It is unfortunate that I have to complain here, but it seems all the bad reviews we read about this company are after all accurate. The only problem is that we read those reviews AFTER placing our order. We were promised 29-05-22 as the dispatch date. Today, after not having received an update, we suspected our worst fears coming true -- and, as expected, they sent a chat reply saying the product will be shipped b/w 8 to 10 June. Of course,...

Product came in 2 boxes but blue dart delayed delivery of 1 box. Now both the boxes are delivered and i am happy that same day assembly service was provided. Quality and the over all product performance is really good....

The packaging was very good but still few parts got damaged in transport, i was worried but after speaking to pengu customer support, they shipped out the new parts. Assembly got done on time and i am happy with the product. The best part i liked about the pengu is that they do not waste time collecting damaged parts before shipping new parts. Highly appreciate immediate action....

My area pincode was not serviceable but on my special request they made provision to ship with the courier company i suggested and they got this delivered within 7 days from placing the order. They helped me with assembly instruction over a phone call. Thank you very much...

I had bought SMART-WHF-WHITE (work from home desk) from Pengu on 25th April '22 (ORDER DIR5392). I have been following up on email but there has been no response from their team. Their number is not reachable as well. I think they have cheated me. The Product price was 7500. Request your help on this and take strict action against this fraudulent Company. Thanks.

This is a unique product specialy designed for space saving purpose. Our hall area is small earlier we had small dining table. But with extendable table lots of space is freed and hall looks big and also now we can accommodate 8 guest for dining. This is just amazing....

Got the product delivered last month and so far its good. Operating it is easy, mattress is of good quality with quilting on both side. product is very heavy and hence i am sure it will last for many years....

I placed the order for dining table on 8th of april which had the dispatch date of 9th april. Product was shipped on 9th April and got delivered yesterday. Assembly was done today morning. Product is as expected and happy with service....

I have brought almost 5 of their product in 2 diffrent order from last 1 year. Earlier order was once cancelled and refunded but later they fulfilled the order. but my second order which was placed recently was delivered within 5 days of placing the order. Products are just amazing and i think the prices are very reasonable. Quality so far is very good and looks like it will last for many years. All in all good products....

I had ordered a shoe rack in the month of March. Product is not yet received hence I told them to cancel my order and issue me the refund. Its been 15 days since I cancelled my order but I am still waiting for the refund. I tried to contact them via phone, email and chat but didn't get proper response....

Got the delivery in three boxes, a carpenter visited for assembly but since assembly manual was missing he left. Complaints to pengu team they arranged a another carpenter. Assembly is done and i am happy with product....

Ordered (order id DIR5136) a folding dining table on 24th march 2022 and paid amount 9990 rs, also got a confirmation that it is successfully ordered later got a email stating the payment failed but the amount was already deducted.
Unable to reach pengu executive on call for detail about the order item....

We purchased convertible dining table that unfolds into 8 seat dining table. Product is multi use as you can also use it as a work desk. Chairs can be stacked inside. The boards used are thick and can withstand good weight....

A details review of pengu dining table after 1.5 years o[censored]se. the quality is good and build is sturdy. i use it as a work desk and also as dining table. its really easy to move the table around the house:

pros:
1) made from century boards and as expected quality is good
2) hardware is of stainless steel and even after 1.5 years o[censored]se there is no sign of rust.
3) design is practical and useful. saves space...

Purchased coffee table and the delivery was made as promised. assembly took just 15 minutes. Material is really of good quality....

This is my third purchase over last 2 years, earlier 2 orders got bit delayed but i am happy to see that they have improved services, my latest order was dispatch very next day. Quality is good like always and their designs are cool....
