I have placed a order of saree of rs. 599 but nattasi has sent a pink coloured low quality of kurti's piece. After paid rs.599 and when i opened the packet i found a kurti's piece. How it could be possible. They did it intentionally. I want to get return my money rs
599 or want to return the kurti's piece and to gate the same saree which i have booked....

My name is harsh ...I am totaly shoked when i was see my parcel from nattashi.in.i was order afew days back one gown and they send me a dupatta..

What the hell is that website... Nattashi website is completely fake.. I placed a order for shirt but i got something else... I want justice.. Please i want my money get refunded.. And also i want to complaint in cybercrime regarding this online shopping.. And am requesting otherz not shop anything with these kind of website & don't trust all these fake website...

I urgently need the product to be returned because i received wrong product. It was very different from what i ordered. I got just a piece of dress material. I ordered a western white frock but i got just a piece of dress material in purple colour.. So please get me my product as soon as possible. I need the same product what i ordered. Wrong order i placed the order of a shirt but they delivered an inferior quality of dupatta. Now there is no reply from your side even courier boy is nt picking up the phone. Take it back and refund my money or i will file a complaint in consumer helpline. Fake and fraud company i fell no genuine, they rob people like this way. I want my refund or i will sue u....

I got wrong product. I have just received a piece of dress material. This is not the product i have ordered. It has no similairites at all. I received just a piece of dress material. The product which i have ordered was not a piece material it was a frock. Western dress which was white in colour. But here i got a product of purple colour which is just a dress piece material. And it was purple in colour. So when will i receive my product back.?...

Hi i ordered a kurti from nattashi few days ago on cash on delivery. After 3 days today i got a poor quality cloth piece instead of a kurti. This is highly disappointing. I am trying to get contact details but unfortunately nothing is mentioned. What is the return policy. Pls help me in getting my hard earned money back. This seems to be a fraud site....

I have received item of a poor quality saree instead of a salwar suit ordered on 29th july of order number #39198 from the online shopping site nattashi fashion store. I have received items of 2 poor quality sarees today for the order of western dresses ordered on 31st july from the online shopping site nattashi fashion store, surat, gujarat. I ordered a top and i received a saree n the material is very cheap and bad.
I try to contact them but there is no any contact number. I tried to send massage but error is showing to send massage. I'd send mail but no one is responding. This is fake website to make money from people who like online shopping

I ordered for jeans and 2shirts but they sent me all three saree's only i mailed them but they are not responding. And even their site is not providing much information make them to return my money please help us to get refund
I asked the courier to take back and give me my money but he is saying its not his responsibility to take pack he told to file a return and next day we will come to take it back please help us sue them otherwise...
