I have placed order for queen size bed on 9-Dec-2021. However, I have still not received the bed. I have been continuously following up with them, but not getting any concrete response regarding the delivery.

Placed an order 2 months ago.. Item not received nor refund...

I Balagopalan NV ordered a queen size foldable bed paying 34900 ₹ on 24/08/2021 with Ms Pengu. Order number DIR3337 suppose to deliver with in 20days. Waited for the but no response. I contacted back then they said they will deliver by 30/09/2021. That too they failed. Next time they said they will despatch on 20th October 2021. That too they cannot adhere. Now I am trying to contact them but there call centre always busy.

Had placed an order for a tv unit in june 2021. They didn’t deliver the order, kept on postponing saying parts not available etc. after three months of not receiving the product I requested fir a refund. Now they are not replying to my email nor picking the phone calls.

I have ordered a shoe rack from pengu on 17th-sept-2021 as they showed up in my google ads on top search,
The moment I made the payment I tried to look for authentication of thePengu and found multiple frauds committed by them in terms of non-delivery/refund. I tried reaching out to the company service number from their website but for last 4 days no one picks up the call or replies to the emails.
I'm feeling cheated and have no guarantee my product will ever reach to me

I had ordered a dining table on April 2021, for which i had paid Ra.8550.
They had neither delivered my order, neither returned the money.
It's been 5 month now.

Since my order was getting delayed from 2-3 months, i finally asked them to cancel the order and return my money.
They have cancelled the ordered but have not returned the money till now.

I had ordered product in June and they delivered it in August. I am requesting for GST invoice and bill, they are not responding.

Also they have taken charges for assembly service but they have not sent any person for assembly since 1.5 month.

They have not provided Bill of the product. They are not responding to emails or phone....

I have ordered a table online for Rs 11875 on https://thepengu.com/ on June, 9, 2021. Even after a month of placing the order, they have not delivered it. When I asked about refund, they are not responding at all. Order id is DIR2770
