The Pengu site is deceptive. I have submitted a review that is hidden from everyone. This is highly unethical practice to stop people from knowing the truth.

Since the pengu factory is very near to my home, i visited the factory and purchased a shoerack & a dining table. They use century boards and products are heavy compare to other similar products made from boards. we have been using the products since few months now and we are happy with our purchase.

Got the product today, although there was a bit delay in delivery but the product is definitely worth the wait. Loved the design and the finish of it. Will surely recommend and will look forward for more designs.

I have ordered a product and due to unavailability they asked me to change to another I dint want to so I cancelled. No refund yet. My husband ordered another product, it's been more than a month and status of the order is unknown. Unable to connect to the customer support. This is frustrating.

I must say this is truly space saving product. A wall table that comfortably accommodates 4 and it also comes with a unit to keep your cutlery and other stuff. Made from best quality wood and aluminium panels.

Since 6th Feb'22 I'm expecting my order status which is prepaid and still unable to connect with them via phone and mail. Seems they are not bother about customer and feeling like cheated until i wont get product or refund. Please stay away from this company.

They have some really unique products. one of my friend recommended them and i brought a folding desk for WFH purpose. finish is nice and the product is very sturdy and strong. It easy to fold and unfold and can be moved around. Suits the my purpose.

Received product and also assembly was done by team pengu. Product quality is better than what i expected compare to other online products. I will look forward for wardrobe from pengu.

First order was delayed but i am happy the my second order got delivered before the timeline and the assembly service was also provided same day. Product is equality good quality as my first order.

I ordered a wall mount folding table on january 5th.
Till now the product isnot delivered and no response from the customer care.
I called them and mailed them multiple times and failed to get a response.
Its completley a fraud company.
Dont order unless you have money to throw....

Although the delivery was delayed by few days we are happy and satisfied with the product and i should say that the quality of product is premium and not like must of the online stuff. The assembly service was quick and professional. All together very satisfied with product.

Received my folding dining table much before the delivery timeline. I made a special request as i had to travel and they obliged. Thank you very much

We love this product. its just amazing that the product is a small console and can be extended to accommodate 8 people. It is full o[censored]tility as it lets you extend as per your requirement. Mostly i use it as my work desk by extending it just at step 1. looking forward for more products from pengu.

In general, whenever there is a product purchase there would be a communication on the date of shipping/delivery. To my surprise, there wasn't any at Pengu. The order was placed 3rd Feb against Order# DIR4788 and till date I haven't received any communication on committed date of delivery & product installation.

Product is really useful and space saving, It heavy made from 18mm boards from century ply. The mattress quality is also good.

Even though customer service got in touch with us once to remove the complaint written in this forum and they would send our order in 2 days, there had been no communication from their side till now.
If Pengu is not able to deliver the item, please do the refund immediately .
Need an immediate action for this

The product is good, it's been almost 6 months of me using it... Apart from the product I'd want to make a special mention of who heads Pengu, for his efforts on ensuring customer satisfaction... You rarely find that with any seller. He's been spot on in making sure you get what you ordered for

Ordered a shoe rack and was pleased with the order. Sturdy, good quality, neat looking piece of furniture. Will keep Pingu at the top of the list for future purchases

Got the product delivery yesterday. assembly instructions are not in the package. please help

Product is delivered 2 days back no one has come for assembly. please send someone for assembly at earliest

Received finally after 15 days and it took another 2 days for the assembly person to visit, Product quality is topnotch and we are happy with the purchase. Only suggestion for team pengu. Please improve your customer service.

Pengu Furniture is the most cheapest Furniture they are showing in google. But the fact is once is order then just forget your money. These people take order and never supply you. Indeed when you raise a complaint like this these people will call you and convince you for get your complaint removed with fake promise. My story goes like these I ordered my Furniture in 18 Nov 2021. Today it's 31 Jan 2022. I can't trace it. I called them so many times. But no use. There cst care say they are not working or useless. You please try the cst care no then you place the order. Mr Issac I don't know who he is I have his personal no. But it's just a no. It's does work. He made me such a fool that he is going to give me free delivery with installation. But no one turned up. Please I beg not to buy anything from Pengu it's just Dengu. There are here to loot you. Mr. Issac please if you see this msg call me. I have reg FRI with cyber crime. Then we will discuss.

We had ordered a kitchen table on jan 16/2022.We are not able to track the order or get any information related to the order
Improper tracking system and also customer service is not responding.

We have ordered folding dinning table on 25.12.21 and it was supposed to deliver in 20 days i.e from 14.1.22 to 19.1.22.

We have yet to receive it. Bo communication from them. Their ivr system is pathetic.

Mails sent to them unanswered.

Very very unhappy.

Though I received delivery late, but Product is beautiful. One thing which I liked the most is packaging of Product, have never seen any other manufacturer providing such neat, safe and clean packaging. More than 5 stars for that. Design is very innovative, you don’t need to give second thought while purchasing. Worth the money. After delivering the product, installation was also done quickly. So good support service. Whenever I called them, I got assurance that work be done in time. I’m fully satisfied with this purchase. Regards

When space is a constraint go for it… this is amazing, can completely fold into an unobtrusive stand.
For a single/ couple can use half, and can expand into a full dining table to enjoy meal with whole family together !! Very sturdy despite the folding nature! downside has relatively large spaces between the planks so some stuff like a small spoon could slip through! Good finish for the cost! Highly recommended! Value for Money

Had bought a Shoe Rack- Dark Walnut colour and we are using it as a cabinet for storage. Its design is so good that it doesn't look like a shoe rack. It's almost 1 and half years and the cabinet is the way it was on the first day! The packaging was done very well and we were amazed to find a wooden drawer which was given complimentary. My husband could assemble the same in an hour's time with the help of the video manual. I keep visiting their website often as I find many new, innovative and space saving furnitures there... A big fan of Pengu Inventives... Keep going guys, please add more products as you have earned a customer for life!

I had ordered wall mounting dinning table on 20 Dec 2021 for Christmas but they said my 26 to 30 dec 21. But till date I didn't received. I am trying to get in touch with the cast care. The ivr has a long wait time, please I beg you all not to buy anything from Pengu furniture. They are cheaters and fraudulent people in the market

I'm writing after using this table for 3months. Till now no issue with product. It's not ply, but a heavy density particle board from century which is quite trust worthy material. Finish & edges are well machined & right angled. White shade is nice & fresh, To be precise it's a frosty white shade. Also it's at reasonable cost compared to similar design in a very famous international furniture brand. Cons : edge bind is very thin (0.8mmTH) If thicker band used then would have been very perfect. Small detailing should have been at inside storage below to stop object from falling. Conclusion : Very nice finish & built quality product at this price point. Just go for it!
