I went on to the company page from Facebook. The website showed a smartwatch for Rs 449 and I went to make a payment. They did not ask for any address and are also not picking up any calls. I am attaching screenshots of company website and my payment acceptance. Please look into it and help me. The company has been cheating on many people like me. Please take appropriate action against them....

I paid rs 353 to razorpay for the order that i made in northernanthes. I ordered a big bean bag. I waited till the estimated delivery date, but i didn't get any notification about the order. I tried to contact them but invain. As they have given fake email id and phone number. I need my money back. Please do the needful.

I have already paid for the Rs. 250 for a kitchen accessories in Northernanthes site. Payment is done on 23.04.2021. This payment mady by online. But still product is not received. And amount is not refund till date. I have given a mail in customer care mail ID. But it shows this site is not found.

Yeah! As told above I ordered for Big Bean Bag through the fraudster 'Northernanthes' by making the payment of Rs. 349/- on[protected] and I received a payment confirmation also. And they assured the delivery within 10 days. After after a while I was about to enquire about my consignment but there was no track on it and finally I came to know that we have been cheated by the fraudster 'Northernanthes' In this tough times they have skimmed...

I had paid for bean bags 2 nos on 6th of April 2021 thru rasorpay a sum of rs 708..but till date I have not received the product nor anysg frm the company..the mail id is bounced back and the number provided is invalid.. kindly do the needful with refund.....

I ordered this item for Rs.353.29 because the payment was routed through Razorpay..but have you also lost your repute and started cheating people associating with fradulent websites and products like these...have not recived the product not any info regarding the same except your payment confirmation mail......

I had made the order and paid Rs.219/- online today in the name of Rozerpay, but at last I came to know that it a fraudulent site and I had been cheated. Rozerpay has a good name and why Rozerpay is supporting such companies. I had made payment today only and I want the refund. I’ve paid rs 355 via. Razor pay for the bean bag and I was informed that I will get order and tracking details soon. I got no mail in such relation and my money is already deducted.
I want you to either return my money or provide me my order details....
