I had purchased realme buds air from realme android app on 4th jan 2020 after unboxing i found that my right side earpiece is cracked and not working...
Please replace my buds air otherwise refund my money as soon as possible

Worst service and products of realme i will never purchase realme products in future very bad and unsatisfactory experience with realme...

I ordered the realme buds wireless from realme official website on 20th november and got delievered on 24th november and when i opened the package the earphones were missing so realme had again sent me replacement on 6thdec and again the earphones were missing in the package and for safer side i had recorded video. I need a refund. So i hereby provide all my details along with video proof

I order realme xt phone from realme store on 27th october 2019, it received in my nearby city on 31 october 2019, delivery service team didn't contacted me and hence cancelled my order on 3rd october 2019 without my permission/knowledge & on 5th october they returned the order without my permission/knowledge.
I continuously contacted realme service team & courier/delivery service team, they just delayed my order day by day by saying you order will be delivered soon or will be delivered tomorrow, i waited but suddenly they returned order without my permission/knowledge and now blames me,
Here they didn't contacted me neither they tried to deliver my order (Delivery service team).
My order is cash on delivery, they cheated me, especially courier/delivery service team of my city (Indapur, pune-413132).
They returned my order without knowing me or telling me.
Realme team & delivery service team cheated me & hurted me... Atlast courier team accepted their mistakes that they returned it without knowing me &contacting me then to they didn't helped me, i pleased them so much for that but they were so disrespectful & careless... I mailed company i contacted them requested them a lot but no help they just cheated me& hurted alot, please take action against them... I tried my best but they just cheated me.

Courier boy accept his mistake that he cancelled my order without my knowledge/permission, he not even tried for delivery neither he called me..

I buy realme xt mobile from realme app, but it was damaged piece and i have contacted with company, but they are everytime lying with me and gives me fake answer,
They dont want to return product, and taken my mobile for repairing since 14 days,
Total 16-18 days i have wasted for this mobile,
I want to my money back, already contacted with company for several times

I order an realme 5 phone on oct 13 2019 and it is estimated to be delivered on oct 17. But still now, i didnt get any notifications about delivery nor i could contact realme customer service.in my orders page (Realme site), they are saying "due to unavoidable circumstances, they couldnt deliver it". Also they are asking me when i need it to be delivered. Very worst service and now i dont even know, i will get the new phone. My order id is[protected].

Team realme,
I got the order no.[protected] for my product. I check the status for the same product and found the tracking message as -
"package not picked/received by client" and "incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable" as per delhivery courier system.
Today is my 5th day and still no updates about my order i really didn't expect this kind of behaviour from realme.

I had ordered realme xt phone from realme.com on sep 16. My order number is[protected]. Now i have received a manufacturing defective piece. When called them they said to visit their service centre when i went there they said it will take more than 2 weeks for replacement. Very pathetic. I need immediate replacement.

मगर सर्विस सेंटर से आने के बाद भी प्रोबलम ठीक नहीं हुई मेरा आने के बाद मैंने 2 दिन चलाकर चेक किया तो प्रोबलम सही नहीं हुई थी तो मैंने आपको ईमेल भी किया था 19 अगस्त 2019 को की मेरा फोन में बैटरी नहीं बदली आप इस पर करवाई करे वरना मै उपभोक्ता फॉर्म में आपकी शिकायत कर दूंगा मगर आपने मुझे कोई जवाब नहीं दिया इसलिए मैंने आपकी शिकायत उपभोक्ता फॉर्म में कर दी जिसका शिकायत नंबर 1549214 है उपभोक्ता फॉर्म वाले ने आपको ईमेल करने को कहा है इसलिए मैं आपको आखरी बार ईमेल कर रहा हूं उसके बाद नहीं करूंगा अगर आपने मेरे फोन की बैटरी नहीं बदली तो मैं आपकी कंपनी पर कोर्ट में केस करूंगा

सर इसके बाद मुझे फोन आया इस नंबर से [protected] आया कि आप मुझे अपना फोन फिर से भेज दो और फोन के साथ उसका चार्जर भी भेज देना रेफरेंस आईडी rlm[protected] ये है सर मैंने अपने फोन के साथ अपना चार्जर भी भेज दिया और[protected] को मुझे मेरा फोन मिला मैंने उसे खोला तो उसमे चार्जर नहीं था और मैंने फोन को चेक किया तो वो भी पहले जैसे प्रोबलम थी अब मै आपके खिलाफ कोर्ट में केस कर रहा हूं आपने मेरे 2 महीने खराब कर दिए और फोन भी ठीक नहीं किया और मेरा चार्जर भी चुरा लिया

Sir, i have booked new phone on realme website (Realme3 pro) dated 27may2019, then same day i have cancelled the phone, and i have received confirmation email for transferring amount within one week. But still it is 5 june more than 8 days i didn't received my money back till date. I have called so many times to customer care but even they have not right information to inform me me. Nor they are infroming me when i will receive the amount. Please help me.

My order of realme buds has been delayed it was due to delivered on 4 to 6 may but it's hasn't been delivered to now. No updates about the products either my patience is running out. I try to contact the customer service but in vain. They didn't give any details regarding my issue.in flipkart there's a message pop up everytime we purchase or open it how was your experience or rate your experience well my experience is bad.

Flipkart is flashing fake sales for realme 2 mobile phone. They flashed the date of 2nd oct for the sale. I went on site on 11:55 to order the mobile. But as soon as i clicked on buy now they site flashed the message product not available at the moment. Very dissappointed from this fake sale... If they dont have the product they should not tell about the fake sale
