Very poor services of reliance resq - pl intervene immediately

Dear sir, I m your reliance digital customer since 2010 and I had purchased almost all of the home appliances from your store situated at dwarka new delhi.
In last 4 years, I had purchased 2 led tvs, one home theater system, one window ac and one fully automatic lg washing machine.
For washing machine I had also purchased ur resq plan inwhich I was offered additional 2 years warranty. But very sorry to say that last week my washing machine was not working properly due to some fault. I had registered my complain at resq call centre and after so many reminders one engineer mr ravindra visited my house but he was not capable to rectify the problem and said that he will come with the spare parts. But till date no response has been received for ur end nor receiving my call. I hd also escalated the matter to his senior officer mr iqbal singh but very sorry to inform u nobody is bothered to reply.
Sir it is my humble request u to please intervene in the matter and resolve my problem.

Cheating the customer on reliance resq plan

Problem: I have bought SONY LED 46” TV from Reliance Digital store, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Date of Purchase –[protected], Model No – 46EX920, Bill No - 18 and I also paid for extended warranty through Reliance ResQ through reference serial no: 14052
However, The TV created problem in the panel on 28 Feb 2014. I made complaint to Customer care Resq Team. Service technician was sent to inspect on 1-3-2014. I was asked to send the image of the TV to acsbp.[protected]@resq.in and sent the image on the same day. The TV was taken to service center a week later. After multiple follow up with Technician Nagaraj and Resq Service center Supervisor Irfan Ahmed (Phone No: [protected]), they sent the standby unit on 1-4-2014
I have been doing multiple follow ups in the past 2 weeks for the status of TV. Initially they said the problem is part not available, then the billing system problem, then the TV is ready but technician not available to send the TV home, etc….
And Mr.Irfan Ahmed, the supervisor, stopped picking up my phone and stopped responding to my messages and even disconnecting my phone calls and no response at all on the status of TV.
I went to their store complaining about it. They said it will take one more day. But it has been 2 weeks now. Now the reliance store also stopped picking up the phone.
It has been more than 60 days now. No resolution. No response to my complaints to email customer support at reliance resq or reliance digital

we give free copuns for buying a Refrigerator it is a offer
First they will say that we are having best service centre for home appliances.
it is very very very bad.
First they will say best service.
when we say that we are having a problem in air cooler so,please send the service eng. for service.
first they said we will send the service eng. in 48 hours.
After 48 hours i have done a call to Reliance service centre they said we are not servicing the air cooler.
after 4 days they said no service for symphony air cooler.
At last the Reliance service centre people are saying that we are not giving the service for Symphony air cooler.
we should not trust Reliance service centre.

Atrocious Service

I am a resident of noida and had purchased my HP laptop from the reliance digital showroom in Ghaziabad in 2009.I had also opted for an extended Protection Plan through Reliance Resq.Last month I had submitted my laptop at the resq desk in ghaziabad reliance digital store.They'd promised to repair it within 15 days.I have been constantly calling them up to check the status but the respose is always casual.The person working there,named Mahender, keeps on giving excuses upon excuses like sir its in process,a part was taking time,assembly not done,etc.It has been more than a month since I had submitted it at resq.There is no number of resq,and the one provided in the bill is always busy.Last week I had talked to the same guy who'd said that he'll call me the next day to give a fixed date of return.Nothing of that sort has happened.I am furious and the? laptop being an essential gadget for my work,I am in a fix. I have been reading forums and have come to the knowledge that Reliance Resq customers everywhere have been suffering the same fate!! Will I ever see my laptop?

This is indeed a scam. I can tell you from my own personal expereince. They conned me into buying an AC with ResQ for 2 years. The advertised price was 18500 but when I went to buy - they madeup some spurious stories and indicated that that the last day validity for those prices were over and new price was RS 23000. They promised to waive off the installation charges and include 2 years ResQ AMC if I paid 23000. I agreed. Now I am finding out that the cheats never really intended to provide any service under ResQ as for the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get an engineer to my place and have been given all kinds of excuse by the service centre people - Asha and Anees. They refuse to put me onto anyone senior not do they suggest how I can cancel my AMC.

Non receipt of policy for AMC
I had purchased a Hitachi AC from Reliance Digital located at Fun City Mall Shahadra in Sept 2009. At the end of the first year of free service that was provided by Reliance Digital, they sold me a four year AMC- which was to be serviced by Reliance RESQ (situated within Reliance Digital outlet). I opted for this AMC on July 3, 2010 and paid the required amount of 2206 by cheque from my ICICI bank account. I was given a receipt (receipt No 851) of the same by RESQ. My account was debited for the amount within a week of this, however, it has been over 6 months and i am still to receive any policy of AMC or any service. I have visited the RESQ desk at Reliance digital at least 10 times and have been told that the policy is getting despatched. I cant get my servicing done without the policy and have no answer as to how and when i will get my policy. I think RESQ is just cheating its customers. Strangely, there is no phone number listed on the receipt that was given.It only mentions an address A-175 Sector 63, Noida. There is no website or any phone number mentioned of this anywhere online.
Is there anyway i can get my money back from RESQ.

Destroyed my AC

I bought my Samsung AC from Reliance Digital in 2009 and got the warranty renewed from Reliance ResQ by means of AMC in July 2010 -- The same day as I got it wet serviced. There were two more ACs which were serviced the same day with warranty renewed. For the samasung AC:
It got faulty -- failed to switch on ---- the same day as it was serviced. I called Rel Resq and they sent an Engioneer the third day to check. He told me that it had moisture inside because of which the digital panel got faulty and will have to be replaced. He confirmed it happened because of improper service. So now I had the AMC and the problem was also because of a improper service by the guys. I called the manager and the first response I got was "Sir how can it get faulty the same day when AMC is renewed. Was it faulty before?" I was stunned but this guy agreed to take care. Next day an Engineer came after a lot of fights and lies from the other side and took the faulty part -- the digital panel -- and told me that it would be repalced within two days. A few days passed -- 5, to be precise. I called the manager. I was told it is raining today so nobody could come. The next morning the reply was the same. In the afternoon, sun was out, I called again and I was told the guys have gone back by now, so we will take care tomorrow. Next day passed. another day passed. I called the third day and was assured somebody will do it that day itself. In the evening, I called again. Same reply -- it will be done. Half an hour later, an engineer called and told he wont come as he had some personal work. I asked him to confirm with his manager on conference but I was rudely told back that this was not his job. I called the manager again. No reply. Next day morning, I called again - i was again told it would be done. In the evening I called again, and nobody picked up. I toiled hard to find the number of the NCR manger and got it. Called him, he is a good guy, I believe, requested him and he assured me it would be done the same day. The engineer came as promised and took out the new panel. It was then that I noticed that the panel was not the same model as mine. In fact it seemed to be a very old one. The engineer insisted that it is the same one. I went mad but this useless fellow held on to his staement. I called the manger and the NCR manger again and told them the story. They apologized and asked the guy to come back with the panel. Next day I got a confirmation that the complaint has been lodged with Samsung. Its been two days ---- still waiting

I am also facing the same problem, The service engineer have three visit to find out that AC has Gas leakage. They Uninstall my AC but no one has contacted me to pick it up.
I am chasing them from one one month first for their eng visit now for some who will pick my AC and get it rectified.
