My Real me buds Q is not charging and there is no replace, as per service center told me, asa they told me there is minor stretch in charging case as they told me it is not replaceable product and company will not replace it,
as per when i have given to customer care there is no stretch found but after they return me and told here is screech no charging box,

too bad service and experience with real me customer care,...

I bought the mobile for 30000 rupees but the company (Realme) could not stand his word. The company claims that they will give the best mobile at the lowest price... I ordered the realme buds wireless from realme official website on 20th november and got delievered on 24th november and when i opened the package the earphones were missing so realme had again sent me replacement on 6thdec and again the earphones were missing in the package and for safer side i had recorded video.
