Received 1 part of dining table in broken condition. After a complaint to pengu customer care, we got a call and they shipped new part. Assemble person revisited and got the part changed. This issue is resolved. Thank you

I ordered a foldable dining table from Pengu thru their website https://thepengu.com/ Below are the details

5/7/2021 - Order placed and confirmation received - Order ID - DIR2929
20/7/2021 - Promised Delivery Date
23/7/2021 - Received an email stating that the order would be delayed due to a power cut at the factory and low staff and provided with options of a revised delivery date of 15/8/2021 or cancellation of the order and refund.
24/7/2021 - I confirmed that order to be cancelled and process the refund.
26/7/2021 - Pengu responded saying that the order is cancelled and refund would be processed within 5-7 Days.

It is been more than a year till date and I haven't received any refund till date. I have been following up continuously thru email, phone and chat and no answer from the company.

The customer care number [protected] is an IVR and always says that we have noted your number and our representative get in touch with you in 24 hrs. But no one revert back.

Once or twice I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the customer support executive thru chat and phone and they say that the issue will be resolved within one day. But nothing happen.

I insist the company to look into this and provide me the amount I paid for.

Finally got assembly work completed by pengu team after 5 days which is very long time. product is good however i suggest pengu team to speed up the assembly process.

Was looking for space saving furniture and found pengu website. I was sceptical aa never heard about this brand but now I am happy that I brought this product. It's saves lots of space and can accommodate upto 8 people which is amazing.

Booked the order and product was dispach same say, delivery was done in 2 days post that assembly person visited however the person was not experience and he damaged the product while assembly. I spoke to pengu support and they were kind enough to replace the whole product. Grad to purchase this product.

Product arrived in 2 boxes. Packaging was nicely done. We had booked for on-phone assembly service hence post delivery we asked for help with assembly. They shared assembly video and manual in PDF format. Assembly was easy but there was gap between planks hence we asked for help again, the pengu carpenter team made a video call and corrected our assembly mistake. We are happy with product and service.

Product arrived in two boxes and packaging was very good. We had booked on-phone assembly hence after delivery we asked of assembly help. Pengu team helped us with assembly video and pdf diagrams. Although it was easy to assemble but there was gap coming between two planks hence we asked for help ans they carpenter made a video call and corrected our assembly mistake. Happy with product and service.

I have updated the membership of swim school it's showing invalid.

It's a premium product which uses century boards and the quality speaks for itself. Good for 14 pairs of shoe and you can also add additional small pairs ans chappals

Products looks so realistic like actual guitar. Looking for more home decor products from pengu

Pengu folding table:

pro's - elegant design, quality material use from century, easy to move and fold, Compact but spacious enough,

con's - limited color options hence had to compromise on color, a handle should be provided to open folding door, without handle its make bit difficult to open quickly.

Product was received in damage condition but got it replace by pengu customer support. satisfied with quality and service. Thank you

I purchased pengu shoe rack and design is so different from other shoe racks. love the fact that it has closed doors for storage of shoes and open rack for daily use shoe and flipflop. Design is so attractive it enhance the over all look of entryway. A full 5 star for pengu and also was so impressed with packaging.

I brought a dining table folding one for my cafe in goa, really liked the design and the finish. They were good enough to give us free assembly. Really loved to see the manufacturing process at the factory. will be looking for more furniture from pengu.

Finally assembly person visited and got the product installed. please make your assembly service fast. we really liked the product. thank you

This is our second purchase from pengu and we brought same product for our new home a folding dining table. Delivery was super fast and quality is good like earlier. Really happy with the purchase.

I Have placed an order with Pengu-furniture via their online portal.
The order was placed on last year in November and the expected delivery of the product was within one month December 2021.

But as a result of covid and lockdown, they asked for a 3 months relief and delivered by Dining table on Feb 2022

I have ordered 8 chairs also along with the table and still, now they never placed the order and always says the reason is "Quality issue"
If there is a Quality issue why the product is listed on the website and why they are asking the consumer to buy it?

Amazing product and amazing quality. we got 6X5 folding bed and its very comfortable for 2 people. but we suggest that you should make it size 6X5.5 or 6X6. We did request for this size but they said that its not possible because of design restrictions for folding bed. Anyway we are happy with purchase and assembly service.

Assembly took time but i am happy that finally it got completed. Product is good and material used is of top quality. Loved the geometric patters.

At fist i was not sure, as had never heard about pengu earlier. Since their products are very unique so i placed the order.

Product is super quality and super sturdy. Delivery took 7 days but they shared tracking details very next day hence i was able to track on bluedart website. Assembly was bit difficult hence i upgraded to on-site assembly. Carpenter visited my place within next 2 days and got the product assembled. I am happy with product and service, will recommend this brand to people i know.

Pro's

Sturdy and heavy duty product can easily take weight of 4 people

Finish is good and functioning is very smooth.

Perfect for small rooms, guest rooms or children room.

Con's

Maximum size available is queen size, they should introduce king size

Mattress is 4 inches they should introduce 6 inches.

Quality is top notch. Delivery was fast and assembly was done within 48 hours as promised. Looking for more space saving furniture products from pengu.

I brought two products from pengu a show rack which I must say is very unique and a dining table folding one. Both the products were delivered as promised and my family is happy with the quality of both the products.

Assembly was not properly done by technician, after raising the complaint with pengu customer support a new technician visited and resolved the issue. Thank you

Finally I got the product delivered. There was delay of few days but i am happy with the product and assembly service.

It has been a month since I placed an order and the company has not replied to any emails sent. The phone number provided on the website is also not working. I have asked for a refund on the emails and chat box and waiting to see if they will reply.

The delivery got delayed by few days, although the product was shipped very next day. Pengu must look for better courier partner. Assembly service was quick and was done by professionals.
