Complain about realme Buds 2
I purchased realme Buds 2 (RMA155) from amazon on 26th August. Within 2 months one side of earphone is not working..!! Compny claims 6 months warranty but no one responding on customer service!

I bought an X2 on the 15th of August 2020, and started having issues with it in September itself
I bought an X2 on the 15th of August 2020, and started having issues with it in September itself. My phone started hanging, crashing, and not turning back on when I forced a restart. The microphone stopped recording when I left the recording app to read from another app. I got in touch with their customer care over call and they told me a few ways to trouble shoot. Neither worked. In the end they told me to go to a service center. This is within one month of buying the phone. Before going, I tried doing a factory data reset. Things worked for a few days, and then the issues started again. I finally went to the service center. They did a software update which deleted all my apps. It was basically like a factory data reset. And after a week, the issues are back. Their replacement policy too lasts for ONLY SEVEN days.

My Real me buds Q is not charging and there is no replace, as per service center told me, asa they told me there is minor stretch in charging case as they told me it is not replaceable product and company will not replace it,
as per when i have given to customer care there is no stretch found but after they return me and told here is screech no charging box,
too bad service and experience with real me customer care, at star bazzar satelite area,
i also spread this one in, my circle to not to?

Delay in service
I am rounak from deoghar jharkhand. I purchased a phone from offline store. After 3 months from purchasing date phone is not working properly. Then i visited realme service center and submit my phone. He find that motherboard of my phone is not working properly. He tell me that new motherboard is not available. So he tell me in 10 days he changed motherboard of my phone and return me. After 10 days i visited realme service center and he tells me that motherboard is not available. Then i call in realme helpline number. He don't give me any conform date in which my phone is return to me. I face many problems like i am not attending my online classes. I am purchasing this phone for study purpose. Please said them to replace my phone so i joined my online classes.

Warranty Issue

I bought realme 5 pro on 5th september 2019 but after 8 months its screen started coming out from the bottom right corner by itself. Then i went to realme service center for solving my problem but they are not accepting my device in warranty, they are telling me that this problem does not comes under warranty and saying me it is physically damaged but according to me if my device is physically damaged then it should have some marks or the damage should be seen physically but there are no signs of damage and it is coming out by itself. I went to 2 to 3 realme service centers but they are not accepting my device and i also contacted to realme customer care but they are also not listening to me, i also connected the realme service center person with the customer care but they are not accepting my device.
I am also attaching all the photos of my device and the bill in the email.
So, help me with my problem other wise i have to proceed legally in consumer forum.

I have bought a realme budsq (Earphone) from their official website at an cost of rs. 1800. But the earphone charging case stopped working after 3 days, therefore i have submitted it for replacement in one of their official service centre at tinsukia district of assam.. Initially they promised me to deliver it within 7 days.. But now almost 25 days has passed by but no response from them... Whenever i approach their service centre, they have no idea where my product is and even when i contact their customer care callcentre they give fake promises to me as their senior will contact me within 48 hrs... But almost 8 days has passed and no call from their side, i have even mailed them but no results except an computer generated reply... I am very much at stress... I want help

I gave my phone to the service center of realme to make my phone on 1st july 2020. He told me that in the evening you will be called and told what is the problem with your phone and how much time it will take to make it but i did not get a call from the service center. After that i went 2 more times i called the service center very often but i always used to get the answer that you will get a call from us i also called in the company of realme many times but i did not get any help from that either
And when i called the service center again today, he told me that your phone will not work, please come and take your phone. I want to know why my phone will not be made when my phone is in the guarantee period and if my phone was not made so why make me wait for 1 month. Please help me nobody listens to me neither the company nor the service center.

realme provides a worst service I had ever seen, they deny for free service by showing all stupid reasons even the warranty period has not been completed and they don't respond for a call to answer their customers and they will take months to repair for a small problem .I will suggest not to take realme as it doesn't provide any customer favorable services and I would like to give a negative rating for the customer care, service center and whole realme products...worst service

I have placed a ordered on dated 15.07.2020 & flipcart has delivered by 18.07.2020.
Then i have faced a technical issue with phone suddenly blinking and getting restart again and again. So i have placed a complain fo return of the product and flipcart executive did not explained me regarding follow the procedure of trouble shooting along with factory data reset. So due to the mistake of customer care executive, vision star has without taking my permission or without any reminder has closed my complaint.
Secondly, i have again registered a complaint on dated 24.07.2020 then again vision star has rejected my complaint without any solution.
Thirdly, again i have placed a complain on dated 27.07.2020 and technician has visited at my home and he face the same issue during inspections so he recommended to return the phone.
Finally, sir i want to explain that vision star has intenstionally rejected complaints for getting time pass and my return period is finished and i request you to blacklist the vision star.
Also, i will make a strong complaint against vision star and flipcar that i have faced a lot problems and finally i decided to do not purchase anything from flipcart and i will complaint on grivence along with all recordings and screen shot.
Hence, i will give you a notice for complaint and i will take a strict action againts vision star and i did not want to purchase the replacement phone from vision star. If flipcart refund my money or you can provide me another phone from top rated seller.

(20 hr total playback, intelligent touch controls, instant connection etc but i have experienced nothing like.This product is not as good they shown on companies website.This wireless ear buds hardly connects and the playback time is very short and touch controls are very bad, instant connection is very very bad.
I WANT MY REFUND.
This product is useless for me. Please help me

I have bought new realme buds q.. I got them two days back... Now for the first i have connected to charger... Almost 1 hr i connected to charger but it wasn't charging... Why? I have called your customer care for warranty there is zero response... Don't you check the device before sending it to customer.. Is it working or not?.. The quality of realme products is very bad... They even don't have warranty claiming procedure also...

On 9 jan, i placed an order for realme store c3 from your website realms.com, the order got delivered on 11 jan on an another address and was received by another person.
The order was prepaid, and the delivery service sent it to wrong person, the id provided by the receiver is also fake. They done my fake signature/ the id provided by the receiver is fake, after getting information through local public, i found that the delivery service is fraud, and they have ripped many people like this.
I tried contacting realme support multiple times but didn't get any kind of response or valid action. Now its been now a month i call daily but i doest get ant action worst service i have ever get.
I want you to take strict actions against the delivery service and refund my money as soon as possible. This whole has been happened only due to your bad delivery service. I hope that i will get a reply to this mail

Hi,
I purchased a Realme Smart Tv Black(32'') product from realme.com on 25 May, 2020, Order No:[protected].
PFA the invoice of the product.
It got delivered on 8 June, 2020. The technician came on 11 June, 2020 to install the Tv. Contact Number of Technician - +91-[protected].
While unboxing the product, we found out that the Tv was damaged. I have attached the pictures of the damaged product.
The technician said that he had raised the request for replacement on my behalf.
On 12 June, i received a call from realme to send the pictures of the damaged product over whatsapp. WhatsApp Number - +91-[protected].
After around a week, i contacted the technician again, and he connected me with a person over conference call, and i was informed that replacement certificate was issued successfully and someone will come to pick it up.
But, till now, nothing has been done on that issue, and now, the technician is also not responding, the customer care is also repeating the same thing again and again that its being processed.
Its been 1 month now, and there is no proper update on the broken product and no one is co-operating now.
This is not the customer service i expected from realme.
Please, take the appropriate action as soon as possible.

realme band/not working properly
Realme launched realme band on 5th march and they sold the product on the same day with hate to wait sale. I bought the product and it is completely a bad product. The primary functionalities of the band steps tracker is not accurate, phone and message notifications are not coming even though given all access permissions. As the band primary functionalities are not working, i raised complaint to realme. But they responding with they don't have refund policies. I thought it was problem with only my band, but when i see comments of a thread related to realme band in realme community everyone is complaining about the same issues.

I have ordered realme xt on 16th sep from flipkart and i have been using it till now. I have got a vooc charger along with it. It had worked for a month porperly and after that it had stopped fast charging recognizing no vooc. I have mailed realme's official email address and still didn't find any assistance. Also my laptop doesn't recognise the cable for data transfer. It only charges it. Its been now almost 6 months and my phone is still in warranty period. I want my charger to be replaced

To switch on the phone. Charge the phone atleast 30 minutes, then press and hold power button puls volume up button for 10 seconds, then release both keys.
