Not able to connect through phone or chat.
I am worried whether this is fraud company......

The TV unit was cancelled in month of January .yet not received refund...

The design is simple and functional, will be looking for much products from pengu. delivery was made on just time and assembly instruction were great to follow. All in all good....

The best thing about this bed is that its more spacious than normal single bed. instead of 6x3 ft this one is 6X4 ft hence its also act as a double bed and 2 kids can perfectly fit in. We are using this for our kids room and with this bed my kids now have extra-space in the room during day time to play and study. Thank you pengu...

One of the best purchase we had. its is strong built and very smooth to operate, Mattress is of good quality. Product was dispatched within few days of order. Wanted king size but the do not gave king size bed so settled for queen size bed. Overall good product....

I have purchased a 4 seater dinning table on 21.03.22 and the same has been upgraded to 6seater dinning table by paying extra Rs.950 .During payment through link share by M/s Pengu over mail Rs 950/- has been paid twice due to technical problem. Matter has been informed to M/s Pengu over chat since no one was responding over phone of customer care no-[protected]. They informed me yesterday over mail that they will refund me Rs-950 by today...

I had purchased folding dining table after 1.5 years o[censored]sage the product is new like, however the push button that holds the flap broke, when i complaint about this they immediately send me 2 pcs of bush button via courier free of cost. i am happy with product and also with service. even after warranty period was over they did not charge for the replacement parts....

Quality of product is super good. Only thing i am not happy about is that the delivery took almost 25 days. However i can say that product is worth the wait. Its rigid and made from quality material. Packaging was also well done and the assembly was done very next day of the delivery. Pengu team please speed up delivery and i can say for sure that your business will grow....

The product is perfect for small homes. I was not sure above quality as it's engineered wood. But since it was century boards I decided to but. We use this table every single day and there had been many incident of water spillage on the table. The quality is very good and now I feel sure it will last many years.

Only one designe chage should be made. The flap that opens to hold the top flap, should have some kind of handle...

Its a spacious for 8 people can be unfolded into a compact side table. The product came well packaged to ensure it reaches in intact condition. The assembly was not easy but the assembly video they shared was helpful. Product quality is upto the mark and its is super sturdy even when its fully expanded....

I had ordered from https://thepengu.com a queen size foldable bed on 01/01/2022 for which I had recieved a payment confirmation mail but no order confirmation mail was generated by pengu nor item delivered by them in two months. On contacting them, they don't respond neither through mail nor on call....

Ordered a folding bed for our kids room as it can be folded to make space in the room. product came in 4 boxes including mattress. Assembly service took sometime as they said that folding bed is different product and only trained carpenter can do the assembly correctly. Apart from delayed assembly service everything was on track and the product is serving its purpose well....

I was looking for this product since long time and i am glad that i found a 100% made India product. It has planks so you can change the size as per your need and requirement. I mostly use as a desk a small dining table. But the good thing is that you can accommodate upto 8 guest at this table. Table is sturdy and strong. its smooth to operate as well....

Purchased this product directly from pengu factory in Goa. Although they do not have display at factory they were very accommodation and arranged for a demo of the bed. Delivery and installation was done by the factory carpenters directly. Quality is as promised and we are really loving this product....

This folding table comes with a cabinet for proper storage. A perfect table for kitchen dining. loved the quality and finish. I hd opted for self assembly option which was difficult hence requested for on-site assembly. Carpenter visited and did the assembly within 2 days of request....

This is the only place i found such a unique space saving furniture. my hall is small, this product save lots of space as coffee table goes inside the tv unit and we can pull it out only when needed....

Got my product, the delivery was bit delayed and i was trying to call their phone but it was always busy. Finally i reached out on online chat on their website. This is the fasted way to reach them. The product is really good my only suggestion to pengu please improve your phone support as i tried reaching out many time to know my order status but never got connected on phone, although online chat support is superb i would still suggest that...

Hi ordered product on 5th of feb and got delivery on 1st march, this was much early against the given timeline and i am happy about it. The the product was so well packed. I have never seen such good packaging from any furniture company. The quality is amazon....
