This is regarding my ticket [protected]. I have raised on 19th Jan 2021, and I have raised the ticket 4th time still my issue not yet resolved. No update from your side. Whenever I call they say part is pending. Every time you have purchased the wrong product and not fixing properly. This time cleverly you have created a ticket in Harier customer care. Hence, Harier Technician visited and asking for charge to resolve the issue. I didn't accept and sent back him
Why should I pay if I have extended warranty in resq. If you cannot solve the issue. You can tie up with Harier and solve my issue or return my money. Otherwise, exchange product in your Reliance Digital Store.
Really, not good. I am expecting a clear answer not like "Still Part is pending" Something like that. Waiting for your reply As soon as possible

Sir i have purchased mobile samsung galaxy a30s from jio store, faridabad on dated - 03.11.2019 with insurance.
Now my mobile phone screen is damaged so i claim to replace the screen under the insurance but company charge rs. 999.00 for same.
They said, l you have to paid one time rs. 999.00 but during purchase the policy executive didnot told anything about this.
Why should i pay even after i have insurance. Please help me out and do needful for same

mobile repair getting delayed

I have purchased insurance from reliance resq for my samsung mobile. On the day of damage, i had lodged a complaint with mobile resq.
I have sumitted my documents and done payment as per instructions given but no progress is showing for pick up. All formalities were completed 4 days back ie on 8th feb 2020
The statis on website is currently showing documents under verification. After 11 days the validity of service will expire.

I gave my lap for services before 3weeks at reliance resq kalavasal, madurai.
They told it will be ready in one week but it's been for 3weeks it didn't receive my lap and also i didn't get any update about my laptop
I called them for past three days they didn't attend my calls
I don't know what you people doing. Doesn't give any response, waste of money putting on insurance for my laptop

I have raised my complain on 9th september, 2019 to resq, (Though i have extended my warranty for five years), the service executive came and checked the problem and they took the refrigerator with them to the service center on 12th september, 2019, yet there is no progress in repairing, they say that the part is not yet arrived from haier and even i dont know where my product is yet??? A sequence of events since the day a service request was raised regarding my hul water purifier is given below
31/aug/2019: raised a service request for replacing a faulty touch button on my hul water purifier, under reliance resq plan.
01/sept/2019: received a call from service personal saying he has assigned the work to his colleague as he is not available. But no one showed up.
03/sept/2019: called the customer care once again. I was told that the part which is required for repair is out of stock, so i have to wait.
04/sept/2019: called again the customer care.. No resolution.
05/sept/2019: called again the customer care.. No resolution.
06/sept/2019: escalated the matter to cshead. Mr. Dheeraj called from mumbai saying the spare part is not available for repair and i have to wait. He sent an email as well.
07/sept/2019: i wasn't confident that mr. Dheeraj or his team really understood the matter here, so i sent a photo of the faulty part. No response from him.
08/sept/2019: i called hul technical team. They confirm that the part is available with them. It will cost me rs.1600 for parts and rs 300 for service.
11/sept/2019: informed dheerja about the availability of parts in bangalore and requested him to procure it from hul and get my purifier repaired. No response from him.
15/sept/2019: called customer care for escalating the matter to next level. The executive would not help me with my request, instead she insisted me to wait for 1 hour to call me back. I never got a call from her or any one else.
20/sept/2019: i received an email from cs head saying, the issue will be addressed in 4 days. I received a call from mr. Mohammed tabrez promising that next day the repair will be done.
23/sept/2019: mr. Tabrez would not answer my calls.
Even after escalating till the highest possible level, no resolution. No one should opt for reliance resq plan. They shamelessly disrespect the contract.

My 24 inches television is not fully repaired I paid 2400 charges for repairing but after taking television to my home it is not working when I complain they said they we will repair it at ur home don't worry after 2 months they r saying take 1200 RS and leave the tv what to do

faulty new air conditioner not replaced

Reliance Digital sold us a faulty product more than a month ago, and ResQ haven't replaced it despite over 30 phone calls and multiple technician visits.
We purchased an Air Conditioning unit (~36, 000 rupees) from Reliance Digital in June of 2019. The AC arrived promptly but was incorrectly installed by the reliance guys. We had to call ResQ for repairs on the first day itself since the AC wasn't cooling at all. Despite their repairs, the unit turned out to be faulty as there were Gas issues which led to excessive ice formation in the AC and expulsion of water from the vents. Every single technician who saw this immediately exclaimed that this should NOT happen in a week old AC - just look at the image I've attached!
Over a month of back and forth (mostly begging for communication from our side as they refused to contact us themselves), and these guys have refused to replace our AC. For the last month, we've had a useless box that cost 36, 000 rupees sitting in our room in this godforsaken humidity. The engineer who worked with us and his supervisor constantly ask for "more time" to resolve the issue, promising that they "will get back to us by tonight", "just need a couple more days", "have started the process and are waiting for replies", among tons of other nonsense excuses. The excuses seem to remain the same each and every day, while they keep getting more defensive anytime we bring up the fact that they said the same thing a few days, weeks, and now a month ago.
It has now been more than a month (over 5 weeks) since our purchase, and we still do not know if or when our AC is going to be replaced. We have been nothing but patient with them, and are now absolutely furious at how we have been treated by Reliance Digital and ResQ. Time and time again they have taken advantage of our patience and taken us for a ride. Out of over 30 conversations that we've had with them, 95% of them were calls that we made because we weren't getting any updates from them via call or email. The few calls that we got from them were only made when we threatened that we would go to the consumer forum. Well, we are not waiting any longer and have lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and at the Consumer Forum, and we won't rest until we are compensated for this theft of our time and money.
In this hyper busy day and age, it's extremely difficult to take time out of our schedule and fight with large corporations. I wish I could give them 0 stars for how they have treated us, but I'll have to settle for 1 and the fact that I will never shop at Reliance Digital ever again. Do yourself a favor and don't get into this mess with them, and shop elsewhere.

not receiving reimbursement for water purifier

I havent received the reimbursement for the water purifier filter change request. The customer care team had confirmed that only bill is required for the reimbursement but now the service request team is asking for the old filters also, without that i wont get reimbursement. The old filters were taken by the service guy and i have no idea about that but i only have the bill for claiming reimbursement which i have provided to the Reliance team.

I purchased reliance resq accidental and theft insurance for my nokia 8 and as my camera was damaged accidentally, i claimed on may 30.
Phone was picked up and sent to the service. There is no response from anyone after pick up was done. Everything is fraud. After many complaints and huge struggle they returned my device on july 3 after 35 days
And its unrepaired. Whats the use of wasting people's time,? Never going to purchase anything from reliance again.

mobile screen replacement

On 2nd june 2019 my mobile phone accidentally fall from my hand and the screen break. Then i claim on 3rd june for screen replacement which was under insurance covered by reliance resq. They asked me for extra rs 999. Which i paid on 4th june. From that day no one come for replacement. I call so many times send so many email. They only saying that there team will contact me withing 2 business hours. But no feedback from relaince. Today 28th june, till now my mobile screen is cracked. They don't even refund my money back nor show any responsibility. Totally waste of money.

led tv complaint not resolved for last 4 months

We had complained for led tv screen but the same is not taken care off for last 4 months we called customer care today for the same but executive Anup Shelar was very rude n did not gave us the request number even after asking for request number he also refused to transfer the call to senior and disconnected the call. Very very pathetic service . It seems nothing is getting recorded at resq as the executive was not even able to open the last complaint

I'm a customer of reliance purchase r connect washing machine in jan 2017 with payment for 2 years extended warranty, though it was force to take.
My machine has some problems and i made a request on 5th april and ur representative or engineer visited my home on 7th april 2017. He suggested that one part needs to be replaced and said he raise a request, if parts available will change immediately. Next day i made a call to mr goswami he said part is available and he gave me another number that's [protected] devanand tiwari will come & replace the part. While he not came next day i called him around 10-15 times he didn't received my call then i send him message (Screenshot attached) he even not respond back to me.
I then make call to ur customer care where mr abhishek attended my call and assured me that my complaints resolved by tomorrow as part is available. No one visited my house then i call again on 11th april and made request, person attended was again fully assured that will attend or arrange my request asap or within 24 hrs, no one come yet niether contacted me.
Is this the way you people treated a customer. Is this the use of buying extended warranty. I m a regular customer of reliance and feel ashmed to deal such stupidity.
This i put here on a consumer forum so that people think twice to purchase or buy products from you or agreed for extended warranty truth.

Improper installation of device leading to sever water leakage and burning o[censored]nit.
I bought Reconnect Wireless Speaker around 3 months before and it's DC 5V, micro USB charging port has been broken while using it. Since it's in the warranty period I'd rather claim to either get it repaired or replaced as soon as possible. I want this complaint to be taken into consideration of yours and do the needful.

Our voltas ac is in insurance from reliance resq. Its around two week of our complaint to them that our ac is not working propoerly. But even after calling customer care for too many times. I always have to listen our employee will contact you today. But no one came till today. Now the situation is this they just say that your query will be solved today. I am calling in customer on daily basis but no respond to it. Even i have sent a complaint mail to their email i'd but i didn't get any respond from there too. I request you to take some action that they do respond to our query and solve it and not to do it again

mobile handset claim declined
This is to inform that i purchased a mobile handset samsung j8 on 18/09/2018 at reliance digital store marathalli along with the insurance for the mobile contract number ams - 1782806 dt 18/09/2019 for 1 year.
On 12/01/2019 i met with an accident and mobile screen and back got damaged, i immediately rush to the reliance digital store on 13/01/2019 and raised a complaint against the handset for the insurance claim to which they state me that the device will be repaired or will be replaced by the amtrust mobile solution. The insurance company took my handset for repairing and sent it back to me on 24/01/2019 in which i found that the handset which was repaired was not properly and i immediately send an email to the amtrust mobile solution.
On[protected] i again met with an accident and i registered a second claim for y handset as the handset was completely damaged due to accident. From that day they are just delaying the matter and not solving my issue and neither giving me any reply to replace the handset. I got a email from the company on[protected] that the claim has been declined. I dont know why they have rejected. I have filed a police complaint also and nothing happened as of now.

We have been disappointed multiple times wrt the repair issues related to this product. Extremely poor service addresal system... Inspite of registering a complaint and following it up daily for more than 10 days now... We have neither received any update on the status of our request nor the technician who previously screwed our filter... Turned up to fix the problem.
Imagine the plight of a customer who has spent like 20, 000₹ on a product, getting further taxed physically, mentally as well as monetarily after buying an addon service plan just for the hasslefree upkeep of their product.
Resq may plz review the no. Of products we have bought from reliance digital and also taken service plans on most of them... And this is what we are getting in the name of service... Sheer disappointment

I bought this from reliance digital, nagole branch which was delivered on 11th jan 2019. Reliance resqtech came and installed and gave demonstration but forgot to fix the "rat mesh" for the machine. After a fortnight rats spoiled the wiring inside for twice. The lg tech who came home said that this is unserviceble. I sincerely request you to replace.

I have the issue in washing machine continue water discharge, i have complained of date 15/12/2018, engineer has come and told us some part damage so, i would come again two days after three days of date 19/12/2018 call me reliance service center your product come and engineer would come 20/18/2018 i said that we are both working than she said me, sir please take half leave our engineer would come tomorrow, nobody come and leave waste, please resolved my issue as earlier, take action against who promised me

I had purchased a micromax led tv from reliance digital with resq plan on 15.08.15. When my tv 's panel showed complaint i took my tv to reliance resq shop in ernakulam, kerala in august 2017.
I have not received the tv repaired or its money as per the resq plan so far in spite of several what's app correspondence. When ever i contacted the person in charge of the service centre at ernakulam he assured me that my complaint would be solved soon. More than 1 year has passed. Nothing has been done

I had taken rescue plan from reliance which is valid at present. I had given a complaint on 13-11-18 regarding the repair in tv. I had also given a complaint in samsung on the same date. They had informed us that under the confirmation from reliance rescue the service will be done. The confirmation is not given till date. I had been calling your reliance almost every day but you have not responded satisfacorily. Every time you had been saying the complaint will be attended in 48 hours from the date of my complaint. You had created mental agony by making me to call and in turn making me to wait for your service people to attend. Regarding this i am forced to go to consumer forum and also other sources which will reach the public of your fraudulent activities if my complaint is not attended with immediate effect right now

My mobile's display has been broken due to an accident while when I was going to college the accident case is not registered In police station and all because there is no serious injury for me but when I fell down my mobile's display has broken I was going in an urgency to college at that time at the signal from the back a bike came and hit my bike so I fell down at the left side and I was keeping my phone at left itself so my phone's display has been broken I also made insurance for my mobile

That u have pay the money for resq hubli manager is totally waste. See the review about that one, the product service is too long, they are not working at all. The manager always switched off his mobile when i am calling. And my laptop was given 2 months before but the response is.. The laptop repair was pending. Only keyboard repair has take this much time.

I have gave my samsung j7 prime mobile for the of display. At resq center under the coverage. They said that they would return the mobile by 30days. But Yet i didn't get my mobile as it crossed more than a month.

reconnect tv /not responding for complaint even after 40 days after complaint

I bought a reconnect tv on 2016 with additional resq care warranty upto 2020. This tv creates lot of problem to us, speker problem and display problem nothing is good in this, still now they changed the speaker and display once. But now again the display is not working again i have complained, they came and said again, we will replace that, they said that on 27.10.2018 but still i dnt receive any new display or any updates from them. Its a worst response tat also for a paid warrenty. We dnt expect this from reliance reconnect is a worst tv if can't produce a quality product pls stop tat production. How many times we r struggling to follow this kind of issues waste product. Atleast pls change the display now, for the past 40 days no tv in my home. Good reward for bought this wonderful tv. Just do this upto 2020 here aft i won't buy any reliance products thank u.

no response and fix from resq

I bought lg water purifier from reliance digital marathalli bangalore, they convinced me to take their extended warranty, thinking of reliance rapport in market i bought it and now this is first time when i required their help for the problem i have been facing with my lg water purifier, it has been 5 days no proper response and have called 100 of times.
This is 1st time i am seeing such a nonsense service from anyone and they are so stubborn it doesn't even matter to them even of you call 100 times. They simply blame lg team and say we can't do anything sir.
If they can't control lg team. Then reliance must not fool customer around by selling such amc.
Worst worst service.

ac cooling issue

I'm writing this with frustration at the core, worst service response to my call every time I call the customer care member, putting my call on hold for 30mins for call transferring to technicians and then call got disconnected. Still my AC issue has not been fixed. I don't know what you people are doing for the past 2months. Please exchange the AC or give back my money. Worst customer support experience I had. 2 and half month passed still they saying part pending.

I am complaining about mobile damaged

My mobile got damaged during accident i have relresq extended warranty for the same. When i request for the claim it took more than 15 days to pick up my mobile and after 15 days they rejected my claim mentioning damage due to liquid log. Although i told them it got damaged during accident only.
They are not ready to share any technical report and replying the same wording by copy and paste.
These are the tactic not to give any claim for any damaged product they cheat customers and loot there hard earned money.
