amount can only be transferred to their app wallet.
